        중환자실 내 지속적 신대체 요법과 관련된 간호업무 분석

        Purpose: The purpose of the study was to analyze the nursing activities related to continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) in the intensive care units (ICU). Methods: We developed a list of 31 CRRT related nursing activities based on literature review and reviewed by expert group. A total of 109 direct time measurement records by 43 ICU nurses were collected and analyzed in terms of total time per shift, frequency, standard time, difficulty and performance levels of each CRRT nursing activity. Results: The mean time for CRRT nursing activity was 85.60 minutes per 8 hour shift. Nurses have spent average $9.46{\pm}6.98$ minutes in a shift for "waste fluid bag change" activity. In addition, "check catheter location" was the most time consuming single activity. The most difficult activity was "counseling-answer" and the most competent one was "dialysis solutions change". Conclusion: The CRRT nursing activities accounted for a significant portion of total nursing workload. Practical allocation of nursing staff for CRRT patient along with development of a new nursing cost system need to be considered. Continuous nursing educational and training programs on CRRT should be developed.

        중환자실 간호사가 인식한 간호조직문화와 직장 내 괴롭힘 경험과의 관계

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between organizational culture and workplace bullying of intensive care unit (ICU) nurses. Methods: A secondary analysis was conducted using three different data sets on workplace bullying of hospital nurses. This analysis focused on the relationship between organizational culture and workplace bullying of 240 ICU nurses. The original data were collected using self-reporting questionnaires and were analyzed using hierarchical multiple regression. Results: ICU nurses were aware of their organizational culture as being rank-oriented, relationship-oriented, innovation-oriented, and task-oriented in that order. The results showed that 15.0% of the ICU nurses reported being victims of workplace bullying, mostly work-related bullying. The perception of a relationshiporiented culture explained a variance of 29% in the workplace bullying of ICU nurses. Conclusion: The findings suggest that ICU nurses who are strongly aware of a relationship-oriented culture would experience less workplace bullying. Further research is needed to develop interventions that can foster a relationship-oriented culture in ICUs.

        인공신경망을 이용한 드레이프성 예측

        This study aims to propose a prediction model for the drape coefficient using artificial neural networks and to analyze the nonlinear relationship between the drape properties and physical properties of fabrics. The study validates the significance of each factor affecting the fabric drape through multiple linear regression analysis with a sample size of 573. The analysis constructs a model with an adjusted R<sup>2</sup> of 77.6%. Seven main factors affect the drape coefficient: Grammage, extruded length values for warp and weft (m<sub>warp</sub>, m<sub>weft</sub>), coefficients of quadratic terms in the tensile-force quadratic graph in the warp, weft, and bias directions (c<sub>warp</sub>, c<sub>weft</sub>, c<sub>bias</sub>), and force required for 1% tension in the warp direction (f<sub>warp</sub>). Finally, an artificial neural network was created using seven selected factors. The performance was examined by increasing the number of hidden neurons, and the most suitable number of hidden neurons was found to be 8. The mean squared error was .052, and the correlation coefficient was .863, confirming a satisfactory model. The developed artificial neural network model can be used for engineering and high-quality clothing design. It is expected to provide essential data for clothing appearance, such as the fabric drape.

        3D 가상화를 위한 드레이프성 간이 측정법 개발

        This study proposes a simple drape measurement method for the 3D virtualization of garments. The proposed method uses angles or disks of different diameters to evaluate the drape properties easily. We divided 710 fabrics into ten groups based on the drape coefficient, of which 49.6% had drape coefficients of 30 or less. The drape properties were measured to classify the groups into smaller clusters using the angle formed when the center of the fabric was fixed. Accordingly, three clusters were formed for 60° and 100° angles. A method was devised using ten disks of different diameters to classify the remaining two clusters, except the cluster containing only the D10 group (D1-D5 and D5-D9). Three criteria-grade match, a sum of deviation, and standardization of deviation-were used for the classifications. The discriminative ability between groups was high for D1-D5 with disks with 24.0 and 25.5 cm diameters. Furthermore, a disk with a diameter of 16.5 cm was effective for D5-D9. The three-dimensional drape shapes were unique for the ten groups, which can be utilized as fundamental data for 3D virtualization.
