무용인의 소속단체 특성과 자기효능감에 따른 우울증상의 관계

본 연구는 무용인의 우울증상에 영향을 주는 요인 중 자기효능감과 직업의 소속 상태가 우울증상에 미치는 영향을 연구한 논문이다. 조사는 총 143명의 무용인을 대상으로 진행되었으며 자기 기입 방식의 설문조사를 수행하였다. 우울증상 여부에 따른 성별, 연령, 무용 수입, 교육 수준에 대하여 빈도 분석과 카이제곱검정을 수행하였다. 우울증상 여부에 따른 자기 자기효능감 정도는 평균과 표준편차로 표현하였고, T-검정을 수행하였다. 자기효능감과 우울증상과의 관계에 대해서는 산점도를 그리고 관련된 예측치를 그림으로 나타내었다. 마지막으로, 자기효능감의 감소에 따른 우울증상의 증가 여부를 분석하기 위해 다중회기분석을 수행하였고, 오즈비와 95% 신뢰구간을 산출하였다. 조사 결과, 무용인의 우울증상은 수입이 적을수록, 소속 단체가 비-국가 기관인 경우, 그리고 자기효능감이 낮은 경우 높게 나타났다. 더욱이, 정년이 보장되지 않는 비 국가 단체나 개인 단체의 소속인 경우 자기효능감이 낮은 상태일 때 두 요인이 서로 상호작용하여 우울증상은 급속히 늘어남을 알 수 있었다. 즉, 비-국가 기관이면서 자기효능감이 낮은 경우는 국가기관이면서 자기효능감이 높은 경우보다 약 40배 이상의 우울증상을 나타내는 것으로 조사되었다. 소속단체의 특성과 자기효능감은 우울증상에 대해 강한 작용을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 무용인의 우울감 예방하기 위해서는 자기효능감 증가뿐만 아니라 소속 상태의 안정화를 위한 다각도의 노력이 필요하겠다 The aims of our study were to investigate whether self-efficiency value or affiliation status related to depression symptoms. We conducted self-reported questionnaires for 143 artists of dancing. Artists have high prevalence of depressive symptoms when they experienced low income level, non-government affiliation and lower self-efficiency. Frequency analysis about gender, age, income, according to the level of education for depression and chi-square test was performed. Expressed as mean and standard deviation is about self-efficacy, according to whether depression, and t - Carried out a test. Self-efficacy and scattered about the relationship with depressive symptoms and graphically represents a forecast that are associated. Finally, according to the reduction of self-efficacy symptom of depression increased availability of multiple regression analysis to analyze the performance, calculated the odds ratio and a 95 % confidence interval. Furthermore, there was synergic effect between affiliation status and self-efficiency level to risk of depression symptoms. For example, the odds of depressive symptoms in non-government affiliation and low self-efficiency dancer was were 40 times higher or more comparing to that in government affiliation and high self-efficiency dancer. Hence, both of self-efficiency level as well as affiliation status should be considered To prevent depressive symptoms.
