연료전지차 및 하이브리드차용 전기구동시스템의 냉각성능은 차량의 동력성능을 보장하기 위한 중요한 요소이다. 각 단품의 성능 확보를 위해 냉각수를 허용 온도 이하로 관리해야 하며 이때 라디에이터 방열량과 냉각수 유량이 중요 변수가 된다. 본 논문에서는 현대자동차 연료전지차량의 모터, 인버터를 포함한 100㎾ 전기구동시스템의 최적 냉각 설계를 위하여 차량 주행모드에 따른 전기동력부품의 발열량을 이론적으로 산출하고, 시험을 통하여 냉각시스템의 성능을 검증하였다.

In this paper, an unmanned delivery service using drone was proposed and verified the feasibility. The multicopter has GPS for autopilot and a camera for remote control by human operator. The gripper for manipulation of delivery object was designed and evaluated. The multicopter flies to a given position automatically based on GPS, and approaches to the prepared delivery desk by remote control of human operator using the received image from the multicopter. GPS sensor verification and experimental PID tuning were performed to ensure the flight stability. The flight tests were carried out to verify the feasibility of delivery service.

Constructing structures is the basic process requiring establishment of grounds. However, cracks due to sinking and distorting ground influence directly on the safety of structural health. Vibrating wire sensor measures the crack of structure by detecting the differences of wire tensions in analogue manner. In the previous production process, the tension is adjusted manually measuring the frequency of vibrating wire. Therefore, the accuracy of a sensor was depends on the skill level of labor. In this study, the automatic tension control and fixing devise is developed to enhance both accuracy and productivity. To evaluate the performance of the vibrating wire sensor, the nonlinearity of sensor is measured. The automatic tension control and fixing devise enhances the nonlinearity of the sensor from 0.398 to 0.056%. Therefore, the accuracy of the newly proposed method is successful.

Laser distance measuring systems are used in many fields with high precision. However, when measuring the reflector such as the mirror and the black color, a laser distance measuring system does not guarantee the measurement accuracy. In order to measure the shape of the cargo, this study proposes the radar distance measurement system. The radar distance measuring system is composed of a distance measuring unit with a 24 GHz antenna module, a signal processing and control board and the 1-axis tilting unit. And, this study developed a monitoring program to monitor the measured data. In order to evaluate performance of the developed system, the distance measurement tests are carried out. The distance error was about 6-15 cm. However, considering the size of the cargo, the precision is not a problem. And, cargo shape was measured by using the distance information measured by the 1-axis tilting unit. It could get a 2 dimension shape profile for the cargo stacked in a yard.
