This paper analyzes the influences of hotel accounting information load on the decision maker’s predictive precision and hotel management. Two hypotheses are examined: positive relationships between hotel information load and hotel management and predictive precision; differences on hotel management and predictive precision between administrative and business operation departments. The statistical results show that positive influences of hotel information load on hotel management and predictive precision and positive influences of hotel information load on hotel management and predictive precision in administrative departments while no influences in business operative departments. This results may provide useful information on hotel accounting management and decision making process in hotel business.

Cheju Island is affluent with an fascinated natural scenary and cultural orginality among Korea penninsula. There was well known honeymoon destination until 1980, as liberalized oversea travels in Korea, so many honeymooner was departed from inland destination to overseas destination. This study was purposed to make suggestion to activate and promote as honeymooner nests as Cheju Islands, and quantitative analyses of survey were conducted using factor analysis and regression analysis including CATREG, mainly accepted techniques for nominal scale of independant variables. There are suggested three hypotheses to explore relations with consideration, and selection, attractiveness of Cheju Island as follows. First, consideration of honeymoon was significant relations with honeymoon travelling. Second, selection of honeymoon was significant relations with honeymoon travelling. Third, honeymoon travelling traits was significant relations with attractiveness of Cheju Island as honeymoon destination.

This study analyzes overall effects of usage strategic cost management techniques on the information satisfaction and business performance in Busan hotels. Generally it is recognized that strategic cost management techniques gives positive effect on business performance. Research results and suggestions are as follows. First, the usage of strategic cost management techniques gives impact on business performance. The performance increase result in by the function of performance generating variables of production and performance evaluation system attributes. Second, the usage of strategic cost management techniques gives impact on the information satisfaction. These results suggest that in order for improving business performance in Busan hotels, it is necessary to devise proper method of producing and implementing specific management accounting informations based on the purpose of strategic cost management techniques introduction. Third, the information satisfaction gives no impact on the business performance. However, in order to improve business performance through the use of strategic cost management techniques production and use of specific information for the business goals of the hotel is the need to find ways. Academic implications is almost no research has been the strategic cost management techniques for tourism and hotel sector. Therefore, it would be helpful in research in this field. Practical implications in strategic cost management techniques will be an important management accounting guidance for business performance of the hotel.

This study considers emotional marketing and emotional leadership as characteristics of emotional management, and investigates the relationship between emotional management and organizational performance and loyalty of hotel enterprises. The purpose of this study is to provide data and guide for establishing standard model of emotional management to domestic hotel enterprises through this research. Cases of domestic enterprises that introduced emotional management has been divided into service industry and manufacturing industry, and case analyses of each industry are carried out. Particularly, based on the researching finding that emotional management, including emotional marketing and emotional leadership has meaningful effect on organizational performance and loyalty. The paper suggests the importance of emotional management in hotel enterprises for organizational performance and loyalty. The implications of this paper is as follows. Hotel companies within the emotional leadership, emotional organizations, organizational culture and external customers should be interconnected for emotional marketing, emotional management is a competitive advantage factor. In addition, the hotel CEO and staff should be constantly striving to raise the emotional competence and emotional leadership.
