『텍스트언어학』과 국어사 연구 -한국텍스트언어학회 30년을 되돌아보며-

It has been 30 years since the establishment of The Textlinguistc Society of Korea(1991~2021). In addition, the official journal Textlinguistics has been published to volume50(volume1(1993.8.)~volume50(2021.6.)). In this paper, I have looked back on the past 30 years of The Textlinguistic Society of Korea through papers related to Korean language in Textlinguistics. Based on 501 papers written by 261 authors, the transformation process of The Textlinguistc Society of Korea was divided into establishment period, leap period, and development period. And 38 papers related to Korean language history in Textlinguistics were examined in terms of research subjects, research methods, and research tools. I hope that the new 30 years of The Textlinguistc Society of Korea and Textlinguistics will be 30 years of continuous development.

일제시대 어문규범 정리과정에서 나타난 수용과 변천의 양상 - <언문철자법>과 <한글 맞춤법 통일안>을 중심으로 -

This paper was written to study on the role of some works under the management of Japanese colonial government with a establishment of the orthography of Hangeul, Korean characters in the Japense imperialism era. The orthography of Hangeul was said to be completed with <Hangelmachumbeoptong- iran>(한글마춤법통일안) in 1933 and to be based from <Gukmunyeonguuijeongan>(국문연구의정안) in 1909. But in this paper I asserted that <Hangeulmachumbeoptongiran> was originally brought from <Gukmunyeonguuijeongan> and it also must be influenced by some orthographic works under the management of Japanese colonial government(조선총독부), e.g. <Botonghakgyoyongeonmuncheoljabeop>(보통학교용언문철자법)(1912), <Botonghakgyoyongeonmuncheoljabeopdaeyo>(보통학교용언문철자법대요)(1921), <Eonmuncheoljabeop>(언문철자법)(1930). Conclusionly <Hangelmachumbeoptongiran> was a work which was made through the reception of all the previous works and the development of it.

성인 농인을 위한 한국수어 교육과정 개발의 방향과 실제

이 글은 수어 의미론을 중심으로, 성인 농인을 대상으로 하는 한국수어 교육과정의 개발 방향과 실제 적용 가능성을 살펴보는 것이다. 2016년 제정된 〈한국수화언어법〉에서 규정하고 있는 한국수어 교육 및 보급을 위해서는 무엇보다 한국수어 교육과정의 수립이 시급한 일이다. 그러나 현재 한국수어 교육과 보급은 체계적인 교육과정이 마련되지 않아 교육 기관에 따라 또는 교육 수요자에 따라 임시 방편적으로 운영되고 있는 형편이다. 교육 내용 역시 단순히 수어 단어 중심으로 진행되고 있어 한국수어 전반에 대한 교육이 없는 실정이다. 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 이 글에서는 농인을 위한 한국수어 교육과정, 특히 농인 중에서도 농인 성인을 위한 교육과정의 개발이라는 점을 전제로 하여 개발의 방향을 살펴보고 나아가 수어 의미론을 중심으로 교육과정의 실제 모습을 제안하고 있다. 올바른 한국수어 교육과정을 개발하기 위해서는 무엇보다 교육대상을 명확히 하고 교육 목표를 확정하는 것이 중요하다. 그리고 이를 뒷받침하는 내용 요소를 교육 단계에 맞추어 한국수어에 특성을 반영하는 교육방법으로 교육할 수 있도록 하는 것이 중요하다. The purpose of this article is to find the correct direction of the KSL(Korean Sign Language) curriculum for Deaf adults and to set up a new model of KSL curriculum based on it. The establishment of the KSL curriculum is most urgent in order to provide and educate Korean Sign Language as stipulated in KOREAN SIGN LANGUAGE ACT which was made in 2016 at last. However, because of the absence of the effective KSL curriculum, the education and dissemination of KSL are being operated on a temporary basis, depending on educational institutions and educational demanders. The content of education is also based simply on sign words, so there is no systematic education on all units of KSL like as morph, word, phrase, sentence, expression etc. To overcome this problem, this article examines the correct direction of development of the KSL curriculum under the premise that it is the development of the KSL curriculum especially for Deaf adults, and suggests the actual model of the KSL curriculum centered to the sign semantics. In order to develop a proper KSL curriculum, it is important to clarify goals of education and finalize learners of education. And it is important to ensure that the content elements can be taught in a manner that reflects the characteristics of KSL according to the fitting level of education.
