        참여정부의 야심작 '8 · 31 부동산 종합대책'에도 불구하고 시장에서 수급 분균형에 따른 집값 상승세가 멈추지 않고 있다. 이에 따라 건교부는 주택문제를 근본적으로 해결하기 위해 주택 물량을 늘리는 방안에 초점을 맞춘 2006년 주택종합계획을 확정 발표했다. 그 주요 내용을 살펴보자

        참여정부가 출범한 지 3년이 지났다. 역대 어느 정권보다 참여정부는 부동산 시장 안정을 정책의 최우선 순위에 두고 시장안정, 투기세력 엄단을 부르짖었다. 하지만 참여정부의 부동산 정책에 대한 평가는 보는 시각에 따라 극명하게 엇갈린다. 참여정부의 부동산 정책에 대한 평가와 진단 그리고 향후 대처 방안에 대해 알아보도록 하자.

      • 漢方湯劑의 成分에 關한 硏究(Ⅰ) : 桂枝湯과 그 엑기스 中의 桂枝 알데히드 및 桂皮酸의 含量 Quantities of Cinnamic Aldehyde and Cinnamic Acid in Decoctions and Extracts of the “Keji-Tang” and Related Preparations

        The Decoctions and extracts were prepared on the traditionally prescribed four kinds (kejigamchou-tang, Kejibanha-tang, Keji-tang and Kejiinsam-tang) of preparations containing Cinnamoni Raulus. The contents of cinnamic aldehyde and cinnamic acid in these preparations were determinated by high speed liquid chromatography. Decoctions (Ⅰ) were prepared on the boiling water bath under reflux with water. (Ⅱ) were extracted from earthen drugpot according to the traditional procedure, and (Ⅲ) were second decoctions extracted from the residues of (Ⅰ). The extracts (Ⅳ, Ⅴ) were prepared from the evaporation of water below 60℃ under reduced pressure of decoctions (Ⅰ, Ⅱ). The quantity of cinnamic aldehyde was 307.56 ㎎ in the ether extract (St) of the Cinnamomi Raulus powder (10g) obtained by Soxhlet apparatus and in the (Ⅰ) were 92.42 ㎎, 30.05% of (St), while in the decoctions (Ⅱ, Ⅲ) were 1.09, 4.28% of (St) but 3.62, 14.25% of the decoctions (Ⅰ), in the extracts (Ⅳ, Ⅴ) were detected 0.33, 0.24% of (St), probably the less quantity of cinnamic aldehyde in the decoctions (Ⅱ) and extracts (Ⅳ, Ⅴ), were due to the loss of the steam distillation during the preparations. The contents of cinnamic acid were 19.86 ㎎ in the (Si), and in the (Ⅰ ∼ Ⅴ) were detected 69.03, 65.96, 13.39, 53.37 and 48.64% of (St) respectively. According to cinnamic aldehyde (Ⅱ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ) were detected 3.62, 1.11, 0.80% of the decoctions (Ⅰ), supposed as these were almost removed during the evaporation of solvent; according to cinnamic acid (Ⅱ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ) were 95.55, 77.32, 70.46% of decoctions (Ⅰ), supposed as these were very soluble, the loss was not so much. The least losses of these two components were in the case decoctions (Ⅰ) with reflux. The loss of cinnamic aldehyde was great in extracts (Ⅱ, Ⅴ) without condenser, but the loss of cinnamic acid was not so much.

      • 한방약의 성분 및 약효에 관한 연구(제1보) : 매자나무의 성분 연구 Study on the Components of Berberis koreana Palibin

        The Korean Berberis genus included 5 kinds consisting of 3 species and 2 varieties. Berberis Koreana was announced as a new species by Palibin. A shrub 1-2m high, with branched spines, ovate toothed leaves in clusters and yellow flowers in drooping racemes. Flowers May-June and berries red. The five kinds of chemical components are isolated from MeOH extracts of Berberis koreana by column fractionation. Substance I is suggested as a quaternary based (bis-isoquinoline type) series substance (berberine and jateorrhizine) based on mp, admixture of authentic sample, TLC and IR spectral data. Substance Ⅱ-Ⅲ were identified as palmatine and magnoflorine. Phyosterol were indentified as β-sitosterol.

      • 地黃의 修治에 關한 硏究 : 熟地黃製造에 따른 遊離還元糖의 含量變化 The variation of free reducing sugar contents in the preparation of "Sook Ji-whang" (Rehmanniae Radix Vaporata).

        "Ji-whang" (地黃) obtained from Rehmannia glutinosa (Gaertner) Liboscritz ex Fischer & Meyer (Scrophulariaceae) has been known to be effective as tonics, remedy for tuberculosis, diabetic and etc., in the viewpoint of the chinese medicine in this country. Rehmannia glutinosa which was originated from china is now widely cultivated in the warm latitude areas with the above medicinal interest as one of perennial divided plant drugs. On the basis of treatment on them, "Ji-whang" (Rehmanniae Radix) would be in to followings. a) Saeng Ji-whang (生地黃) : untreated raw roots of Rehmannia glutinosa. b) Keun Ji-whang (乾地黃) : dried roots of Rehmamia glutinosa. c) Sook Ji-whang (熱地黃) : specially prepared roots by steaming with rice wine and drying with skillful procedure. Three drugs above mentioned are same one another in their origin and differnet in their treatment applied on them. They were being used as a different medicine without any theoretical basis. Similiar examples are found much in Chinese medicine. To establish the theoretical basis on these facts, a postulation that compositions of active components in crude drugs will be changed in the process of preparation of Chinese is desired. The author determined reducing sugar contents in "Sook ji-whang drugs" as a probable index for the variation of unknown active components in it, coused by the treatment applied on "Ji-whang drugs". Followings are summaries of this study. 1. "Ji-whang durgs" were discussed on their origins, pharmaco-properties, and preparation method through the previous references and publications. 2. "Sook Ji-whang" was prepared by nine times of steaming and conditions referring non-scientific customary preparation techniques were studied. The details in the preparation were as the followings. The main roots (sunken in water) and rootlets (non-sunken in water) were separated, and moistened with necessary volume of rice wine, and stood overnight. Then the materials were steamed in porcelain apparatus at 100˚ for 3 hours and after which dried at 70∼80℃ for 3 hours. Thus the same process were repeated from first to eleventh. (The samples to be used were obtained respectively as shown in Fig 1, and Table Ⅰ, Ⅱ.) 3. Somogyi method was applied to the determination of free sugar contents in "Sook Ji-whang", and alcohol number was checked by Korean pharmacopoeia regulation. 4. Reducing sugar contents and alcohol number of rice wine to be added when preparing "Sook Ji-whang" were shown in Table Ⅲ and Ⅳ. 5. The determined values of each samples obtained in nine steaming and drying processes were found out as Table Ⅴ,Ⅵ and as continuing the processes more the sugar contents were increased up. 6. As shown Fig.2, 3 the increased sugar contents of each samples were compared with untreated raw "Saeng Ji-whang" to make sure whether the increased contents were caused by rice wine added or by concentration in the process of steaming and drying. 7. Free sugar contents were found maximum at about ninth process, and decreased reversely as increasing the process over nine. Further discussion remained whether unknown substances were activated through the treatment above mentioned and whether starch or other carbo-hydrates were changed to reducing sugars.

        드라마를 활용한 한국어 교수법의 실제 : <시크릿 가든>을 중심으로

        In this paper, I suggested the practice of the teaching method of Korean language using TV dramas. It is based on the result of instruction of advanced Korean language learners using Secret Garden, a Korean TV drama. Although this teaching method was designed for the integrated instruction of four skills-speaking, listening, reading and writing, it turned out speaking ability was improved most in reality. Through this teaching method, Korean learners who talked in a literary style were able to talk in a colloquial style. In addition, the Korean learners said the best thing about the teaching method was to take part in Korean lessons with great interest. There was an opinion that they could understand how to use terms of respect actually which they learned only from the textbooks. In case of Secret Garden, a Korean TV drama, the conversations in specific situations are suggested distinctly such as between coworkers, friends, lovers, seniors and juniors. The conversation here is not limited to the contents of their talks. Accents and tones of voice cannot be learned by books, however, personalizing these points through the audiovisual learning using TV dramas is the merit of this teaching method. If the clear guidance of a teacher is added to a learner while he or she studies Korean using TV dramas, it will contribute much to improving the Korean ability of the learner. Through Korean TV dramas, a learner could acquire how to apply the grammar points he or she has learned from the beginning to the intermediate level in actual conversations.
