      • Annealing polyethylene terephthalate film의 結晶化度에 關한 硏究

        P.E.T. (poly ethylene terephtalate) film being annealing respectively at 60℃, 120℃, 90℃, 150℃, 210℃, in the glycerine bath, by the density method and X-ray diffraction method, the results that measured its crystallinity are as follows. 1) It is found that degree of crystallinity depend on the annealing temperature. 2) Here the measure-value of crystallinity represents almost increasing gradient, but approximately it shows the tendency that the crytallinity by density method is larger than by X-ray diffraction method.

      • 정상교합자와 부정교합자간 턱 근육의 근전도 비교에 관한 통계처리

        본고에서는 턱 근육 중 아홉 가지 근육에서 측정한 측정치(근육의 근전도)자료를 분석한다. 그리하여 정상교합자와 부정교합자 사이에 어떠한 차이가 발견되는가를 알아보고자 한다. 그러나, 한 객체에서 측정된 항목의 수가 많기 때문에 일반적인 두 집단간의 평균치차 검정인 t검정을 사용하지 못했다. 이는 검정하고자 하는 변수의 수가 많아져서 컴퓨터가 처리하기 못하기 때문이다. 그 차선책으로 분산분석표를 이용해 두 집단간의 차이를 검정한다. 통계를 다루는 사람들의 관심에 부합되도록 결과수치를 서술하기보다는 자료처리과정에 역점을 두어 설명하기로 한다.

      • 撥水,透濕加工 外皮布의 熱遮斷能에 關한 硏究

        Transference of heat througth textile clothing is a difficult problem involving structure, porosity and hydrous of fabrics. It has long been know that thermal insulation of the textile fabrics were carried out with the constant temperature disc method. The experiments of this work were used by the warmth retaining tests, under-wear cotton fabric and out-wear polyester fabric. Governing of air volume were formed by the bakelight doubling number and the iron builded up holes. The conclusion were following; 1. When the airvolume increase by the doubling of bakelight flat, the clo-value was increased. 2. Comparing with the out-fabric finishing air layer. The reason may be that the porosity of the fabric structure and non-convection in the fine pore is influenced. 3. The clo-value is the great at the air hole type compared with that of the flat air type, and this time it was shown to be great at the low yarn number fabric compared with the high yarn number fabric. 4. When the water bath is setted on the test plate, evaporate of moisture under textile fabrics was influenced at the thermal transfer, and it was increased with the flowing air speed stage.

      • Nylon 6 纖維의 Zone drawing 및 Annealing 에 의한 超纖維構造의 發現

        In order to develop the super structure in the nylon 6 fiber, some experiments were carried out and the results were discussed. And the following conclusions were obtained. 1) Crystallinity and coefficient of orientation of nylon 6 film treated by zone drawing and annealing are higher than the other treated film. 2) Young's modulus and tensile strength of nylon 6 treated with zone method are increased during processing with zone drawing and annealing, but the elongation of break is lowered as the drawing and annealing proceed repeatedly. 3) High order structure and mechanical properties are expected to improve, owing to change from better extended chain and tie molecular chain than the other treating method. 4) Conditions of the zone drawing and annealing is shown to be good each at about 90℃ and 180℃, and the tension value varies each sample and it is better quenching film than annealing film that the sample was treated with zone method.

      • 國內外産 velvet의 品質 比較에 關한 硏究

        The investigation and Comparison have been done on the pysical and chemical properties of velvet made in Korea and velvet in foreign Country. Following is the result of it. 1. The yarns of two kind velvets are quite different. The warp, weft yarn and pile of the velvet made in foreign country are viscose rayon while and weft yarn of velvet made in Korea are nylon and pile is acetate. 2. Resin finishing agents of two fabrics are quite different. Dimethylol uron resin treatment is used on velvet made in foreign country and urea treatment on velvet made in korea. It is shown that above two reason make difference between two qualities of pile goods and other physical properties don't influence the quality of goods.

      • Enzyme 및 Aldali 處理에 依한 Hemp의 精練에 關한 硏究

        In order to investigate the retting of bast fibres for hemp stalks, the bacteria named H-1, which was isolated from the various micro-organisms, producing pectinase is applied to retting bast fibres. The results are as follows. 1. In accordance with the time, temperature and pH this bacterial enzyme gives only pectinase activity, but never indicates cellulose hydrolyzing activity. 2. Tensile strengthes of the fibres treated by the enzyme and alkali, were decreased according to increase in time and concentraion. Under decomposition pectin 12.5% the tensile strength is found to be decreased rather than alkali retting. But over the decomposition pectin 12.5% is increased. 3. It is possible to use it as spinning raw materials because it shows better strength than spinning minimum strength value. 4. Whiteness, isolatedness and softness show, in treating sample of enzyme, better than treating sample of alkali.

      • Nylon-6纖維 延伸物의 結晶構造의 變化

        Fibers of nylon-6 (poly-ε-caprolactam) were prepared in our laboratories by quenching and annealing under high pressure and high temperature. This fiber samples, treated by different drawing method and various temperatures, exhibit different wide-angle X-ray scattering (WAXS) patterns and laue photographs. And the results were discussed, the following conclusions were obtained. 1) Crystal structure of nylon-6 fiber treated by anneating route can be occured α-form higher than annealing quenched at high speed. 2) With increasing temperatures, however, high crystal structure and crystal change are found well than on low drawing temperatures. 3) γ-form structure is shown on the meridian region with zone drawing and annealing, but it is not shown with roller drawing route.
