        한방 영유아 건강검진 도입 필요성 연구

        Objectives This study is to analyze current guidelines for health check-ups in infants and children, and to develop better guidelines based on oriental medicine. Methods We analyzed The Manual of 2015's Health Examination for Infants and Children which is a Korean Developmental Screening Test for Infants and Children (K-DST). The statistics from the test was collected from 2010 to 2014 to figure out the problems of Health Examinations for Infants and Children. 20 articles from 2000 to 2014 from RISS, NDSL were also analyzed. Results The current guidelines for health examinations in infants and children didn't include major pediatric diseases such as allergy and asthma. Also, the pediatrics health education materials were mainly focused on hypernutrition but not so much on nutrition deficiency. The number of the centers for Health Examinations for Infants and Children was 52.2% of the number of NIP-Participating medical institutions for infants and children. Conclusions Oriental medicine can be useful to prevent major pediatric diseases and to promote general health in pediatrics. By legislating 'Geon-a-beop', which is a law for infants and children, we can increase the number of medical centers for infants and children to get health check-ups. Currently, there are 9,769 Korean medical institutions, and the rate of traditional medical doctors of public health doctors was 25.5%. Weak Children Questionnaire is developed, considered to be more useful when it is developed with 5-point scale rather than 2.

        직업재활 종사자 관점의 장애인 취업활성화 방안 연구

        본 연구는 직업재활 종사자를 대상으로 장애인고용과 취업활성화 방안에 대해 현상학적 연구 방법을 적용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업재활종사자가 본 현장에서의 장애인고용 실태는 보건복지부 통계자료와 유사하게 20∼30대 장애인, 남자, 청각장애인과 경증 지체장애인 그리고 지적장애인 순서, 단순노무직 중 생산직에 근무하는 형태를 나타냈다. 둘째, 장애인 고용의 긍정적인 요인과 한계점은 ‘꾸준한 정부지원제도’, ‘장애인식 효과’, ‘취업관련프로그램 진행’, ‘구직 장애인의 강점’ 등으로 나타났고, 한계점은 ‘전시성 정부정책’, ‘고용주 편견’,‘장애인 이직 충동’, ‘새로운 갈등’, ‘고정된 신념체계’ 등으로 파악되었다. 셋째, 장애인 취업 활성화 방안은 ‘실효적인 정부정책’, ‘노동자의 권리와 의무 확립’, ‘직업재활 실천주의적 방안’으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 정부는 장애인 고용정책의 현실적 문제와 개선방안에 대한 다채널 접근이 필요하다. 또한, 해당 기관은 성공사례 미디어사업과 아이디어 공모, 종사자 처우개선에 주력함을 제언한다. This research applied phenomenological research method targeting vocational rehabilitation workers to investigate the employment of disabled persons and promotion plan for employment. The result of research are as follows. First, the actual situation of the employment of disabled persons in Korea showed the form that the disabled persons in the order that those of the age of 20∼30, male, deaf and minor disabled persons, and intellectually disabled persons were production employees of simple labor, which is similar to the statistical data of the Ministry of health and welfare. Second, positive factors and limitations of the employment of disabled persons were ‘steady government-aided institution’, ‘awareness effect of disability’, ‘program progress related to employment’, ‘strong points of disabled job seekers’, etc., and limitations were apprehended as ‘exhibition policy of government’, ‘employer s prejudice’, ‘disabled person s impulse of change jobs’, ‘new conflict’, ‘fixed belief system’, etc. Third, the plan for the promotion of employment of disabled persons appeared as ‘effective governmental policy’, ‘establishment of laborers right and obligation’, and ‘practical plan for occupational rehabilitation’. As a result, the government needs a multi-channel approach to realistic problems and improvement measures in employment policies for the disabled. It is also recommended that the agency focuses on the success case Midier Corporation, idea contest, and improvement of employee treatment.

      • 장애인고용 및 취업활성화방안에 대한 현상학적 연구

        본 연구는 장애인고용과 취업활성화 방안에 대해 직업재활 종사자를 대상으로 현상학적 연구방법을 적용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우리나라 장애인고용 실태는 보건복지부 통계자료와 유사하게 20~30대 장애인, 남자, 청각장애인과 경증 지체장애인 그리고 지적장애인 순서, 단순노무직 중 생산직에 근무하는 형태를 나타냈다. 둘째, 장애인 고용의 긍정적인 요인과 한계점은 ‘꾸준한 정부지원제도’, ‘장애인식 효과’, ‘취업관련 프로그램 진행’, ‘구직 장애인의 강점’ 등으로 나타났고, 한계점은 ‘전시성 정부정책’, ‘고용주 편견’, ‘장애인 이직 충동’, ‘새로운 갈등’, ‘고정된 신념체계’ 등으로 파악되었다. 셋째, 장애인 취업 활성화 방안은 ‘실효적인 정부정책’, ‘노동자의 권리와 의무 확립’, ‘직업재활 실천주의적 방안’으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 정부는 장애인 고용정책의 현실적 문제와 개선방안에 대한 다채널 마련과, 장애인 직업재활 현장에서는 구직 장애인과 고용주의 ‘만남의 장’ 프로그램을 활성화, 장애인고용촉진공단과 장애인고용개발원은 성공사례 미디어사업과 아이디어 공모, 종사자 처우개선에 주력함을 제언 한다.         복수전공학생들의 수강결정요인과 갈등 및 자기개발 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

        본 연구는 복수전공을 수강하는 학생들을 대상으로 복수전공을 수강하게 된 동기, 과정, 장정과 단점, 갈등경험 등의 실태에 대해 현상학적 방법으로 연구하였다. 연구결과 4개의 범주와 9개의 주제모음, 주제 23개로 정리되었다. 본 연구의 목적에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 복수전공 수강 신청하게 된 요인에 대해 졸업 후 자신의 진로에 대해 ‘취업기회 탐색’과 실제 전공학과 외 분야를 배우고 싶은 취지의 ‘새로운 전공분야 탐구’, 그리고 타인보다 ‘효율적 시간활용’ 등의 실리적 동기와 예측하기 어려운 시대상을 반영하듯 ‘불안한 미래’, ‘주위의 권유’ 등과 같이 자의적 원인보다는 환경적 필요성에 의한 막연한 기대치로 연구되었다. 둘째, 복수전공 수강 중 느끼는 어려움의 요인에 대해 ‘과도한 과제와 시험’, ‘수업 및 학과운영’, 학과교수 및 전공학생들과의 ‘관계성’ 등과 같은 수행과정 중 스트레스와 전공에 대해 ‘기초지식 부족’, ‘실무이해 부족’과 각 교과별 다양한 ‘교수학습법’ 등의 전공학습과정 중 스트레스 및 ‘교재교구구입’ 등과 같은 지출 부담과 복수전공자로서 ‘차별적 경험’과 복수전공자들을 위한 ‘학교측 체제 미흡’ 등의 교육환경에 대한 스트레스로 연구되었다. 셋째, 복수전공자에 대한 학교 또는 복수전공 학과에서 지원해야 할 부분을 묻는 질문에 ‘복수전공자를 위한 특별제도 마련’, ‘학교행정정보 접근성 확보’ 등을 학교측에 ‘복수전공자 오리엔테이션’ 실시와 기존 전공학생들과의 ‘소통’과 ‘형평성’을 복수전공 학과에 대한 바람으로 연구되었다. This study, we studied the status of multiple majors, such as motivation, process, long-term and short-term, and conflict experience, in a phological way. The study consisted of four categories, nine topics, and 23 topics. The results for the purpose of this study are as follows: First, I applied for double major, and other factors such as discovery of employment opportunities and discovery of new majors as well as examination of new field for actual needs of others. Second, for the factors of difficulties felt during double major classes, excessive tasks and tests , class and department management , relationship among professors and students of various courses, such as relationship . Third, when asked about the areas to support multiple majors or multi-engineering departments, they prepared special systems for double major students and secured access to information on school administration.

        복합운동프로그램이 기숙형 중학생의 신체조성에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was intended to investigate the effect on the body composition of the dormitory-type middle school students by implementing the complexed exercise program. Method: As subjects of the study, the dormitory-type middle school students in Chungbuk, divided into 2 grade experimental group(N=46), 3 grade control group(N=49). Group-specific arbitration method, was applied to complexed exercise program (experimental group) and running group (control group). Each training courses 30 minutes 5times weekly, examined the changes in body composition to examine a total of 6-week course effectively. Result: The results were compared with change of Height, Muscle mass, Fat mass, Lean body mass and BMI. Experimental group were significant(p<.05) compared to the control group. Height, Weight, Muscle mass, Fat mass, and BMI of control group wasn’t significant(p>.05). Also there were significant difference(p<.05) between groups on Height, Muscle mass, Fat mass and Lean body mass post-test measure. Conclusion: Looking in total from the above results, it is suggested that it is possible to complexed exercise program 6 weeks improves body composition of the dormitory-type middle school students. Therefore, it is possible that the application of complexed exercise program is to effective in improvement of body composition of the dormitory-type middle school students.
