We study of the callus forming power and hereditary elements according to the different varient of grapes and the nutritious organs on the above. The callus forming ability was showed the most propagation among to branches, but the neomaskat alone was presented much growing in the leaves. The rooting was different respectively regarding the nutritive organ parts. That is to say, it was rooted well that maskat berry A in the petiole, koui among the branches, and kyohu and neomaskat in the leaves. The rooting length was long generally on the rooting parts which was much, but kyohu only was the shortest in the leaves where the rooting numbers were the most.

The study was conducted to determine the Ms orthogonaL modia and the concentration of plant growth regulator for seed matura-tion and growth of rhizome from Cymbidium goeringii Germination waswell in dark condition, but the growth of rhizome was better un-der dark than under light condition in MS orthoTonal . Sucrose con-centration( 3 %) gave better results than higher ones(6%), andthe use of NAA(0.1 PPm) effect significant difference of seed ge-rmination .But the growth of rhizome was best in medium Containingsucrose concentration(3%) Ippm NAA and 1 PPm BA.

Explants from stem, leaf and root tissue of Cissus juttae were plased on Ms medium supplemented ifferent combination of 2.4-D, NAA, Kinetin and BA in a actorial experiment. some callus formed in every treatment, but the best callus growth was on media containing $1.0{\;}mg/{\ell}$ NAA and $1.0{\;}mg/{\ell}$ BA. Formation of advantitious emboyos was evident in callus to MS medium supplemented with $0.1{\;}mg/{\ell}$.
임암산 한약자원식물의 개발 및 이용체계 관한 기초적 연구

입암산 지역에 분포되어 있는 한약자원식물을 채집 분류하여 이용체계 확립의 수단으로 삼고자, 이 지역의 약용식물의 종류를 조사한 결과는 다음과 같았다. 1. 입암산에 분포되어 있는 한약자원 식물은 100 과, 252 속, 337 종이었다. 2. 분석수종중 초본류는 59 과, 169 속, 220 종, 목본류는 50 과, 85 속, 117 종이었다. 3. 초본류는 주으로 전초를 사용하며 수본류는 기, 수피 및 과실을 주로 약용으로 이용하는 것이 많았다. The plants medicinal resources of Mt. Eb-aon were investifeted 18times from JuLy, 1988 to August, 1989. In orther to analyze the vegeta-tion of Eb-am mountain area, medical wild plants structure and distr-ibution. Medical wild Plants of Eb-am mountain consisted of 100 familis, 337 species in alL. The resources of important herb drugs were, Graminea, Liliaceae, Molaceae, Polygonaceae, Ranunculaceae, Brassicaceae, Rosaceae, Drupaceae, Fabaecae, Apiaceae, Labiatae, Solanaceae, Scrophulariaceae, Rubiaceae, CampanuLaceae, ComposLtae, The herb drufs were Comparatively more than in other mountains in our country.

The somatic chromosome numbers were counted to be 2n = 16 of Codonopsis lanceolata. Chromosomes 2 and 7 of Sokrisan and Koheung II has a hetero satellite on short arm. Chromosome 5 of Bakwoonsan showed homo satllite on short arms. Short arms of chromosomes 1 and 5 has homo satellite and short arms of chromosomes 2 and 7 has hetero satellite of Jilin.

An aerodynamic design technique of a centrifugal impeller is developed. The design procedure consists of a preliminary design, a three-dimensional blade surface generation, a flow analysis of impeller passage and a compatibility analysis for the designed impeller. To get a higher efficiency, the backswept impeller which has a lean angle and a parabolic blade surface is designed. In the present analysis of flow in an impeller, an inviscid quasi-three-dimensional method and a viscous three-dimensional method are used. Compatibility of the designed impeller is decided with the results of the analyses. The quasi-three-dimensional method is easy to use, but limited to a few conditions in real application for the prediction of the actual flow in the impeller. Since the viscous three-dimensional method proved to predict the real flow in the impeller relatively well, it can be used as a means for the decision of compatibility of the designed impeller.
추월산 한약자원식물의 분포 및 분류체계에 관한 기초적 연구

추월산 지역에 분포되어 있는 한약 자원식물을 채집 분류하여 이용체계 확립의 수단으로 삼고자 이 지역의 약용식물의 종류를 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 추월산에 분포되어 있는 약용자원 식물은 113 과, 304 속, 428 종이었다. 2. 분포수종중 초본류는 73 과, 223 속, 317 종, 목본류는 49 과, 85 속, 111 종이었다. 3. 초본류는 주로 전초 또는 근을, 목본류는 수피, 과실이 한약재료로 많이 사용되어지는 것이었다. The plants medicinal resources of Mt. Chu-woL were investigated 21times from APril, 1975 to August , 1977 and from JuLy, 1988 to August 1989In orther to analyze the vegetation of Chu-woL mountain area , medical wildplants structure and distribution. MedicaL wild plants of Chu-woL moun-tain consisted of 113 familis, 428 species in alL. The resources of important herb drugs were Polypodiaceae, Graminea, Liliaceae , Polygonaceae,Ranunculaceae, Brassicaceae, Rosaceae , Fabaceae, Apiaceae, tabiatae, so-lanaceae, Scrophulariaceae, Campanulaceae, Compositae. The herb drugswere comparatively more than in other mountains in our country .

Hybries which was made up by chromosome of L. longiflorum and L. x elegans, using root-tip individual which was obtained through ovary slice culture, and root-tip of these parents, with hoirugen staining, gimsa staining and Q-H staining inaccordance with the location and the existence of secondary construction which waslocating near short arm centromere of No, 1,2,6,9. In metaphase of meiosis ofhybrid which was made up by univalent from 2 individuals to 10 individuals wasobserved, and nuclear plate which was having abnormal type's synthesis amounted to91% of all cells whieh were observed. This result showed the fact that someobstacle arose annormal progress of the divission after that time. 63% of the cellshad micronucleus from 1 individlial to 4 individuals in tetrad phase of meiosisdivision. The peroxidase and $\alpha$ -estelase zymogram phenotypes of parents andhybrids were determined using agarlose IEF gel. Crosses were performed betweenparents bearing dissimilar allelomorphs in orther to discern the genetic control ofthe resolved enzymes. Genetic variation of hybrids were detected at all but 2 plant progenies.
