In this paper, we propose a plan for the introduction of a knowledge-based system proposed by the traditional computing sciences, in order to operate the computer system computerized hospital workers effectively. Hospital computational features of the operating system for this purpose, were made about the working conditions, computational difficulties of the hospital administrator. It is necessary for a knowledge management system for results-effective IT system operational review findings apply to the hospital, where a hospital computer system having features and hospitals computational workers must be resolved on the technical and environmental constraints with It became aware of the need. This study further shows that an effective hospital computer system to derive additional operating a variety of issues to consider for the base and the introduction of a knowledge management system can gradually solve the problem.
Study on bubble detection sensor for safe sap and blood injection

The infusion of fluid and blood is necessary in the ward, operating room, recovery room, neonatal room, etc. for nutrition and blood supply to the patient, but air bubbles generated during infusion of fluid and blood circulate along the artery or vein. Serious illnesses occur and there is also a risk of death. In this paper, we propose a medical bubble detection system, a bubble detection system, a bubble detection alarm system, and a communication method in order to develop a safer fluid and blood injection system in the existing system, which is detected by a medical staff monitoring system or an ultrasonic bubble detection sensor In this study, infrared rays are transmitted to a tube through a tube for injecting fluid or blood into a patient, infrared rays transmitted by an infrared ray emitting section are received, and the amount of light is measured in real time. Based on the data, we study how to detect and analyze the presence of bubbles in fluid and blood.

Proper water management is vital to achieve high performance and durability of PEFC (Polymer Electrolyte Fuel Cell). The effects of the residual water from PEFC after purge in shut-down processes on GDL/MEAs were investigated with freeze/thaw cycles Freeze/thaw cycle tests were conducted with single cells which were designed from transparent acryl plates. Single cells which contain several amount of residual water were cycles from 80?C to -28?C. The resistance changes of the single cells which have various amount of residual water were evaluated by ac-impedance analysis with 24 times of freeze/thaw cycles. Also, after the freeze/thaw cycles, the property changes were characterized by visual methods such as SEM, EPMA. Though it was difficult to observe noticeable property changes in the visual characterizations, the resistance of cells dramatically increased with the amount of remained water.

Proper water management is important to achieve high performance and durability of Polymer electrolyte fuel cell (PEFC). Among various stack components, gas diffusion layer (GDL) is considered as a core part to determine the gas and water transportation in a cell. To optimize the water management, the changes of properties as well as basic properties of GDLs were investigated before and after clamping of colls. Thickness, electric conductivity, porosity, hydroppobicity etc. were characterized by the same criteria. The amount of residual water after cell operation also was compared by direct measuring of weight. Based on the amount of residual water the endurance on the freeze condition was evaluated.
