        장애아전담보육시설의 장애유아보육 실태와 장애유아보육 활성화 방안 연구

        This study investigates awareness and opinion which is connected with educare teachers’ the children with handicapped of educare which is searching the children with handicapped of educare actual conditions of children with handicapped of educare exclusive charge an institution, The subjects of the present study were 76 educare teachers. The results of this study are as follows: First, the children with handicapped of educare actual conditions of children with handicapped of educare exclusive charge an institution is same as following. The children with handicapped storing in secrecy young children and children with handicapped of educare exclusive charge an institution that arrange in environment integrated that serious illness children with handicapped of educare exclusive charge an institution that arrange in environment that is 38.6% and are detached are nursed in environment that laziness or comparative many childrens with handicapped is detached by 61.4% think. Expressed difference that keep in mind between two groups in contrariety, taking charge children with handicapped number, connection research study participation, therapeutist contrariety, comprehension for therapeutist batch, cooperation with treatment person in charge, individuation studying actual conditions education enemy among children with handicapped of educare actual conditions, and difference that actual conditions connection educare teacher’s opinion keeps in mind between two groups did not show. Second, educare teacher’s awareness about effect of integration educare and hindrance factor is same as following. All handicapped storing in secrecy children has an interaction opportunity as effect education enemy who get to children, expressed difference that keep in mind between affirmative part and two groups to children with handicapped and fall of comprehension about general child development widens as effect on teacher’s professionalism elevation, professor method develops, colleague teacher relation becomes as cooperative, can know that show difference that keep in mind between two groups from part that experience various cotton of life and educare teachers of consol, environment are evaluating effect of integration nurture more positively. Third, problem of children with handicapped of educare and educare teacher’s request are same as following. Equipment and facilities for children with handicapped of educare are lacking and arrange special procurements teacher properly now was expose to controversial point that thing is most, and can know that express difference that keep in mind between program and teaching material lack, special procurements teacher s lack, two groups about parent participation and awareness lack and two groups have other problem about schedule. Educare teacher s improvement request appeared by suitable number of persons’ teacher arrangement, program development and teaching material parish manufacture support, lack of equipment and facilities, educare teacher reeducation and research study, cooperation with local community institution and support order, and expressed difference that keep in mind between two groups about special procurements teacher’s arrangement and nurture teacher’s reeducation and research study, and finance support request for suitable number of persons’ teacher arrangement appeared highest, and show opinion difference that keep in mind between two groups about finance support for suitable number of persons’s teacher arrangement.
