A design hotel is a category of hotel, which is specialized by creative spaces and individualized services. It has been an opportunity to small-sized hotel among major franchised hotel market. One of the main reason of this success is rapid adaptation of complex and diverse needs of customers to various architectural elements of design hotel. From this success, we can learn that rapid response of targeted customers is a key of success. To response rapidly changing customers need, analyzing architectural elements composing hotel spaces will be an essential process. However, a research on analyzing customer characteristics and find its relation to architectural elements have not been reported yet to authors knowledge. Therefore, main goal of this paper is construction of design hotel retrieval system by analyzing the architectural elements by an ontology. We construct architectural elements ontology by studying design hotels built in recent period, to investigate applicability of analyzed data in design hotel planning process. To this end, similarities between design hotels and difference of architectural presentation styles are investigated based on the fact that design hotels are designed for targeted customers characteristics. Based on this results, we aim to provide intuitive information for future design hotel development.
주민참여형 도시재생의 거버넌스 비교분석 - 하이라인 공원(High Line Park)과 서울로7017의 사례를 중심으로 -

High Line Park is a well-known foreign case resident-participating urban regeneration led by the civic group Friends of High Line(FHL). Similarly Seoullo7017 is a case of domestic resident-participating urban regeneration that was inspired by High Line Park. To compare these two cases from the perspective of resident participation, the analysis was focused on primary objectives, activities, and governance relationship involved in the process. In particular, the governance subject was specified, and the relationship between the subjects and the role of the intermediate organization were mainly confirmed. Additionally, by comparing the specific differences between High Line Park and Seoullo7017, it present the long-term development strategy for practical resident-participating urban regeneration.

To evaluate the stability of a pneumatic conveyor system, a flow analysis and structural analysis were performed using the FSI technique. Prototypes were fabricated and verified. As a result of the flow analysis, the maximum pressure applied to the device was calculated to be 0.55 MPa. The structural analysis determined that the maximum stress was 131 MPa and the yield strength of the structure was less than 205 MPa. The safety of the system was confirmed by the fact that no deformation occurred during the manufacturing and operation of the prototype.
라이프스타일에 따른 부티크 호텔의 건축적 프로그램 분석

부티크 호텔은 개인의 개성이 나타나는 독창적인 공간과 차별화된 서비스를 특징으로 하는 신개념의 호텔이다. 부티크 호텔은 지난 30년간 변화하는 라이프스타일의 트렌드를 반영하여, 대형화되고 체인화 된 호텔시장에서 소규모 호텔의 호황을 가져왔다. 특히 라이프스타일은 고객의 가치관을 반영하여 호텔을 선택하는 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 다양한 고객의 욕구를 반영하기 위해 호텔의 규모는 작아지고, 프로그램은 소수로 집중되었다. 본 논문에서는 부티크 호텔의 프로그램이 라이프스타일의 유형에 따라 어떻게 적용되었는지 알아보고 상관관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 분류된 라이프스타일의 유형과 부티크 호텔의 프로그램을 통해 현재의 트렌드를 분석하여 보다 효과적으로 고객의 욕구를 예측할 수 있도록 했다. 부티크 호텔에서의 특징적 프로그램은 가치 유형 및 라이프스타일에 따라 5가지 항목으로 분류되었다. 본 논문에서 부티크 호텔들의 특징을 통하여 새로운 유형의 라이프스타일 호텔을 제안한다. Boutique hotel is new concept of hotel that can be characterized by creative space and differen tiated service. In the past 30 years, boutique hotel has been boomed against hotel franchise by reflecting fast-changing lifestyle trends. Specifically, lifestyle which reflects individual values, plays an important role in choice of hotel. Nowadays, the size of hotel becomes com pact and programs are highly customized to individual guest, to reflect various customers need. In this paper, we have investigated that applications of program to boutique hotel based on individual lifestyle and correlation between lifestyle and program presentation. The result we present will be useful to predict market trends and grasping customers need based on lifestyle we categorized. Characteristic programs in boutique hotel are categorized as five, according to the value class and lifestyle. In this paper, we propose new type of lifestyle hotel induced from categorized results described in the paper.
