        BIM기반 BF인증평가 프로세스 자동화 적용방안 연구

        BIM-related policies are steadily being introduced in the construction industry. The 2030 architectural BIM activation roadmap includes BIM automation technology and intends to apply it to the design system certification system. Design certification evaluation is conducted with 2D drawings, and additional research is needed because certification evaluation using BIM technology is insufficient. In this study, a study for design certification automation application was conducted by analyzing the design certification system and BIM data. Design certification system analysis, cases and research trends were investigated, and BF certification was carried out first in various systems. Evaluable areas were classified using BIM data, and applicability was reviewed using IFC, which is BIM information. Based on BIM, a system for reviewing and evaluating items within the evaluation range was partially implemented. Through this study, the efficiency of work can be improved and reliable evaluation can be obtained by automating additional work for certification in the design certification stage.

        BIM기반 BF인증 평가를 위한 평가항목 데이터 분류 연구

        Among the problems in the construction industry, BIM technology, which can supplement accuracy and efficiency, is recognized as an important technology in the fourth industry and has already been proven to have advantages in many respects. On the other hand, the utilization rate is relatively low for the number of design certification cases due to the improvement of user convenience and the mandatory system. In this study, a study for data classification was conducted to establish BIM-based evaluation automation of Barrier Free (BF) among design certification systems. Detailed analysis of the evaluation items was conducted and classified based on space and geometric objects, and made BIM data classification table according to the result of analysis and classification. This study suggests BF certification data classification table to enable automation of design certification system evaluation, which can be used as a data classification plan through similar methods of other design certification systems.

        The international communitys interest in ways to promote eco-friendliness is increasing. In the construction field, the ‘Green Building Certification System’ was implemented to induce ecofriendly construction. In addition, the construction industry recommends the use of BIM technology for the purpose of digitalization. The evaluation method of the green building certification system also needs to be digitized. Currently, the green building certification system is evaluated using 2D data. Therefore, this study was conducted to improve the certification method by using BIM data with building information. In particular, the method of evaluating the natural ground green space among the green building certification systems was studied. The ecological environment has become an important item for eco-friendly construction. An automated program was developed that can analyze the information required for evaluation, extract it from BIM data, compare it with the calculation criteria, and review it. Through the program, more accurate and faster evaluation than the existing evaluation method became possible.

        In this paper, we implement a learning efficiency verification system to inspire learning motivation and help improve concentration by detecting the situation of the user studying. To this aim, data on learning attitude and concentration are measured by extracting the movement of the user’s face or body through a real-time camera. The Jetson board was used to implement the real-time embedded system, and a convolutional neural network (CNN) was implemented for image recognition. After detecting the feature part of the object using a CNN, motion detection is performed. The captured image is shown in a GUI written in PYQT5, and data is collected by sending push messages when each of the actions is obstructed. In addition, each function can be executed on the main screen made with the GUI, and functions such as a statistical graph that calculates the collected data, To do list, and white noise are performed. Through learning efficiency checking system, various functions including data collection and analysis of targets were provided to users.

        This study examines the integration of the ChatGPT API into BIM-based design certification systems, focusing on improving efficiency, accuracy, and user interaction. The design authentication automation evaluation system utilizes ChatGPT to automate the interpretation of complex authentication criteria to provide contextual responses in real time. The research identifies limitations in traditional systems and presents ChatGPT as a solution, linking design certification logic with AI-driven interaction. The study highlights the enhanced user experience, increased efficiency, and consistent, accurate responses provided by the system. Additionally, the integration’s scalability and adaptability make it ideal for the evolving construction industry. Ultimately, this research demonstrates how AI technologies can transform traditional design certification workflows, offering a more efficient, reliable, and user-friendly approach for industry professionals.
