세계화의 가속화와 학령인구의 감소라는 무한경쟁에 노출된 대학은 교육의 질 제고와 경쟁력 강화를 통해 불확실한 환경에 적극적으로 대응하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 교육의 질 제고와 지속적인 개선을 위한 품질경영시스템으로서의 기관평가인증제이 경영자의 리더십을 통해 비재무적 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 따라서 전국 4년제 대학과 전문대학을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고자 한다. 그리고 회수된 자료에 대해 Smart PLS를 활용하여 구조방정식 모형으로 연구모형을 검정하고자 한다. Universities exposed to the endless competition of accelerated globalization and reduced school-age population are striving to actively respond to uncertain environments by improving education quality and strengthening their competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effect of the institutional evaluation & accreditation system as a quality management system on the improvement of the quality of education and continuous improvement through the leadership of managers. Therefore, we would like to conduct a survey of four-year universities and colleges nationwide. And we will test the research model with the structural equation model using Smart PLS.
