The Korean mobile service market has persistently grown with the number of subscribers and volume of mobile traffic. It shows the slow diffusion of 5G subscribers, and rapid growth of both the MVNO(Mobile Virtual Network Operator) market and unlocked mobile phones. Therefore, this study derives the direction of telcos' strategies and policy implications by empirically analyzing the usage and attitude of LTE and 5G subscribers. Our major findings are as follows: First, our current mobile service subscription market constitutes most long-term customers for their incumbent carriers only by device change from lock-in with bundle services. Mobile tariffs, data speed, and benefits of bundle services are important factors affecting choices and customers' satisfaction with a provider and intentions of churning to another. Second, demand and satisfaction for using 5G are less because speeds and service tariffs act as pain points for 5G services. Third, the users' high preferences for MVNOs and unlocked mobile phones are linked to their subscription to MVNOs' low-cost plans with unlocked mobile phones on online channels. These streams lead to a big change in the market competition that MNO(Mobile Network Operator)s' market shares are expected to decrease and MVNOs' shares will be increased by two times, in the near future. Therefore, MNOs need to change their distribution strategies from offline to online channels and try to resolve the stereotype, "mobile tariffs are expensive," by enhancing their service values. Finally, as consumers prefer one-stop service in the same channel regardless of the distribution channel, policies should focus on the consumers' needs for convenience rather than on the channel separation for perfectly unlocked mobile phones.
토지피복지도를 활용한 농업비점오염원 오염부하량 산정에 관한 연구

Non-point source pollutants have characteristics the render them difficult to manage owing to the uncertainty of flow paths. As agricultural non-point sources account for more than 57% of non-point source pollutants, the necessity for management is increasing. This study examines the possibility of utilizing land cover maps to suggest a more appropriate method of setting management priority for agricultural non-point sources in the Daecheong Lake area and draws implications by comparing the results derived using the cadastral map, as mentioned in the TMDL Basic Policy. To define the prioritized areas for management, the pollution load was calculated for each subbasin using the formula from the TMDL technical guidelines. As a result, the difference in the average pollution load between the land cover map and cadastral map ranged from 11.6% to 21% among the subbasins. In almost all subbasins, there were differences in the ranking of management priorities depending on the land information that was used. In addition, it was found that it was reasonable to use the level 3 land cover map to calculate the load generated by the land system for examining the implementation goals and methods of each data and comparing them with satellite images.

멀티 홉 WiMax 네트워크와 관련된 IEEE 802.16j 표준에서는 협력 통신 사용을 명시하고 있지만 관련하여 Relay 노드 선택방법이나 라우팅 기법을 제시하지 않고 있다. 본 논문은 802.16j 네트워크에서 협력 통신을 고려하여 높은 throughput 성능을 내기 위한 Relay 노드 선택과 라우팅 기법을 제안한다. SNR 값에 따른 데이터 전송률의 변화가 반영된 전송 지연 시간을 링크 비용을 설정하고 Dikstra 최소경로 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 본 논문의 기법을 기존의 라우팅 알고리즘과 성능을 비교하여 협력 통신을 통한 이득으로 우세한 throughput 성능을 보였다.
체육교사 연수 프로그램을 통한 메타버스 체육수업 활용 가능성 탐색

본 연구는 메타버스 체육수업의 활용 가능성을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 체육교사 182명을 대상으로 메타버스 개념에 대한 교육과 함께 메타버스 환경을 활용한 운동 프로그램을 체험시켰다. 자료수집은 연수에 참여한 체육교사의 개방형 설문과 메타버스를 활용한 집단토의를 통해 이루어졌으며, 수집한 자료를 귀납적 분석과 내용별 빈도분석을 통해 메타버스 경험을 고찰하였다. 메타버스가 적용된 연수 프로그램의 체험을 바탕으로 ‘시ㆍ공간을 뛰어넘는 체험 중심의 체육수업 실현 가능’, ‘블렌디드 러닝을 향한 의미 있는 발걸음’, ‘학습 상호작용의 어려움’, ‘학습자 중심의 인터페이스 구축 필수’, ‘메타버스 체육수업을 향한 희망과 우려의 목소리 공존’으로 메타버스 체육수업의 활용 가능성을 탐색하였다. 연구 결과를 통해 다음과 같이 제언하고자 한다. 첫째, 미래 교육을 준비해야 하는 체육교사는 새로운 환경과 기술에 적극적으로 관심을 가지고 다양한 프로그램을 체험한 후 그 환경에 적절한 수업설계를 해야 한다. 둘째, 메타버스 환경에서의 수업설계를 준비할 수 있도록 다양한 교사연수와 실습환경 구축이 무엇보다 선행되어야 한다. 셋째, 메타버스 교육환경의 한계점을 명확하게 판단하고, 이러한 기술 향상을 위해서는 체육 교육 현장의 목소리에 귀를 기울여야 한다. The purpose of this study was to explore metaverse environmental physical education lessons and how they can be adapted and utilized in actual physical education classes. To this end, training and hands-on experiences were conducted with 182 in-service physical education teachers who were interested in applying metaverse lessons. Data were collected through open-ended questionnaires and group discussions using the metaverse, and the data were analyzed through inductive analysis and frequency analysis by content, and presented as the content, teaching-learning method, and evaluation of physical education classes using the metaverse. Based on the experience of the yoga program using the metaverse, we found that the content of physical education classes using the metaverse can be immersive and learner-centered education that transcends time and space, the teaching-learning method is suitable for mixed classes using individual exercises or game rules rather than competitive sports, and the educational assessment should provide motivating and qualitative tasks that can be self-assessed even in an invisible virtual world. Based on the results of this study, we would like to make the following suggestions: First, physical education teachers preparing for future education should be actively interested in new environments and technologies and design lessons suitable for them through various experiences. Second, it is necessary to establish various teacher training and practice environments that can prepare teachers for designing lessons in a metaverse environment. Third, it is necessary to clearly determine the limitations of the metaverse education environment and listen to the voices of the physical education field to improve it.
베스트셀러 도서 예측을 위한 머신러닝 알고리즘 성능평가

Bestsellers are the most common way for readers to choose books, and for this reason, the prediction and selection of bestsellers is an important marketing strategy indicator in the publishing market. In this study, we propose a model that predicts whether or not to remain in the top 200 bestseller rankings and sales index sections using metadata from bestsellers, and compare and evaluate the performance of various machine learning algorithms. To this end, monthly bestseller data on the Yes24 site were crawled and collected, and appropriate preprocessing was performed for each data attribute. Various classification algorithms were used to predict whether to maintain the ranking, and as a result of finally evaluating the prediction performance of each algorithm, the accuracy of MLP, CatBoost, and random forest was high. This study is meaningful in that it comprehensively compared the performance performance of various classification algorithms for predicting whether to maintain the bestseller ranking. However, in models that rely on the number of reviews and ratings as limitations, it was difficult to overcome the cold start problem in new books that lacked data, and the need for follow-up supplementary research is proposed.
