The crack length measurements by DC electrical potential(EP) method for 0.5 thickness compact tension(CT) specimens of 1%Cr-Mo-V and 12%Cr steam turbine rotorsteel were performed at the elevated temperature of 500, 600 and 700°C, and an applicability of stress intensity factor(K₁), net section slress(δnet), C-Integral and C₁ parameter was studied to measure the creep crack growth rate(da/dt) on the specimens With or without side grooves under each of the static loading conditions. da/dt arrangement by K₁ and δnet was not profer because the applied load and temperature change was effect on the prediction of da/dt value. The empirical equation to predict da/dt by Ct was profer than other parameters and wad shown as the crowded one straight line throughout the static creep crack growth rate test.
