The dental high-speed air turbine handpiece is the most popular device in clinical dentistry as a denture cutting tool. Developing the air turbine handpiece is important and it is studied by using computational fluid dynamics. The effects of the air turbine blade shape are investigated for optimum design. The moving mesh method is applied to find the torque through mesh convergence study. The pressure and torque values are obtained in the each blade shape considered. The blade shape is optimized by comparing the torque value of each blade shape.

To utilizing CFX V12.0.1, internal flow characteristics of denture high-speed air turbine hand-piece unit was identified, in order to analyze the performance of the torque values were compared. In order to find out the difference of torque by mash values, under steady condition, performed grid convergence test. It compared theoretical torque with torque through flow analysis. To describe the motion of turbine blade was used to immerged solid method. Depending on the location of the turbine blade were calculated from five case. Maximum and minimum values of turbine blades was analyzed. To analyze the performance of the torque values were compared with speed of turbine blade.

In recent years, small high-sped boats involving marine leisure steadily have been increasing because of enlargement of the national income and requirement of marine leisure. But the maintenance work of the small high-speed boats in dock have pointed out many faults in the small FRP-shipbuilding because of a term of works and working-space and man-power. Lifting a boat from marine to land is used to lift the boats with a crane or haul a worker by using a splint around the bottom of a boats. But docking work is limited a scale of boat correspond to crane capacity, capsized a boat and threatened the life through their carelessness. In the paper, for the purpose of developing the marine docking system for the sake of economical efficiency and safety is carried out the concept design of marine the docking system and model test and structure analysis etc.
