The species composition and variation in abundance of fishery resources near Oenarodo, Go-heung Peninsula, Korea, were investigated by gill net, trap net, and longline in May, July, and October 2015 and 2016. During the study period, the total catch included 14 species in the gill net, 11 species in the trap net, and 4 species in the longline. The dominant species were Portunus trituberculatus and Raja pulchrain the gill net, Charybdis japonicaand and Octopus vulgarisin in the trap net, and Muraenesox cinereusin in the longline. The Catch Per Unit Effort (CPUE) per individual and per weight in the gill net were similar in May and July of 2015 and 2016. In October 2015, the CPUE per individual was 2.1 ind./h and the CPUE per weight was 505 g/h higher than the results in 2016, but there was no significant difference in the total CPUE between 2015 and 2016. In the trap net, the CPUE per weight was similar in both 2015 and 2016, but the CPUE per individual was 2.7 ind./h higher in October 2015 than in October 2016 and the total CPUE was not significantly different from 2015 to 2016. The CPUE per individual and weight in the longline were significantly higher in July and October 2015 than in the same months of 2016, but the total CPUE in 2015 and 2016 did not show a significant difference.

Using nets and acoustic frequencies of 38 and 120 kHz, we estimated the density distribution of the moon jellyfish, Aurelia coerulea, in the Yeongsan Estuary, where a large bloom was detected. Aurelia aurita captured in nets had bell diameters of 3.2–22.0 cm and wet weights of 2.0–265.0 g, and the relationship between wet weight (W) and bell diameter (BD) was W = 0.1284BD2.5263 (R2 = 0.92). We examined the target strength (TS) difference (120–38 kHz) using a theoretical acoustic scatter model and found that the TS difference ranged from -1.5 to 2.2 dB when the bell diameter was the smallest during underwater pulsation, and from -1.4 to 1.7 dB when the bell diameter was the largest. Based on frequency differences, we found that the mean nautical area scattering coefficient (NASC) of A. coerulea for transects was in the range of 16.4 to 167.0 m2/nm2. In nets near the Yeongsan River Barrier and to its south, jellyfish were caught at a high density of 5.5 ind./m2. The mean density of A. coerulea measured using acoustic methods and nets was 0.16 ind./m2 and 2.02 ind./m3, respectively.
장기요양기관 종사자의 조직 내 갈등이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구:사회적 지지의 완충효과 검증을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to verify whether social support shows a buffering effect in relation to the effect of conflict in organization of workers at long-term care facilities on job stress. Survey on 263 workers at long-term care facilities was used as research data. T-test and one-way ANOVA were performed to find the difference among variables, and Pearsons's correlation analysis was conducted to examine the correlation between variables. Also, Moderated Multiple Regression analysis was carried out to verify the buffering effect of moderating variables. As a result of analysis, increased conflict of workers at long-term care facilities caused increased job stress, which received buffering effect by social support. The results of this study suggested that an effective social support system must be prepared to reduce conflict in organization and job stress experienced by workers at long-term care facilities. 본 연구는 장기요양기관 종사자의 조직 내 갈등이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향에 있어 사회적 지지가 완충효과를 나타내는가를 검증하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 장기요양기관 입소시설 종사자 중 263명의 설문지를 연구 자료로 활용하였다. 변수 간 차이를 알아보기 위해 t-test와 일원변량분석을, 변수 간 상관관계를 알아보기 위해 피어슨 상관분석을 실시하였다. 또한 조절변수의 완충효과 검증을 위해 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 장기요양기관 종사자의 갈등이 높을수록 직무스트레스는 심해지며 이는 사회적 지지에 의해 완충될 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이런 결과를 통해 장기요양기관 종사자가 겪는 조직 내 갈등과 직무스트레스를 낮출 수 있는 효과적인 사회적 지지 체계를 마련해야 함을 제언하였다.
Target-strength measurements of sandfish Arctoscopus japonicus

The goal of this study was to estimate the target strength (TS) of the sandfish Arctoscopus japonicus using in-situ and ex-situ methods with an echosounder. For the in-situ TS measurement, the survey was conducted by taking hydroacoustic measurements at 38 and 120 kHz and using a coastal gill net, in Goseong, in the northeastern sea of Korea in early December 2009. Ex-situ measurement of TS used live specimens and the tethering method, and was conducted at 120 kHz. The distribution of fork length (FL) was bimodal: 14.6?19.8 cm (n = 241 individuals, mean = 17.0 cm) for males and 16.3?24.5 cm (n = 105 individuals, mean = 19.6 cm) for females. The in-situ TS ranged from ?79.8 to ?59.1 dB (mean = ?74.3 dB for males and ?64.1 dB for females) at 38 kHz and ?79.9 to ?56.2 dB (mean = ?74.3 dB for males and ?64.1 dB for females) at 120 kHz. The mean TS of females was approximately 10 dB higher than that of males at each dominant frequency. The female ex-situ TS values ranged from 68.5 to ?54.6 dB, and those of males was from ?67.7 to ?59.3 dB. The mean TS value for females was 2.9 dB higher than that of males. These results may be used in echo-integration surveys of sandfish to estimate their abundance and seasonal distribution.

This study was carried out to determine the in situ target strength and behavioral characteristics of moon jellyfish (Aurelia aurita) using two frequencies (38 and 120 kHz) that present a 2- frequency-difference method for distinguishing A. aurita from other marine planktonic organisms. The average TS was shown as -71.9~ -67.9 dB at 38 kHz and -75.5~-66.0 dB at 120 kHz and the average ΔMVBS120-38 kHz was similar at -1.5~3.5 dB. The TS values varied in a range of about 14 dB from -83.3 and -69.0 dB depending on the pulsation of A. aurita. The species moved in a range of -0.1~1.0 m and they mostly moved horizontally with moving speeds of 0.3~0.6 m·s-1. The TS and behavioral characteristics of A. aurita can distinguish the species from others. The acoustic technology can also contribute to understanding the distribution and abundance of the species.
DWBA 이론 모델을 이용한 보름달물해파리의 초음파 산란강도

지구 온난화로 인한 우리나라 주변 해역의 수온상승으로 인해 보름달 물해파리의 개체수가 크게 증가하였고, 어업과 해양생태계에 막대한 피해가 발생하고 있는데 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 보름달 물해파리의 분포 및 현존량을 파악하기 위한 기초 연구가 이루어 지고 있다. 보름달 물해파리의 분포 및 현존량을 파악하는 방법은 현수법, 현장에서 측정하는 방법이 있지만 이 방법들은 한계점이 많기 때문에 DWBA 이론모델을 이용하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 DWBA 이론모델을 이용하여 보름달 물해파리의 주파수, 유영각, 박동에 따른 TS를 측정하였다. 밀도실험을 위한 보름달 물해파리의 채집은 2010년 10월 12일, 2011년 9월 4일 ~ 5일에 통영과 진동만에서 실시 하였고, 음속실험을 위한 보름달 물해파리의 채집은 2011년 5월24일, 5월 29일, 6월 2일 여수 선소에서 실시 하였다. 실험에 이용된 기기 및 재료는 밀도계, 비커, 염화마그네슘, 400Khz 진동자(송수신), 신호발생기, 오실로스코프, 사이즈 조절 음속탱크이다. WINDIG 프로그램을 이용하여 보름달 물해파리의 박동별 체형좌표를 얻었다. 위의 실험 결과를 토대로 DWBA 이론모델을 이용하여 유영 자세각에 따른 TS와 박동에 따른 TS를 측정하였다.
