        루프소기형태의 2행정기관에서 분사압력 및 분사각도에 따른 분무특성 연구

        The flow field and spray characteristics for loop scavenged type 2stroke engine having pancake shape was numerically computed using KIVA-Ⅱ code. The cylinder has 1intake port, 2side intake ports and 1exhaust port with induced flow angle 25 deg. In engine calculation, the chop techniques is used to strip or add planes of cells across the mesh adjacent to the TDC and the BDC(ports parts) for preventing the demand of exceed time during the computation, providing a control on cell height in the squish region. The modified turbulent model including the consideration of the compressibility effect due to the compression and expansion of piston was also used.<br/> The case of 25 deg.(injection angle) which is opposite to scavenging flow direction shows better the distribution of droplets and the evaporation rate of droplets compared to other cases(0 deg., -25 deg.). When injection pressure was increased, the spray tip penetration became longer. When injection pressure was increased, the interaction between the upward gas velocity and spray droplets strongly cause. Thus the breakup of droplets is strongly occurred and the evaporation rate of droplets was found to be better.

      • 범용 열/유체 유동해석 프로그램 NUFLEX의 개발

        A general purpose program NUFLEX for the analysis of 3-D heat/fluid flow in complex geometry with pre/post processor have been developed, which consists of a flow solver based on FVM. and a dedicated pre/post processor. The program employs a general non-orthogonal grid system and solve laminar and turbulent flows with standard and RNG k-ε turbulence models. NUFLEX is capable of analysing two-phase flow with topologically complex interface, turbulent diffusion combustion, solidification problems and magnetic flow. For the purpose of verification of the program and testing the applicability, several practical problems are solved and compared with the available data. Comparison of the NUFLEX results with that by the STAR-CD program has been also made for the same flow configuration and grid structure.

      • 벽과 분무사이의 유동에 대한 저 Reynolds 난류모델의 비교평가

        소형 디젤엔진의 발달에 벽과 분무액적과의 상호작용은 공기와 분사연료의 혼합뿐 아니라 연소에 큰 영향을 끼쳐왔다. 본 논문에서는 벽 부근에서 난류가 액적 거동에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해서 Yoshizawa의 비등방성 난류 모델과 Reynolds에 의해서 제안된 수정 k-ε 모델을 사용하였다. 또한 Fujimoto등에 의해서 측정된 실험값과 계산된 결과를 비교하였다. 비교 결과 다른 수정 k-ε모델보다 Yoshzawa의 모델이 실험값과 가장 잘 일치하였다. The spray/wall interaction is considered as one of the most important phenomena influencing air-fuel mixing and combustion in the development of compact diesel engine. In this paper we used the Yoshizawa's anisotropic turbulence model and the κ-εmodel modified by Reynolds in order to analyze the effect of turbulence on the drops behavior in the near-wall region and the calculated results are compared with the experimental data of Fujimoto et. al. It can be concluded that the calculated results by Yoshizawa's model rather than those of the modified κ-εmodel agree well the experimental data
