Material analysis and geoarchaeological interpretation were carried on the obsidian artifact collected at Daebak-ri site, Cheongyang County, Korea. First of all, the provenance was very different from the geological background of this area that is mainly composed of granite gneiss formed in Precambrian. Magnetic susceptibility was evaluated in the range of 0.214 to 0.347 ( 10-3 SI unit). From the SEM images, it was also shown that the obsidian was typical of glass rock, which has the property of the rapid cooling of magma, but other remarkable structure or phenocryst mineral was not investigated. The results from the geochemical analysis indicated that a large quantity of rhyolite was measured. Therefore the obsidian was judged to be produced at a similar stage of the evolution process of felsic elements and magma. In addition,there was a possibility of the magnetite-deficient solid solution, because Fe was partially concentrated from quantitative surface analysis. Comparing with the other obsidians from prehistoric sites in the middle Korean Peninsula, Mt. Baekdu, and Kyusu of Japan, it is finally concluded that the rock type of Daebak-ri obsidian differed from the obsidians of Mt. Baekdu and Kyusu, but the contents and mobility of major elements were similarly represented with those of obsidians from the middle Korean Peninsula.

There are many factors related to osteoclastogenesis. Above all, chemokines and related ligands that are blown to be related to immune response mechanisms have been studied by many scientists. This study investigates proteins that increase or decrease osteoclastogenesis. First, differentiation was induced in mouse monocyte/macrophage RAW 264.7 cells with TNF-related activation-induced cytokine (TRANCE, 400 ng/ml) and macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF, 50 ng/ml) for six days using purified total RNA. Differentially expressed gene screening was then done after synthesizing cDNA with total RNA. From the screening results, 10 differentially expressed genes were found during osteoclast differentiation. These were identified through a BLAST search. The V-ATPase and osteopontin that was identified by this screening is known to play an important role in bone resorption. Following the screening procedure, expression was confirmed by RT-PCR. In addition, other genes were identified via the BLAST search. Among them was RhoC, which is in the Ras homolog gene family (member C). The Ras family has been associated with the effects of tumor expression and differentiation, as well as with motility and resorption of osteoclasts. However, it is not known to be related to osteoclastogenesis. Finally, proteins related to RhoC were studied by immunoprecipitation during osteoclast differentiation. After a Maldi-TOF assay, it was determined that β-actin is related to the actin-rich ring. Thus, further study of β-actin is necessary.

본 논문에서는 4G 이동통신 시스템 기반 기술인 MIMO (Multi-Input Multi-Output) 시스템에서, 채널 정보를 이용할 때, 결합 송수신 최적화 형태를 유도 하였다. Lagrange Multiplier Method를 이용하여 일반적인 SINR(Signal to interference and noise ratio)의 극대값을 유도하는 과정에서, 결합 송수신 형태를 수식적으로 유도하였고, 이를 ITU-R M.1225 채널 모델에 적용하여 시뮬레이션 하였다 또한 채널에 대한 정보가 없을때, 시공간 다이버시티를 얻을 수 있는 STBC(Space time Block Coding)의 MIMO 시스템과 비교하였다.
TDLAS 기법을 이용한 레이저 경로 내 구간별 온도 분할 측정에 관한 연구

It is important to measure the internal temperature distribution precisely in a combustion system to increase the energy efficiency and reduce the pollutants. Especially in case of large combustion system such as power plant boiler and reheating furnace of steel making process, it is very difficult to measure the temperature in detail. TDLAS (Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy) analysis can be an attractive method to overcome the difficulty. In this paper, an experimental study has been conducted to measure the temperature for each section in a laser path by TDLAS method. Four O₂ absorption wavelengths ware used to analyze the optical absorption signals, and temperature was measured separately with the parts in a laser pathline.

Temperature is a basic monitoring element for combustion efficiency improvement and pollutant gas reduction in a large combustion system. but it is very difficult that measuring temperature precisely and predicting temperature distribution. For that reason, the on about precise temperature measurement has been continuing. Among various methods of measuring temperature, TDLAS(Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy), which is an optical method using a laser, is attracting attention. TDLAS method is good to use due to contactless measurement, fast response time, high precision and good durability in larger combustion system. TDLAS method can measure the temperature as analyzing of optical absorption signals of water vapor using a DFB(Distributed feedback) laser. Water vapor has optically strong absorption signals on 1.3 ㎛ to 1.4 ㎛, and it can be used in a large combustion system which requires temperature division analysis method. In this paper, various laser wavelengths and absorption signals were used to attempt temperature division analysis.
