        체육측정평가학 : 6주간 복합트레이닝이 농구선수의 근 파워와 초대 근력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects in reinforcement training of leg muscular power and maximum strength for six weeks. Research subjects were some of 12 university athletes who play basketball. They were divided into three group ; three types of experimental groups. the changes of the leg muscular power and maximum strength were compared and analyzed. Results found from such a comparative analysis study were as follows ; 1. The change of leg muscular power. 1) The measured value of standing long jump, standing triple jump, and vertical jump had an effect on training for six weeks in the order of complex training group, plyometric training group, and weight training group. And complex training group showed a most largely improvement but, it wasn't statistically significant difference among the three groups. 2) The measured value of 25m single leg hop had an effect on training for six weeks in the order of weight training group, complex training group, and plyometric training group. And weight training group showed a most largely improvement but, it wasn't statistically significant difference among the three groups. 2. The change of leg maximum strength. Result of training for six weeks, the measured value of leg maximum strength had an effect in the order of complex training group, plyometric training group, and weight training group. And complex training group showed a most largely effect but, it wasn't statistically significant difference among the three groups. In conclusion, the change of leg muscular power and leg maximum strength were statistically significant difference before and after training but, it wasn't statistically significant difference among the three groups.

        자연과학편 : 훈련강도 부하방식이 근파워·최대근력·스피드에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of training intensity loading methods on muscle powerㆍstrengthㆍspeed. Research subjects were some of 12 college man students who major in physical education. They were divided into two types of experimental groups; group of the regular wave type loading method was strength and weakness of training intensity differently loading in single day and group of the plateau type loading method was training intensity uniformly loading in single day. Substance of muscle fitness training was made up complex training of weight training and plyometric training. Observation variable was preㆍpost test in two time, muscle fitness test was strength, power, speed. Results found from such a comparative analysis study were as follows; It appeared that in the effect of the field test variation of preㆍpost training in all contents, and it showed a statistically significant difference at two types of experimental groups. It appeared that in the field test variation between group in all contents, the training group by a regular wave type training intensity loading method showed more improvement than the training group by a plateau type training intensity loading method, but it wasn't statistically significant difference, only field test in 25m run of speed contents showed a statistically significant difference between group. It appeared that in a statistically significant difference the interaction effect of the field test in all contents.

        경기지역 고등학생의 체육수업 만족도 조사

        This study was on the purpose of fulfilling the students desire to be surveyed on the satisfaction of high school student's physical education lesson and offering fundamental materials which is helpful in the effective course of physical education lesson to manage and control. For this, separated physical education lesson, physical teacher, physical effectiveness, physical facilities, physical estimation and etc, the 5 parts of satisfaction in sex and department of 5 high school located in the area of Gyeonggi-do object of 984 students. And the relevance of the 5 part were to be frequency analysis. In conclusion, it was suggested that physical teacher's development of various teaching mothed, upgrading the quality of physical teacher, the expansion of physical facilities and physical materials, the improvement of physical estimation method, changing awareness of all the parties concerned about physical education lesson, etc.

        서울,경기지역 테니스동호인들의 생활체육 참여실태와 만족도 분석

        The purpose of this study is firstly to analyze how tennis-lovers participate in the physical exercise in the living and how much they do satisfy with it. Based on the information, it is secondly to improve the on-the-spot problems in playing tennis and apply the basic information to more efficient marketing. Ultimately this study will promote people's participation in playing tennis and, furthermore, a nationwide development of the tennis in Korea. The subject of this study was for 351 persons including the tennis lovers and instructors who are acting at sport centers and private tennis courts located in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. Four statistical analyses such as frequency analysis, cross-correlation, T-test with independent populations and the one-way ANOVA were used for analyzing the data. The following conclusions could be induced from those statistical methods. Firstly, tennis coaches have to plan and use a flexible programs with different time schedule according to subjects, for example, housewives and salary men, people of all ages and both sexes. Secondly, it needs to expand and improve the tennis courts and the facilities, because they are not satisfy on the whole with the facilities. Therefore, the executive managers or owners have to expand and improve the facilities so that they could satisfy in tennis. Lastly, it is requested to a positive concern of tennis lovers about the elite tennis in the country, because development of the elite tennis is based on activation of tennis as sport for All.

        복합운동이 체육계열학과를 지원하는 고동학생의 체력향상에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of complex exercise on improvement of physical fitness in highschool student who applicant of physical education college and offer effective exercise program. Research subjects were some of 16 highschool man students. They were divided into two types of groups; complex (footwork & plyometric) exercise group (experimental group) and plyometric exercise group (comparative group). Observation variable was preㆍpost test in two time, physical fitness test was power, agility, balance, strength. Results found from such a comparative analysis study were as follows; physical fitness test variation in power and agility showed a statistically significant difference between group, experimental group showed more improvement than comparative group. physical fitness test variation of preㆍpost exercise in power, agility, balance showed a statistically significant difference at experimental groups. But agility wasn't a statistically significant difference at comparative group. It appeared that in the effect of physical fitness test variation of preㆍpost exercise in strength, experimental group showed more positive improvement than comparative group. Between group was showed a statistically significant difference at only left flexor of average power. In conclusion, it showed positive effect of complex exercise on improvement of physical fitness more than single exercise. Therefore, offer of effective exercise program such as this is necessary in highschool student who applicant of physical education college.
