The purpose of this study is an optimal layout planning of assembly space, considering production schedule for the LCD equipments manufacturing company. The company adopts the make to order policy to assemble the equipments in the clean-room considering optimal layout of assembly spaces and due dates of orders. Therefore, the objectives of this study are minimizing the sum of distance of each group, minimizing the total area of empty spaces and minimizing violations of schedule. Input data are the size of Clean-Room, due dates of orders and the size of ordered products. Output is an optimal assembly place allocation plan considering the production schedule. In this paper, we suggest a mathematical model for the problem with consideration of due dates of orders. Also we present an case study explaining suggested model.

In this paper, we develop the manufacturing execution system (MES) software for order based production system, especially small and medium-sized enterprises. Manufacturing Execution Systems are an essential component of operations in today" s competitive business environments, which require greater production efficiency and effectiveness. Manufacturing execution system (MES) software is used to manage and monitor work-in-process on the factory floor. Presented in this paper consisted of two parts. First, analysis of requirements and problem solving scheme for order based production system, especially small and medium-sized enterprises. Second, describing MES software which is designed to improve asset productivity, reduce order-to-ship times, and eliminate costly rework. Developed MES software is composed of Document Control, Operations/Detail Scheduling, Resource Allocation, Process Management, Quality Management and Maintenance Management. Also, MES software is applied to a typical order based production enterprise in the Shihwa Industry Complex, proved itself to be useful.

Vibrio parahemolyticus의 血淸學的 同定에 關한 硏究

Tube agglutination test and cross absorption test were carried out with six strains of V. parahemolyticus (0-1:K-1, 0-2:K-2, 0-3:K-4, 0-4:K-8, 0-5:K-15, 0-6:K-18). The results are as followings; 1. In cross agglutination test with 0 type antibody systems show titres of 1,280, but titres of 80-320 in heterogeneous antigen and antiserum systems. 2. By adopting K-antigens and antisera, same phenomena were observed. In homologous systems, the serum titres were as high as 2,560, while in heterogeneous systems, the titres were 80-320. 3. Desirable factor sera were available through the absorption of serum with cross reacting antigens. This factor serum could be applicable for serotyping of V. parahemolyticus.
