        환자개인정보보호에 대한 간호대학생의 인식과 태도

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the levels of perception and attitude of nursing students with clinical practice experience in terms of patients’personal information protection. Method: Among nursing students attending one university in Gyeonggi-do, 102 students in third and fourth grades who had clinical nursing practice experience were recruited. Data were collected between August 1, 2019 to August 29, 2019. Statistical analysis of the data was performed using SPSS version 24. T-test, ANOVA, and Pearson s correlations as well as Scheffe test were performed. Results: The study found that 92.2 percent of the subjects had educational experience in patient privacy. It was found that nursing students who had experience in patient personal information protection education at universities and medical institutions were highly aware of the protection of patient personal information. Conclusion: Education experience of nursing students in college or clinical practice setting in terms of patients’personal information protection lead to high levels of awareness and practical attitude of patient privacy among nursing students. The higher the awareness of patient privacy among nursing students, the higher the actual degree of practical attitude in terms of personal information protection of their patients.

      • 돼지 소모성 질병 저감을 위한 현장 맞춤형 양돈사육환경 개선방안

        Livestock disease is now one of the international concerns which greatly affect the mortality and productivity of livestock. The typical diseases for pig in Korea are PED, PRRS, PMWS, and PRDC often called as 4Ps. Pig respiratory disease such as PRRS, PMWS, and PRDC caused by many factors such as viruses, hygiene, rearing condition, management, etc. So far, no vaccine to prevent all kinds of the pig respiratory disease has been available. However, it can be effectively reduced by controlling the internally environmental condition that includes air temperature, humidity, noxious gases, aerosol, etc. A field experimental result showed that pig respiratory disease occurred at the locations where poor thermal stability and uniformity were observed because of poor ventilation design and operation. However, the field experiment has limitations such as measuring points, unstable and uncontrollable weather condition, etc. To complement the limitations, a three-dimensional computational fluid dynamic model was developed which showed 1.5% error compared with the results of the field experiment. Using this model, some factors of fourteen ventilation designs were quantitatively investigated such as thermal condition as well as local and regional ventilation efficiencies. A CFD result showed that the uniformity, suitability, and stability of the thermal condition was enhanced by 36%, 38%, and 32% respectively when a duct inlet system was used with six uniformly installed exhausting outlets. And another field experiment with application of the upgraded model also showed that the pig respiratory disease can be reduced by controlling the ventilation system.

        In researches related to ventilation of agricultural facilities, it is very important to conduct quantitative analysis with visualization of the aero-fluid patterns to evaluate its ventilation system. Recent ventilation researches have been using a new concept to quantitatively study the ventilation effectiveness; where the duration for air to remain inside the structure is considered. The "age of air" concept which is used to study ventilation efficiency was established by Sandberg (1981, 1983, and 1992). According to Sandberg, ventilation efficiency is higher if the time of fresh air to reach the spaces of the ventilated room delivers a shorter LMA and LMR values. The LMA and LMR parameters are used to evaluate the fresh air distribution and the ventilation system’s potential in exhausting contaminants inside the structure. As a basic approach to the quantitative study of the total or local ventilation efficiency in agricultural facilities, a 2-dimensional chamber structure was designed for casual analysis, making the inlet steadily fixed and the outlet being varied according to the investigated case. The total and local ventilation rates and its characteristic were analyzed based on the LMA and LMR theory. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology which is a powerful tool in studying aero-dynamics especially on the ventilation mechanism and material transfers was employed in this study. The User define function (UDF) of CFD was used to compute the LMA and LMR values in every time step using the C language. A tracer gas approach following the pulse method was also used. The methodology as well as the results in this study was verified with the ventilation theory of Han et al. (1992, 1999). Theventilation efficiency and the ventilation characteristics were thoroughly investigated.
