      • 전환교육에 있어 발달장애학생의 자기결정에 대한 교사인식과 교수실태

        본 연구는 특수학교에 있는 교사들이 발달장애학생들에게 자기결정기술을 적절히 교수하기 위한 교육프로그램을 개발하기 휘한 기초연구로 교사들이 발달장애학생의 자기결정에 대한 인식과 교수실태를 알아보고자 하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상은 전국의 10개 정신지체학교에 재직 증인 269명의 교사를 대상으로 자기결정의 교수실태와 인식을 조사하기 위해 개발된 설문지(Argan, Snow, & Swaner, 1999)를 수정ㆍ보완ㆍ재구성하여 사용하였다. 연구결과는 교사들은 자기결정이 학생들에게 중요하다고 인식하여 반응자의 반 수 이상이 상황이 주어졌을 때마다 자기결정기술을 지도하려고 하며 개별학교육계획안에도 포함시키고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 자기결정교수법을 지도받은 경험이 부족하여 자기결정 전략을 구체적으로 사용하는 정도가 교사가 자기결정이 중요하다고 생각하는 것에 미치지 못하였다. 또한 지도하는 학생들에 대해서 자기결정 특성이 약하다고 인식하고 있었다. 이에 학생들을 효과적으로 가르치기 위한 다양한 지원의 요구가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 대한 논의와 전환교육 현장에 미치는 시사점 및 후후 연구에 대한 제안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the teacher perceptions on self determination of students with developmental disabilities. This study is a basic study for developing educational program which special education teacher can teach effectively self-determination to the students with developmental disabilities. Subjects were 269 special education teachers nationally in 10 special schools for the students with mental disabilities. Teacher perception was measured by Teacher Perception Survey which was developed by Argan, Snow, and Swaner(1999) and was modified and reconstructed by this study researcher. Findings indicated that majority of respondents believed that self-determination was important and over half of respondents tried to instruct self-determination in possible instructional situation and include self-determination in Individualized Educational Plan. Even teachers believed that self-determination was important, they had a few of experience to receive instruction in teaching self-determination, and they did not use self-determination strategies as they believe. Teachers believed that students with developmental disabilities had weak self-determined characteristics. Teachers had strong need to have support for effective instruction of self-determination strategies. Implication for educational practice and transition education are discussed.

        장애학생 통합형 직업교육 거점학교 성과지표 개발

        본 연구는 장애학생 통합형 직업교육 거점학교 운영에 대한 현황을 검토하고 발전 방안을 모색할 수 있도록 성과지표를 개발하여 거점학교가 설립 목적에 부응한 운영의 효과성을 제고할 수 있도록 하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해, 87명의 전문가들을 대상으로 1차, 2차 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과로 ‘인식’ 8문항, ‘체제’ 19문항, ‘운영’ 38문항, ‘성과’ 10문항으로 구성된 75개의 성과지표를 개발하였다. 이 성과지표 중 거점학교 운영에서 반드시 고려해야 할 30개를 핵심지표로 선정하였으며, 그 외 45개는 참고지표로 명명하였다. 또한 본 연구를 통해 개발된 성과지표를 활용하는 방법을 제시하였으며, 연구의 결론과 함께 이 성과지표를 활용함에서 있어서 고려해야 할 점 등을 논의하였다. The purpose of the study was to develop the performance indicator of Inclusive Schools Being Based in the Vocational Education. The developed Indicators will be used to support the efficiency of vocational education. For this study, 87 vocational education field professionals participated tp rate importance degree of the first and second version of Delphi survey. As the research result, 75 performance indicators were developed. Those are 8 items in perception, 19 items in system, 38 items in operation, 10 items in outcome. 75 items consist 30 core performance indicators and 45 referenced performance indicators. It was also suggested how to use this developed performance indicator in the result. In conclusion, prerequisites for usage for the developed performance indicators were discussed . In conclusion, it was suggested prerequisites for the usage of the developed performance indicators.

        충남 중등특수학급 전환교육 실태 및 개선방향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual state of transition education of secondary special education classes and improvement this system in Chungnam province. A survey was conducted by forty-five teachers working for secondary special education classes in Chungnam province. The questionnaire consisted of thirty-five items which belonged to one of three domains of transition education such as demographic background, transition perception and practice, supports(condition) for transition practice, and improvement for transition education . Findings were analysed using frequency analysis and mean and standard deviation. The results were as follows. First, the special education teachers recognized that transition educations should be started from elementary school level. Individualized Transition Plan is planned by student need and preferences, informal transition assessment is usually used, and teachers generally teach communication, academic performance, interpersonal relationships, interdependent daily living. Teachers perceived transition education is important, but its practice was very low. Second, most of the teachers felt that there were not sufficient supports(or condition) from school, home, community, and education office to improve this situation. Last, for a vocational education model which is fit for special classes, teachers prefer a model that special teachers teach vocational readiness, vocational life, and the duties such as vocational skills, employment committed to the relative organizations. For practice of vocational education, first of all, vocational training facilities(in or out of school) should be built.

        정신지체,자폐성장애 학생의 진로 및 직업교육 관련 연구동향 분석: -1990년까지 국내 연구를 중심으로-

        본 연구는 정신지체·자폐성장애 학생을 대상으로 이루어진 진로 및 직업교육 관련 연구의 동향을 살펴보기 위해 1990년부터 2010년까지의 국내 학위논문 110편과 학술지 62편을 선정하여 연구방법, 연구대상, 연구주제, 연구분야에 대한 내용을 분석하였다. 연구결과 국내의 진로 및 직업교육 관련 연구들은 전환교육이 시작된 1990년대 중반부터 증가하였고 2005년도 이후부터 최고조에 달했다고 할 수 있다. 또한 최근 장애인 등에 대한 특수교육법의 시행과 특수교육 교육과정의 개정 이후 더욱 다양한 연구주제와 연구대상, 연구방법으로 연구가 활성화 되고 있다. 이러한 연구결과들을 토대로 추후 장애학생의 진로 및 직업교육 관련 국내 연구의 발전 방안을 제시하자면, 단순한 실태 및 요구분석, 인식연구 등의 연구에서 실제적 현장적용을 통한 이론적 모델 정립과 질적 연구방법의 확대 및 연구주제와 종속변인의 다양화 등을 들 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to synthesize the research trends in career and vocational education by analyzing 110 thesis and 62 journal articles published from 1990 to 2010 in Korea. Selected papers targeted research methods, study, research subjects, research in the field were analyzed. Results of the study are as follow: Career and vocational education studies are increased from since the mid 1990s the beginning of transition education and most increased since 2005. In addition to, various research topics and study subjects, research methods have been activated, After the Enforcement of Act on special education for disabled persons and revision of special education curriculum. But based on these results, Future research directions Should be expanded to established theoretical models and qualitative research, instead of research on the actual condition and investigation on recognition.

        특수교육 저널: 이론과 실천 : 누구를 위한 특수교육인가?: 장애학생들이 갖는 특수교육의 의미를 고찰하기 위한 내러티브 탐구

        This study, grounded in Disability Studies in Education, aims to interrogate the generally accepted assumption that special education is ‘for’ students with disabilities. This study explores how three college students with disabilities understand and interpret their experiences of special education in K-12 settings. Narrative forms of qualitative inquiry provide the framework for methodology of this study. Semi-structured in-depth interviews serve as the primary means of data collection. The findings show that the research participants conceive special education as the sole alternative to exclusive practices of general education, as a mechanism that exacerbates their materialization in schools, and as an education system that forces the ideology of normalcy. The narratives of the research participants are informed by dominant discourses of disability circulating in wider society, which justify exclusionary practices in education. Yet, their narratives produce some counter-dominant discourses that might challenge and dismantle the status quo at the same time.

        각 급 학교 내 장애인 일자리사업의 실태 및 만족도 연구: 경기도 지역을 중심으로

        This study is to investigate the status of participation and operation of the project which was started from 2012 for creating job within each school and class and for the satisfaction of workers and persons in charge at this project. This study explores how workers and persons in charge of this project could increase their satisfaction and the project would be activated and be expanded. For this study, 152 workers and 146 persons in charge at this project in Gyeonggi province participated answering the survey. The data of the survey was analyzed by descriptive statistics, one way analysis of variance, Levene equal variance of verification, Scheffe test being used IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0. The results of study are as follow: The working period should be continued in order to improve the workers’ performance competency; When workers are hired, they should be given the chance of the prior education and practicum; It is necessary to have continuous follow-up management for workers; it should be equipped with a system which the worker salary should be used their living fee; We should have education for improving workers’ attitude; It is necessary to have working system of five-day cycle; The project of the creating job should be continued for the job of workers with disabilities.
