Hybrid control unit(HCU) should maintain the high reliability why it controls the hybrid electrical vehicle(HEV) by ordering the lower controllers like ECU, MCU, TCU etc. If HCU is out of order, it demands on the method for guaranteeing the safety of car and human, so I think that HCU needs to have the high reliability and prevent disorder. This paper proposes the process for improving reliability how HCU checks the execution time decided by System Dynamic. In order to normally carry out an operation and control the system, the firmware and application software should be executed in that time. From the monitoring concept, I have developed the diagnosis control logic using Model-based design(MBD) and generated the HCU code by the Code Generation and compiler for checking the execution time.
