농업계열 특성화고등학교 학생의 자아탄력성, 진로정체감, 진로성숙도 간의 관계

본 연구의 목적은 농업계 특성화고등학교 학생의 자아탄력성, 진로정체감, 진로성숙도 간의 관계를 규명하고, 이를 고려한 진로지도와 생활지도의 기초를 마련하고자 한다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 경기도에 소재한 2개의 농업계 특성화고등학교 재학생 519명을 대상으로 자기보고식 척도검사를 실시하였고, 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자아탄력성 점수가 높은 학생이 진로정체감 전체 점수와 하위요인인 안정성, 목표지향성, 독특성, 자기주장, 자기존재의식과 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 이 결과는 자아탄력성이 높은 학생이 진로정체감도 잘 형성되어 있는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 둘째, 자아탄력성 점수가 높은 학생이 진로성숙도 전체 점수와 하위요인인 결정성, 준비성, 확신성과 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 목적성과 확신성은 유의미한 상관관계가 나타나지 않았다. 이 결과는 자아탄력성이 높은 학생의 경우 진로성숙도 전체 점수와 일부 하위요인과 정적인 상관관계가 있다고 해석할 수 있다. 셋째, 진로정체감 점수가 높은 학생이 진로성숙도 전체 점수와 결정성, 준비성, 독립성, 목적성, 확신성과 정적인 상관관계가 나타났고, 이 결과로 볼 때 진로정체감이 잘 형성된 학생의 경우 진로성숙도 전반에도 긍정적인 영향을 미친다고 해석할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among ego-resilience, career identity and career maturity in agricultural specialized high school students and to provide the student s career guidance and basic life guidance. For this purpose 519 high school students participated in self reported survey, SPSS 18.0 statistical data processing program was used for data analysis. The research results for this study are as follows. First, the high ego-resilience students are positively related to the total of career identity and in subordinated categories such as stability, goal orientation, uniqueness, self-assertion and self-existence consciousness. The results are as follows. First, the high ego-resilience students are positively related to the total of career identity and in subordinated categories such as stability, goal orientation, uniqueness, self-assertion and self-existence consciousness. Through this result, the high ego-resilience students were estimated to show high formed career identity. Second, the high ego-resilience students are positively related to the total of career maturity and subordinated categories such as decision, preparation, confidence and independence, sense of purpose don t have meaningful relationship. According to this result, the high ego-resilience students were estimated to show high career maturity total score and its sub-categories partially. Third, the high career identity students are positively related to the total of career maturity and in subordinated categories such as decision, preparation, independence, sense of purpose, and confidence. Through this result, the high career identity students can show well formed career maturity.
학교폭력 피해청소년의 자아존중감 및 사회적 기술 향상을 위한 집단미술치료 프로그램의 효과

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of Group Art Therapy on self-esteem and social skill on school violence of adolescents who have school withdrawal and interpersonal problems. In the pursuit of this purpose, 26 middle school students (13 experimental group and controls each) experienced victimization using AMPB(adolescent mental-health problem- behavior questionnaire) participated the experiment. Only the experimental group were given the Group Art Therapy which was developed by researcher of this study. To measure the improving observation skills, Self-Esteem Inventory(SEI) developed by Choi Bo-ga and Jeun Gui-Yun (1993) and Korean Social Skill Rating System developed by Moon Sung Won (2003) was used as a measuring instrument for a pre-test and post-test between the both groups. Analysis of data was performed using SPSS 18.0 statistical data processing program. The result obtained in the study are as follows. First, the adolescents who participated in the Group Art Therapy showed a significant improvement in overall self-esteem, social self-esteem, domestic self-esteem, inside-school self-esteem, and total self-esteem means compared with those who didn`t. Second, the adolescents who participated in the Group Art Therapy showed a significant improvement in cooperation, assertion, empathy, self-control, and total social skill means compared with those who didn`t.
