        The goal of this study is construction and efficacy evaluation of MPC-25 (Magnetic Pain Control-25), a medical device using magnetic stimulation. MPC-25 consists of a main body containing power supply and control module and a bed containing magnetic core and coil. In distinction from electric pain control medical devices, magnetic pain control system is non-contact, so the patients need not take off their clothes to be treated. High amplitude current pulses are applied to a magnetic coil and induce time varying magnetic field generating eddy current in a conductor like human body. Clinical efficacy test was performed in patients suffering from musculoskeletal pain of lumbar, shoulder and joint. Degree of pain before and after treatment for 30 minutes was compared using Visual Analogous Scale. As a result, 14 cases out of 20 showed decreased pain perception, so the rate of efficacy is 70%. Reduction of pain perception was statistically significant (P=0.001 by Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test).

      • 주제공원의 관광동기가 관광체험에 미치는 영향

        This is to investigate visitors motivation and experiences in visiting theme parks in Korea. A total of 199 samples were collected and analyzed in SPSS. From the results of Factor analysis with 14 motivation variables, four underlying dimensions were identified. And also, from the results of factor analysis with 19 experience variables, 7 underlying dimensions were identified. Then, multiple regressions were ran with four independent motivation factors and 7 dependent experience factors. The implications of the findings were discussed for theme park marketers and planners.

        농촌관광마을 지역주민의 사회자본이 농촌관광개발 효과 인지에 미치는 영향 분석

        This study is to analyze relationships between residents’ social capital and perceived rural tourism development impacts in rural tourism villages. Survey data were collected from on-site survey in 14 rural tourism villages. A total of 245 survey questionnaires were collected and analyzed. Four dimensions for the social capital and five dimensions for the perceived tourism development impacts were identified from factor analysis. Canonical correlation analysis, cluster analysis, MDA, and MANOVA were conducted in order to achieve the objective of the study. The results showed that there were relationships between residents’ social capital and perceived rural tourism development impacts in rural tourism villages.

        연구논문 : 지출수준에 따른 관광행태 세분화 및 비용만족도 비교분석

        본 연구는 국내관광시장을 세분화하고 특성을 파악하기 위하여, 연속형 변수인 지출 비용을 비롯한 범주형 변수인 관광행태(동반자 유형, 관광 방식)로 이단계 군집분석을 실시하였다. 시장세분화에 주로 사용되었던 지리적 요인, 인구통계적 요인, 심리적 요인, 행동 요인이 아닌 지출비용 변수를 중심으로 하여 국내관광시장의 관광행태를 세분화한 것이 특징이다. 지출비용 변수는, 최근 관광시장의 경쟁이 심화됨에 따라 지출 수준이 높은 관광객 시장이 표적시장으로 부각되고, 국내에서 불경기로 인한 관광비용 감소와 비용경쟁력이 문제점으로 제기되면서, 이에 대한 구체적 연구 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 관광지출비용을 중심으로 관광행태에 따른 국내관광시장 세분화 결과, 크게 4가지 유형(고지출/가족/FIT, 고지출/연인/FIT, 중지출/친구/FIT, 저지출/사회모임/단체)이 나타났다. 고지출/가족/FIT와 중지출/친구/FIT 관광유형의 시장점유율이 비교적 높게 나타났다. 평균적으로 관광비용은 단체보다 FIT 집단이 1.4~2배 더 많이 지출하는 것으로 나타났다. 국내관광시장의 관광비용은 평균 약 22만원으로 나타났으며, Chi-square분석과 대응일치분석결과 국내관광시장 관광행태 유형은 결혼여부, 월소득수준, 직업과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 관광비용에 대한 만족도는 전체적으로 높지 않게 나타났고, 특히, 고지출/가족/FIT 집단은 모든 비용항목에서 만족도가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 따라서 시장점유율과 지출 수준이 높지만, 지출 대비 만족도가 낮은 고지출/가족/FIT 집단을 표적시장을 중심으로 하는 심도 있는 경쟁전략 수립을 통한 국내관광비용개선 전략의 중요성이 도출되었다. This study was to segment domestic tourism markets by using two-stage cluster analysis with tourism expenditure, tourism company, and tourism mode. Based on the literature review, theoretical background and market segmentation approach was discussed. And also, two-stage cluster analysis was explained in terms of its characteristics and approach. A total of 229 samples were collected from on site survey in Seoul and analyzed in SPSS. From the results of two-stage cluster, four different segmented groups were suggested such as heavy spending/family/FIT, heavy spending/lovers/FIT, midium spending/friends/ FIT, light spending/social friend/group. Among these groups, light spending/social friend/group segment positioned high market followed by midium spending/friends/FIT segment, and heavy spending/family/FIT. From the results of Chi-square and correspondence analysis, marriage, monthly income, and job are associated with these segments. Theoretical and practical implication was discussed in the conclusion section.

        전시・컨벤션 방문태도에 따른 가치평가와전시․컨벤션산업 애착도에 관한 연구

        This study was to explore exhibition and convention visitors' attitude and perceived value which affect the attachment of exhibition and convention industry, and overall perceived value in visiting exhibition and convention. Based on the literature review, self-administration survey questionnaire was developed. A total of 418 survey questionnaires were collected from on-site in KINTEX and COEX while international exhibitions and conventions were held. Frequency and descriptive statistics analysis was performed. From the factor analysis, three underlying factors for visitors' attitudes and perceived value were identified. Multiple regressions and canonical correlation analyses showed that there were correlations among visitors; attitudes and perceived value in visiting exhibition and convention. And also, those factors affected the attachment of exhibition and convention industry and perceived overall value of visiting exhibition and convention.. These results would be helpful to effectively manage and operate exhibition and convention.

        금강지역 관광자원의 관광지 매력성 평가 연구: 금강주변지역 7개시군 관광객을 대상으로

        This study investigated destination attractiveness of tourism resources nearby Kunmgand River region, which 7 different provincial areas. Based on the literature review, destination attractiveness, importance-performance analysis, and tourists' behavior were discussed. In general, the various types of tourism destinations provide an amalgam of tourism products and services. The components of tourism products and services are essential for tourism development and marketing, and are commonly referred to as tourism attractions and resources. Many researchers have attempted to evaluate and classify destination attractions/resources as tourism products Destination attractions/resources should be acknowledged as important sources of comparative and competitive advantage factors in destination competitiveness. Furthermore, maintaining and developing the quality of these tourism resources is important to the competitiveness of most types of tourism destination. In this study, A total of 703 useful sample were collected from tourists who were visiting 7 difference areas nearby Kumgang River. by using IPA analysis destination attractiveness of tourism resources were classified into concentrate hear, keep up the good work, low priority, and possible overkill. Managerial implication and discussion for tourism development and planning nearby Kungkang area were provided in the conclusion section.

        유비쿼터스 활용 전시개최 정보추구속성에 따른 u-전시 콘텐츠 개발 선호도 및 예상성과에 관한 연구

        This study was to investigate any relationships among u-exhibition pursuit information attribute, contents preferences and expected performance from exhibition organizer perspectives in the ubiquitous environment. Based on the literature review, the survey questionnaire was developed, which includes u-exhibition contents preferences, pursuit information attributes, considering factors for u-exhibition, and expected performance. From e-mail and fax survey in the exhibition organizer, a total of 167 useful samples were collected and analyzed in SPSS. Factor and multiple regressions were performed the factor analysis delineated five underlying factors related to u-exhibition pursuit information attributes such as participant company, display products, travel pattern in the exhibition hall, visitor personal information, and visitor requiring information. And also, four different u-exhibition contents preferences were identified such as other facility and service, visitor' characteristics and movement patterns, participant company information, and basic exhibition information. Three different expected performance factors were identified such as exhibition image and convenience, exhibition credibility and brand enhancement, and information accuracy and convenience. Conclusion and implication were provided in the conclusion section.

        자전거관광 활성화 중요속성과 만족, 행동의도의 구조적 관계연구

        This study examined the interrelationships among the importance attributes of bicycle tourism in terms of satisfaction and behavior intention. Previously, there had been no focus on Bicycle Tourism that affected local tourism development. This research has shown that bicycle tourism provided different tourism experiences and activities. Furthermore, local communities expected to have more bicycle tourists who would be willing to visit local travel places. Empirical data were collected along bike paths in the regions of Yang Pyeong and Gyeonggi-do using an on-line survey. A total of 301 questionnaires were analyzed using a Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of the study is as follows: Products, contents, accommodation, community, and infra factors influenced bicycle travel satisfaction and loyalty both directly and indirectly. More detailed theoretical and practical implications were discussed in the conclusion. 본 연구에서는 전국적 자전거길 조성과 개발에 따른 자전거관광 활성화와 지역경제 발전을 위한 방안 마련을 위해 자전거관광 중요속성을 이용한 만족도 및 행동의도 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하여, 향후 자전거관광을 매개로 지역관광개발 및 지역자원을 활용한 지역경제 활성화를 이끌 수 있는 상생 모델의 제시를 하고자 함에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 자전거길 이용 관광객을 대상으로 현장 설문조사와 자전거길 이용경험이 있는 자전거 동호인을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 2013년 5월 둘째 주부터 6주간에 걸쳐 진행하였다. 모두 360부를 회수하였으나, 이 중 응답이 불성실한 59부를 제외한 총 301부를 최종분석에 활용하였다. 연구결과, 자전거관광 중요속성 중 상품콘텐츠개발, 숙박시설은 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자전거관광 만족도는 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 향후 자전거 관광객들이 고려하는 중요속성과 자전거 관광객 만족을 유도하여 지속적 자전거관광 활성화를 이끌 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
