한국인 두상을 고려한 HMD 제품디자인과 특성평가 융복합 연구

대부분의 HMD제품은 글로벌 기업이 중심이 되어 전 세계 사용자들을 대상으로 대량생산을 위한 표준화된 규격으로 개발되고 있기 때문에 국내 사용자들은 많은 불편함을 느끼고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현 HMD제품(S사 기어 VR)과 한국인 두상 형태를 고려한 시제품에 대하여, 움직임이 적은 농구게임과 움직임이 많은 사격게임을 대상으로 착용 끈 개수(1개, 2개)를 독립변인으로 한 정량적인 착용성 실험과 사용자 관찰, 심층 면담을 통한 정성적 평가를 하였다. 실험 결과, 시제품을 가로형 끈 1개만 착용했을 경우와 세로형 보조 끈을 추가로 착용했을 경우 현 HMD제품에 비하여 두상에 느끼는 불편함과 무게감으로 느끼는 두상의 피로도가 감소한 것으로 분석됐다. 또한, 심층 면담 결과, 실험에 참여한 대부분 연구대상자는 시제품 착용감이 현 HMD제품에 비해 매우 편했으며 게임을 할 때 더욱 집중할 수 있었고 시간 누적에 따른 피로도 역시 많이 감소했다고 응답했다. 이러한 연구결과를 기반으로 하여 한국인의 두상 형태를 고려한 HMD 제품디자인을 제안하였다. Most HMD products are developed by global companies as standardized standards for mass production for users worldwide. For this reason, Korean users are feeling a lot of inconvenience. Therefore, in this study, a prototype considering the head shape of Korean and the current HMD product(Gear VR) were designed to play a stadic basketball game and a dynamic shooting game. In addition, quantitative wearable experiments according to the number of straps (1 and 2) and qualitative assessments through user observation and in-depth interviews were conducted. As a result, the discomfort and weight of the head have decreased compared to the current HMD products when only one strap is worn and two straps are worn. In addition, most of the participants in the experiment responded that the fit of the prototype was more comfortable than the current HMD product, could concentrate more on the game, and that the time-accumulated fatigue also decreased significantly. Based in the results of the study, We proposed HMD design for Characteristics of Korean head-shaped.
슬릿 패턴 형상에 따른 Carbon/Epoxy 프리프레그 성형물의 굽힘 강도 특성 및 슬릿 변형량 분석

Designed patterns of slit are introduced to the uni-directional (UD) prepreg in order to enhance the formability of the carbon/epoxy composites without wrinkling and laddering. Three different types of the slit alignment along the thickness direction are applied to analyse the deformation behavior during the compression moulding process of laminates. Degrees of the slit open and the mechanical strength are evaluated based on the level of the compaction pressure in the course of forming process. Results have shown that the mechanical strength of laminates having slits could attain at least 80% of the conventional ones without slits. However, further studies are required to identify the direct relevance of the slit alignment in laminate to the mechanical properties.
비접촉식 자전거 발전기 및 충전 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

In this study, the non-contact type bicycle generator system considering the recharge is developed to use the eco-friendly energy source when the bicycle is operating. The following three main factors are considered in this study. One of factors is that the intensity of the rotating magnet is in the range of 2,700~4,300 [Gause]. The next factor is that the separation distance of rotating magnet and bicycle rim is in the range of 1.5-3.0 mm. The last factor is that the pedaling speed is in the range of 55 RPM [Wheel speed 5.6Km]~150 RPM [Wheel speed 15.25Km] consirering with the 5 staged gear transmission. The obtained results are as followed. (1) The generator output voltage gradually increases from 3V to 10V with the pedaling speed increases, at the separation distance is less than 2.5 mm and the operating voltage of the LED lamp is generated at a pedaling speed of 60 RPM or more. (2) The output current of the generator increases from 20mA to 40mA with the pedaling speed increases, at a separation distance is less than 2.0 mm and the operating current of the LED lamp is generated at a pedaling speed of 60 RPM or more. (3) When the separation distance was 3.0 mm, the output voltage and current are significantly lower than those of the bicycle LED lamp is generated. (4) The charging time is expected to be 12.24 ~ 17.65 hours when the magnitude of the magnet is 3,400[Gauss] at a pedaling speed of 55 RPM or more. (5) As a result of this study, it is thought that the non-contact type bicycle generator system considering the recharge can replace the conventional friction power generation system.

A conventional taped banknotes detecting device in the banknote counting machine have some problems caused by temperature, humidity, dust and other environmental conditions. In order to the improve the detection performance of taped banknote in the banknote counting machine, we developed taped banknotes detecting device that the ultrasonic wave sensor was replaced by mechanical method device. There are many factors for the performance of the taped banknote detecting device of a mechanical method, we considered three main factors that are the amplification ratio of the thickness of banknotes, the pressing force of banknotes and the feeding speed of banknotes. We carried out the experiments with the 27 kinds of combination of these three main factors. As the result, accurate detection was possible to the normal banknotes and taped banknotes regardless of the feeding rate in terms of the amplification rate 27 times and the pressing force 660gf.

we can save a development cost and time as computer was used in tool and die design of car fields in die manufacture process. Dimension accuracy errors such as springback, springgo, overcrown and twist were reduced product accuracy and caused trouble to assembly each parts of car. In this paper, CADCEUS was used to modify and optimize results of deflection for a tail gate panel of car parts in order to reduce dimension accuracy errors by springback in sheet metal forming. As CADCEUS was used to apply for a tail gate panel, the time for quality to improve was reduced to 30%.

This study introduces the testing results of the AL car body which is applied to LRT. The LRT car body is made of aluminum structure materials like a sandwich panel. The static load test was performed to evaluate the structural characteristic and stability of the AL car body. Considering the vertical, compressive, twisting load and 3-point supporting, Bend natural frequency Measurement, Twist natural frequency Measurement type as a testing terms, the structural stability of a car body was evaluated.
