고온 처리한 마늘의 이화학적 특성과 벤조피렌에 관한 연구

In this study, black garlic was produced by treated high temperature(110, 120 and 130℃) and treat time(6, 12, 24 and 48hr.) conditions. Then, the physicochemical activity as total polyphenol, total flavonoid, reduction sugar, and nitrite scavenging activity content of it extract were compared fresh garlic extract. Total polyphenol, total flavonoid, reduction sugar and nitrite scavenging activity content have a top position within increasing treated temperature and time. Highest total polyphenol content was 9.97㎎/g at 130℃ and 12hr. about 4.4times higher then fresh garlic. Highest total flavonoid content was 2.78㎎/g at 130℃ and 12hr. about 36times higher then fresh garlic. Highest reduction sugar content was 39.53㎎/g at 110℃ and 24hr. about 4times higher then fresh garlic. As a result of investigating the statistical significance of the variables of treatment temperature and treatment time, it was found that treatment temperature had more influence than treatment time. As the treatment temperature and treatment time increased, the active ingredient decreased. The decrease in active ingredients was suspected of being converted to poly aromatic hydrocarbons. As aresult of examining the content of benzo[a]pyrene, it was not detected.

Natural lacquer was cured at room temperature at a relative humidity of 60% at 27°C to obtain a lacquer film. Photolysis of lacquer was investigated by irradiating 1~75 kGy of gamma ray to this lacquer film. No significant changes were observed in the range of 1~10 kGy radiation. As the radiation doses were increased, the white spots were increased in the scanning electron microscope photographs. The increase of the white dots of the lacquer surface shows that the lacquer is degradation by radiation. As a result of IR spectral analysis of the lacquer surface with increasing irradiation dose, there was no significant change in 3,445 cm-1 hydroxide group, 2,900 cm-1 hydrocarbon group, and 993 cm-1 triene group. However, the 1,745 cm-1 carbonyl group was found to increase, and the 1,715 cm-1 unsaturated hydrocarbon group and the 1,463 cm-1 methylene group showed a tendency to decrease.

유기물이 포함된 황산아연 폐수로부터 황산아연을 회수하기위해서는 유기물의 제거가 필수적이다. 폐수 속에 포함된 유기물을 2차 오염물질이 거의 발생하지 않게 처리하기 위하여 오전 산화법과 흡착법을 병용하여 처리함으로서 효과적으로 유기물을 제거 할 수 있었다. 과량의 황산은 산화아연을 처리하여 황산아연 7수염을 제조함으로써 과량의 황산을 처리할 수 있었다. 폐수 1kg을 처리하여 740g의 황산아연 7수염을 얻었다. The eliminating of organic compound is essential process of the recovery of zinc sulfate from zinc sulfate waste water contained organic compound. The ozone oxidation and adsorption treatment is good for eliminating of organic compound in waste water. The zinc oxide treated an excess of sulfuric acid for zinc sulfate. We got zinc sulfate 740g from water 1kg.
An Evaluation Formula for the Yeh-Wiener Integral

In this paper we find an evaluation formula for the Yeh-Wiener integral using the Paley-Wiener-Zygmund integral. And we use the formula to evaluate the Yeh-Wiener integral of a function which is the product of a Lebesgue integrable function and the stochastic Fourier transform of a complex measure.
On the Riemann-Stieltjes Integral in Nonstandard Analysis

The purpose of this paper is to develop the Riemann-Stieltjes integral by using the hyperreal numbers. In particular, we obtain a theorem which expresses the Riemann-Stieltjes integrals of certain functions in terms of Riemmann integrals. Finally, the Integration By Parts Formula is proved by using that theorem and the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus.

J.D. Kuelbs proved a formula for relating integrals over C₂(Q) with those over C₂(R) where Q≡[a,b] ×[c,d] and R≡[0,1] ×[0.1]. In this paper, we introduce the generalized Riemann-Stieltjes integral which is called the Paley-Wiener-Zygmund integral, and obtain a relation between generalized Riemann-Stieltjes integrals over Q and those over R. And also we establish some Yeh-Wiener integration formulas on C₂(Q) by using the above formula and relation.

Granular clay minerals for adsorption of the organic dye prepared a Na-Bentonite and optimum condition calcined temperature $700^{\circ}C$ and polyvinyl alcohol quantity was 25%. Granular clay mineral stable range was pH3 to pH9 and specific area was $83m^2/g$. The adsorption of the organic dye on the Granular clay mineral showed result good adsorption with acid medium and then enthalpy was -3.36 ~ -0.84 kcal/mol. It was exhibit typical physical adsorption. 점토광물은 첨단소재용 원료로서 석유, 펄프, 비료, 점결제와 페인트 등 사용분야가 다양한 광물이며, 이러한 천연 점토광물을 비교적 간단하게 처리하여 체내에 농축되면 독성과 피해를 일으키는 염료 폐수의 흡착처리 및 흡착 메커니즘에 대해서 조사하였다. 그 결과 유기염료를 흡착처리하기 위한 입상 점토광물제조의 최적조선은 굽기온도 $700^{\circ}C$이며, 점결제인 polyvinyl alcohol 의 량은 25% 이었다. 제조된 입상 점토광물의 pH는 중성이었고 산성 메디움에서의 안정한 pH의 범위는 3~9 사이였고, 비표면적은 $83m^2/g$ 이였다. 제조된 입상점토광물에 대한 유기염료의 흡착량은 산성 메디움에서 좋은 흡착결과를 보였고, 이때 흡착엔탈피는 -3.36~ -0.84 kcal/mol 로 전형적인 물리흡착임을 나타내었다.
