대학 태권도 동아리 참여활동을 통한 태권도 도장 성인 수련층 활성화 방안

This study was conducted to investigate the measures to promote the activities of adult trainees in Taekwondo gymnasium by surveying the university students who participated in camp training held in Muju Taekwondowon in Jeollabuk-do from July 1 to 5, 2015 and organized by the Korea university Taekwondo Club Association. The results of this study were as follows:First, the respondents were found to be motivated by their intention to sign up for membership based on promotional activities of Taekwondo clubs in universities and to proceed with Taekwondo training, regarding the motivation for participation in Taekwondo club activities. Second, factors leading to slump of Taekwondo trainees among adults were found to be the excessive focus of Taekwondo gymnasiums on youth trainees and failure of Taekwondo gymnasiums to give adequate attention to adult trainees. Finally, the factors necessary to promote the activities of adult trainees in Taekwondo gymnasiums were found to be the training programs for adult trainees, qualification of instructors, and environment of Taekwondo gymnasiums accommodating the needs of adult trainees. 본 연구는 2015년 7월 1일부터 5일까지 전북 무주 태권도원에서 열린 전국대학교태권도동아리연합회 합숙훈련에 참여한 대학생들을 대상으로 태권도 도장 성인 수련층 활성화방안에 대한 연구를 진행하였고, 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도 동아리 활동에 참여하게 된 계기는 대학교 태권도 동아리의 홍보활동을 통한 가입과 태권도 수련을 지속하고자 했기 때문이었다. 둘째, 성인 태권도 수련층의 침체요인으로는 유소년 수련층에 편중된 태권도 도장과 성인 수련층이 외면한 태권도 도장이라는 결과를 도출하였다. 마지막으로, 태권도 도장의 성인 수련층 활성화에 필요한 요인으로는 성인 수련층에 필요한 수련프로그램과 지도자의 자질 그리고 성인 수련층에 맞춰진 태권도장 환경이 필요하다고 내용의 결과를 도출하였다.

동수역학 모형을 이용한 침수사고 분석 및 특성요인도를 활용한 재해 원인 고찰

최근 기후변화로 인해 태풍과 호우 피해가 증가하고 있으나 물리적인 침수대책과 재난대응 안전관리가 여전히 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 안전 확보를 위한 대응체계를 마련하고, 침수 발생 시 피해를 최소화할 수 있는 실용적인 방안을 확보함으로써 경제적인 손실과 인명피해를 최소화하는 방안 마련이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 ‘노 량진 배수지 수몰 사고’, ‘초량제1지하차도 침수사고’에 대한 동수역학 모의를 수행하고 침수양상을 해석하였으며, 침수위험도 정량화 지수를 이용하여 공간적 위험도를 산정하였다. 또한 특성요인도를 통해 침수사고에 대한 물리 적, 관리적 원인을 체계적으로 제시하였다. Recently, the damages by typhoons and heavy rains are increasing due to the climate change. However, we are still vulnerable to inundation disaster due to various causes such as poor physical flood control and lacks of disaster and safety management. Therefore, it is necessary to establish systems to ensure safety and prepare practical countermeasures that can minimize damage when an inundation occurs, thereby minimizing economic loss and casualty. In this study, hydrodynamic inundation modelings were implemented to analyze the "Noryangjin reservoir inundation accident" and "Choryang No. 1 underground road inundation accident." and spatial risk was assessed by a quantitative hazard index. In addition, cause and effect diagrams were provided to present the risk causes in terms of physical and managemental aspects.

MDPDE의 조율모수 선택에 관한 연구

MDPDE는 이상치에 강건한 성질을 가진 추정량으로써 최대우도추정량의 대안으로 많은 연구자들에 의해 연구되어 왔다. MDPDE는 조율모수에 따라 성질이 변하게 되는데, 로버스트성과 점근효율성이 서로 상충하는 현상으로 인해 최적의 조율모수를 선택하는 것은 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 MDPDE의 최적의 조율모수를 선택하는 방법으로 Fujisawa와 Eguchi (2006)가 제시한 방법과 Warwick (2006)이 제시한 방법을 소개하고, 모의실험을 통해 비교분석하였다. 연구 결과 Warwick (2006)의 방법은 특정한 경우 매우 작은 조율모수를 선택하게 될 수도 있다는 사실을 알 수 있었는데, 같은 경우에 Fujisawa와 Eguchi (2006)의 방법은 이러한 현상을 보이지 않았다. 따라서, Fujisawa와 Eguchi (2006)의 방법이 범용적으로 사용하기에 적절하다고 판단된다. The MDPDE is an attractive alternative to maximum likelihood estimator because of the strong robustness properties that it inherently possess. The characteristics of MDPDE can be varied with the tuning parameter, in general, there is a trade-off between robustness and asymptotic efficiency. Hence, selection of optimal tuning parameter is important but complicated task. In this study, we introduce two optimal tuning parameter selection methods proposed by Fujisawa and Eguchi (2005) and Warwick (2006). Through simulation study, we found out that Warwick's method yields excessively small optimal tuning parameter in certain cases while Fujisawa and Eguchi's method performs well. Therefore, we think Fujisawa and Eguchi's method can be used commonly for finding optimal tuning parameter of MDPDE.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the future potential value of CTE(Critical Technology Element)s that are evaluated to be low in TRA(Technology Readiness Assesment) and to present investment prioritization technologies in defense R&D(Research and Development) based on them. To do this, we used the DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) method, which is useful in evaluating the efficiency of the organization. Specifically, we suggest a systematic framework to evaluate the future value of CTEs by setting the CTEs derived from the TRA process to DMU(Decision Making Unit)s, the cost and time required to develop each CTE as the input factor of the DEA and the effects of the development of each CTE as the output factor of the DEA respectively. We also conducted an illustrative case study on radar technologies to demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed approach.

태권도 시범경연대회 활성화에 따른 태권도 시범기술변화에 관한 연구

The purpose and necessity of this study were to present the future courses of Taekwondo demonstration techniques by exploring the demonstration techniques which had been changing in the midst of promotion of Taekwondo demonstration competitions. To obtain the results of this study, this researcher conducted this study through direct participation in the Taekwondo demonstration competition held under the auspice of the President of Kyunghee University from June 23 to 24, 2018, the Taekwondo demonstration competition held under the auspice of the President of Woosuk University on July 15 in 2018, Chuncheon International Taekwondo Open Festival on August 25, 2018, and Well-being Taekwondo Festival held from November 13 to 14, 2018. The participants in this study were 8 persons including 3 persons such as a head, a couch and a Taekwondo instructor of the Taekwondo demonstration team, who were the jurors of the 4 Taekwondo demonstration competitions mentioned above and had the experience of at least 1 year, 2 instruction professors of Taekwondo demonstration team, 2 professors of Taekwondo Department, and 1 former national Taekwondo athlete of demonstration team. The following results of the study were derived from the outcomes of the semi-structured interview related to the in-depth interview method. First, the promotion of Taekwondo demonstration competition led to the loss of the identity of Taekwondo demonstration techniques. Second, high-level demonstration techniques were giving rise to serious injuries of the Taekwondo demonstration team players. Third, the ambiguous evaluation methods for Taekwondo demonstration techniques were causing confusion among Taekwondo demonstration team players and instructors of Taekwondo demonstration. 본 연구는 태권도시범경연대회가 활성화됨에 따라 변화되는 시범기술들에 대한 탐색을 통해 태권도 시범기술이 나가야할 방향성을 제시하고자 하는 것이 연구의 필요성 및 목적이다. 연구의 결과를 출하기 위해 연구자는 2018년 6월 23~24일 경희대학교 총장기 태권도 시범경연대회, 2018년 7월 15일 우석대학교 총장기 태권도 시범경연대회, 2018년 8월 25일 춘천국제 태권도 오픈 태권도 페스티벌, 2018년 11월 13~14일 웰빙 태권도 페스티벌에 직접 참여하여 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 참여자는 위 4개의 태권도 시범경연대회에 참여한 태권도 시범 심판으로서 경력 1년 이상의 태권도 시범단 감독, 코치 및 사범 3명, 태권도 시범단 지도교수 2명, 태권도학과 전공 교수 2명, 전 국가대표시범단원 1명, 총 8명을 선정하였으며, 연구 참여자들을 대상으로 심층명담(in-depth interview)방법 중 비구조화면담법(semi-Structured interview)을 통하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 태권도 시범경연대회 활성화는 태권도 시범기술의 정체성 상실의 변화를 가져왔다. 둘째, 고난이도의 시범기술이 태권도 시범선수들의 심각한 부상을 초래하고 있으며, 셋째, 태권도 시범기술에 대한 평가방식의 모호함을 야기 시키고 있다.
