        도시지역 저류시설 분류체계 연구

        Recent serious of flooding events in urban area have brought a growing concern on storage facilities as a major stormwater management method. The Korean Ministry of Environment has announced diverse plans to tackle the problem, including plans for multi-purpose storages which deal both the stormwater and wastewater. Even though storages can be categorized for different perspectives, classification of possible storages in urban area has not been throughly studied so far. This study investigated diverse references of urban storages and suggested systematic classifications on structural, functional and some other basis. Structural classification mainly concerns structural shape of facilities and includes ①Cisterns & Rain barrels, ②Forebays, ③Dry basins, ④Wet basins and ⑤Constructed wetland. Those functions can be ①flood prevention ②water quality control and ③reuse of stored water. Other criteria that categorize storages depend on ①height, ②location, ③configuration, ④depth, ⑤site of the installation and ⑥shape.

        상관성 분석을 통한 침입수 발생 영향인자 분석

        Pearson's correlation was used to determine relations between infiltration and affecting factors using flow monitoring data measured in 24 areas with different characteristics. Factors showed relatively high correlations than others were indexed to determine infiltration rates of the study area. Among 8 factors(service area, sewer length, sewer diameter, multiplier of sewer length and diameter, number of manholes, population, number of properties, number of households) tested, the multiplier of sewer length and diameter, the number of population and the number of household in each service area indicated higher correlation coefficient(>0.8) than others. The goodness of fitness of linear regressions between infiltration and the factors followed the order: sewer length and diameter(0.68)> population(0.65)> number of household(0.60). Infiltration rates calculated by the multiplier of sewer length and diameter, the number of population and the number of household in each service area were 0.046∼1.0396 m3/d·mm-km, 0.0917∼1.7355 m3/capita·d, 0.196∼4.529 m3/household·d respectively. After sewerage rehabilitation work of the area, the infiltration rates calculated by above factors with high correlations are expected to be used for comparing effectiveness of the work once they are estimated under the same flow measuring conditions.

        하수도 시스템의 실시간 제어시스템 구축 방안

        Real time control (RTC) can be broadly defined as a system that dynamically adjusts the operation of facilities in response to online measurements in the field to maintain and meet the operational objectives, both during dry and wet weather conditions. RTC adds a dynamic component that is actively adjusted in real time based on system conditions. In terms of reducing or eliminating sewer flooding, CSOs and/or managing flows, implementation of RTC has various benefits to sewer system operation. It has been emerging as an attractive approach, but related elements (such as framework for the application, its components and equipments, aspects to be considered) towards its application on sewer systems have not been throughly introduced so far. The main goal of this study is to review several applications of RTC and firm guidelines published abroad, and finally to provide a framework for the proper application of RTC on sewer systems.

        하수저류시설 타당성 분석 연구

        In the era of climate change, the feasibility of a 'multi-functional storage facility' was evaluated in terms of various key performance indices such as flooding prevention effects, urban pollution reduction effects, and rainwater harvesting effects. As a result, the Korea Ministry of Environment introduced a new concept of 'multi-functional storage facility' for sewer flooding prevention and urban non-point pollution reduction. Prior to introducing these infrastructure (a large underground storage facility), the more details were needed to examined carefully in terms of technical aspects of construction and management. It is also well known that the validity of installation of 'multi-functional storage facility' was sometimes weakened because of low B/C ratio.

        섹스리스 부부의 결혼유지 과정-중년 기혼 여성을 중심으로-

        This study aims to understand the process of staying in a sexless marriage and suggest a substance theory that explains how married middle-aged women experiencing sexless maintain their marriage. The study was conducted using in-depth interviews with twelve women aged between 40 and 60. This qualitative research used a grounded theory method by Strauss and Corbin (1998) to explore experiences of married middle-aged women in the process of keeping their sexless marriage.The central phenomenon in this study, which is ‘to maintain a marriage with a sense of responsibility’, means that although a sexless relationship may cause unsatisfaction and distress to the married middle-aged women at times, they feel the sense of responsibility towards their children and marriage and tries to do their best with their roles.The results of the study suggest that helping married couples recognize conflicts and confusion of values of marriage would be an effective approach in marriage counseling. The purpose of this study is to offer basic materials for professional marriage counseling for sexless couples by comprehensively understanding the stages of maintaining sexless marriage.

        침엽수림 상부의 단일층 풍속 관측으로부터의 영면변위 추정에 관하여

        Zero plane displacement (d) is the elevated height of the apparent momentum sink exerted by the vegetation on the air. For a vegetative canopy, d depends on the roughness structure of a plant canopy such as leaf area index, canopy height and canopy density, and thus is critical for the analysis of canopy turbulence and the calculation of surface scalar fluxes. In this research note, we estimated d at the Gwangneung coniferous forest by employing two independent methods of Rotach (1994) and Martano (2000), which require only a single-level eddy-covariance measurement. In general, these two methods provided comparable estimates of d/hc (where hc is the canopy height, i.e., ~23m), which ranged from 0.51 to 0.97 depending on wind directions. These estimates of d/hc were within the ranges (i.e., 0.64~0.94) reported from other forests in the literature but were sensitive to the forms of the nondimensional functions for atmospheric stability. Our finding indicates that one should be careful in interepreation of zero plane displacement estimated from a single-level eddy covariance measurement that is conductaed within the roughness sublayer.
