토지피복지도를 활용한 농업비점오염원 오염부하량 산정에 관한 연구

Non-point source pollutants have characteristics the render them difficult to manage owing to the uncertainty of flow paths. As agricultural non-point sources account for more than 57% of non-point source pollutants, the necessity for management is increasing. This study examines the possibility of utilizing land cover maps to suggest a more appropriate method of setting management priority for agricultural non-point sources in the Daecheong Lake area and draws implications by comparing the results derived using the cadastral map, as mentioned in the TMDL Basic Policy. To define the prioritized areas for management, the pollution load was calculated for each subbasin using the formula from the TMDL technical guidelines. As a result, the difference in the average pollution load between the land cover map and cadastral map ranged from 11.6% to 21% among the subbasins. In almost all subbasins, there were differences in the ranking of management priorities depending on the land information that was used. In addition, it was found that it was reasonable to use the level 3 land cover map to calculate the load generated by the land system for examining the implementation goals and methods of each data and comparing them with satellite images.

본 연구는 아프리카에서 사회경제 문제를 해결할 수 있는 인프라로 부상한 모바일을 통한 경제발전 전략을 제안한다. 이를 위해 빠르게 성장하고 있는 아프리카의 경제와 ICT 현황을 분석하고, 농업, 금융, 교육, 의료분야에서 활용되는 모바일 서비스 사례를 분석하고 경제발전 이론과 브로드밴드의 경제발전 기여 효과를 살펴보았다. 아프리카는 열악하고 비싼 유선 발전 단계를 뛰어넘어 모바일을 통해 정보화를 이루고, 이를 활용하여 ICT 기반의 압축적인 산업화를 이루는 발전 전략을 추진하는 것이 바람직하다. 아프리카의 모바일을 통한 도약발전을 위해 모바일 브로드밴드 인프라 구축, 저가 스마트폰 보급을 위한 정책, 정부주도의 모바일 콘텐츠 보급이 필요하다. 본 연구의 결과는 국내 ICT기업들의 아프리카 시장 진출에 대한 인사이트를 제공할 것이다. This study proposes strategies for economic development through mobile in Africa where mobile emerges as an infra to solve socioeconomic problems. It analyzes economy and ICT industry in Africa and studies several cases that are utilized in agriculture, finance, education, and healthcare. It also examines economic development theory and the impact of broadband on economic growth and development. It is necessary to leapfrog to mobile to achieve an information society and a compact industrialization based on ICT because fixed-line is very poor and expensive in Africa. Building a mobile broadband infra, supporting a dissemination of low-end smartphones and a government"s support for mobile contents are necessary to achieve a leapfrogging development through mobile in Africa. The findings of this study provide additional insights for Korean ICT companies to consider a business in Africa.

본 논문은 LTE 또는 5G 서비스 가입자를 대상으로 전반적인 서비스 가입 행태를 살펴보고, 5G 가입 의향, 요금제 인식 및 서비스 만족도 등 U&A(Usage and Attitude)를 실증분석하여 5G 가입자 확대 및 고객 만족도 제고를 위한 방안을 제안한다. 최근 이동통신 서비스 가입 추세는 통신사를 변경하기보다는 결합혜택 중심의 기기변경을 통해 가입중인 통신사를 유지함으로써 점점 장기고객화가 되고 있다. 통신사를 선택할 때는 혜택(benefit)이 가장 중요하나, 사업자를 전환하고자 할 때는 가격(price)과 서비스 품질(service quality)을 더욱 중요시하는 특성을 보이고 있다. LTE 이용자 중 향후 5G 서비스를 가입할 의향이 있는 이용자 비중은 38%로 낮은 편이며 요금이 5G 가입에 있어 가장 큰 저해요인(barrier)으로 작용하고 있다. 이용자들은 통신서비스 요금에 대해 높은 부담을 갖고 가치는 낮게 인식하고 있어 통신서비스 가치 제고를 통해 현재 만연한 부정적인 요금인식에 대한 해소가 필요하다. 또한, 5G 이용자들이 가장 중시하는 요인은 속도인데, 서비스에 대한 주요 만족요인이자 불만족요인으로 나타나므로 5G 가입자 증대 및 만족도 향상을 위해서는 통신사들이 속도향상을 위해 노력하는 것이 급선무이다.

체육교사 연수 프로그램을 통한 메타버스 체육수업 활용 가능성 탐색

본 연구는 메타버스 체육수업의 활용 가능성을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 체육교사 182명을 대상으로 메타버스 개념에 대한 교육과 함께 메타버스 환경을 활용한 운동 프로그램을 체험시켰다. 자료수집은 연수에 참여한 체육교사의 개방형 설문과 메타버스를 활용한 집단토의를 통해 이루어졌으며, 수집한 자료를 귀납적 분석과 내용별 빈도분석을 통해 메타버스 경험을 고찰하였다. 메타버스가 적용된 연수 프로그램의 체험을 바탕으로 ‘시ㆍ공간을 뛰어넘는 체험 중심의 체육수업 실현 가능’, ‘블렌디드 러닝을 향한 의미 있는 발걸음’, ‘학습 상호작용의 어려움’, ‘학습자 중심의 인터페이스 구축 필수’, ‘메타버스 체육수업을 향한 희망과 우려의 목소리 공존’으로 메타버스 체육수업의 활용 가능성을 탐색하였다. 연구 결과를 통해 다음과 같이 제언하고자 한다. 첫째, 미래 교육을 준비해야 하는 체육교사는 새로운 환경과 기술에 적극적으로 관심을 가지고 다양한 프로그램을 체험한 후 그 환경에 적절한 수업설계를 해야 한다. 둘째, 메타버스 환경에서의 수업설계를 준비할 수 있도록 다양한 교사연수와 실습환경 구축이 무엇보다 선행되어야 한다. 셋째, 메타버스 교육환경의 한계점을 명확하게 판단하고, 이러한 기술 향상을 위해서는 체육 교육 현장의 목소리에 귀를 기울여야 한다. The purpose of this study was to explore metaverse environmental physical education lessons and how they can be adapted and utilized in actual physical education classes. To this end, training and hands-on experiences were conducted with 182 in-service physical education teachers who were interested in applying metaverse lessons. Data were collected through open-ended questionnaires and group discussions using the metaverse, and the data were analyzed through inductive analysis and frequency analysis by content, and presented as the content, teaching-learning method, and evaluation of physical education classes using the metaverse. Based on the experience of the yoga program using the metaverse, we found that the content of physical education classes using the metaverse can be immersive and learner-centered education that transcends time and space, the teaching-learning method is suitable for mixed classes using individual exercises or game rules rather than competitive sports, and the educational assessment should provide motivating and qualitative tasks that can be self-assessed even in an invisible virtual world. Based on the results of this study, we would like to make the following suggestions: First, physical education teachers preparing for future education should be actively interested in new environments and technologies and design lessons suitable for them through various experiences. Second, it is necessary to establish various teacher training and practice environments that can prepare teachers for designing lessons in a metaverse environment. Third, it is necessary to clearly determine the limitations of the metaverse education environment and listen to the voices of the physical education field to improve it.

이동전화 자급제 단말기 이용행태 및 완전자급제 니즈에 관한 연구

단말기 자급제 이용자가 최근 1년 사이 2배 정도 급성장하며 스마트폰 이용자의 약 19%를 차지하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 자급제 단말 이용행태와 완전자급제에 대한 니즈를 실증 분석하여 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 자급제 단말 이용자는 비이용자에 비해 상대적으로 알뜰폰 가입, 아이폰 이용 및 온라인 채널 구매 비중이 높다. 통신사와 요금제 선택의 자유로움이 자급제 단말 이용의 주된 이유이자 만족요인이며, 비싼 단말기 구매비용이 불만족 요인이다. 자급제 단말에 대한 인지율이 높고 향후 이용의향 또한 높아 자급제 단말 이용자는 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 판단된다. 단말기 판매와 서비스 가입을 완전히 분리하는 완전자급제 도입에 대해 이용자들의 44%만 긍정적으로 평가하며, 현재 논의되고 있는 여러 유형의 완전자급제 중에서, 이용자들이 가장 선호하는 것은 통신사 대리점/판매점이든 전자제품 매장/오픈마켓이든 상관없이 동일한 채널에서 단말 구매와 통신서비스 가입이 한번에 이루어지는 것을 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 완전자급제 도입 정책은 단말 구매와 통신서비스 가입 채널을 분리하는 것에 정책에 초점을 맞출 것이 아니라, 이용자들이 가장 원하는 니즈를 파악하여 충족시키는 방향으로 정책이 결정되어야 함을 제언한다.
