건조 무우김치의 제조시 소금의 농도, 수분 제거율 등과 품질과의 관계를 조사함으로써 관능적으로 바람직한 건조김치 제조를 시도하였다. 소금을 3% 처리한 김치를 수분 10~20% 건조하면 보통김치와 색상, 질긴 정도가 비슷하였으나 저장 4일째 미생물이 번식하기 시작하였고, 30%이상 건조김치는 짠맛이 강하였고 질긴 정도가 지나쳐 건조김치로서의 이용가치가 없는 것으로 판정되었다. 그러나 25% 건조김치는 건조전 김치에 비하여서 다소 다른 성질을 지녔으며 저장성도 매우 높아 25℃ incubator에서 10일 경과시에도 외적상태와 맛의 변화가 없었으므로 건조김치로서 가장 바람직하였다. 2% 처리 김치를 수분 30% 이상 건조시키면 짠맛은 다소 감소하나 질긴 정도로 보아 가치가 없는 것으로 사료되었다. 또 25% 건조김치의 물성을 살펴볼때 경도, 응집력이 감소한 반면 Brittleness는 증가하여 부드러운 감을 주었으며 건조전 김치와는 다소 다른 좋은 양상을 나타내었다. 그러므로 건조김치는 유통기간의 연장으로 저장성을 확보할 수 있으며 비교적 오랫동안 식용할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Recently, The necessity of education program for disabled parents counseling their peer groups has been brought up due to the implementation of the Act on Support and developmental disability rights guarantee. The purpose of this research is hence to present proposals for improvements of the education program for the disabled parents peer group counseling after careful analysis of the effectiveness of the training program. The research methods used in this paper is to conduct survey and interview. 95 students who were in their first year out of three year counselor certificate program at universities in cities like Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, Daejeon and Daegu and 80 disabled parents with no training background were selected for the survey. 11 students from training program were selected from each city and they performed intensive interview(FGI) to analyze the difference between two groups and the effectiveness of the peer group counseling education program. The research results show statistically significant differences between two groups; the educated group showed more positive meaning in terms of identity of disabled parents, self-effectiveness, self-worth, changes of personal relationships and stress than noneducated group. Therefore, I propose the revitalization of Peer Counseling Training for Disabled Parents and the future plans to support the substantial consultation activities. 최근 발달장애인권리보장 및 지원에 관한 법률의 시행으로 장애인부모동료상담교육의 필요성이 제기되고 있는 경향이 나타나고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 2014년부터 실시되고 있는 장애인부모동료상담교육의 효과성을 분석하여 그 효과성을 입증하고 장애인부모동료상담 교육의 활성화를 위한 향후 추진과제를 제시 하고자 한다. 연구방법은 2014년부터 전국 5개 지역(서울, 인천, 경기, 대전, 대구) 대학과 연계하여3년 과정으로 시작된 장애인부모동료상담사 양성과정 1차 년도 수강생 95명과 교육에참여하지 않은 일반 장애인부모 80명 전체 175명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 두집단의 차이를 분석하여 동료상담 교육의 효과를 분석하고 수강생 중에서 11명을 지역별로 선정하여 집중인터뷰(FGI)를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 교육을 받은 집단이 교육을 받지 않은 집단 보다 장애인부모정체감, 자기효능감, 자아존중감, 대인관계변화, 스트레스 수용 면에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가나타났으며, 초점집단인터뷰(FGI)조사결과에서도 장애인부모동료상담을 통하여 심리적변화의 효과를 경험하였다고 진술하고 있으며, 장애인부모동료상담 제도화와 함께 실제적인 상담활동지원 등 향후 추진방안에 대한 제언을 하였다.

정신장애인 사례관리의 욕구사정 정확도 향상을 위한 사정도구 개발과 욕구추출 알고리즘 과정 연구 - 데이터 마이닝 분석기법을 활용하여 -

본 연구는 정신장애인의 신체적, 심리적, 사회ㆍ환경적 상황을 종합적으로 평가하여 그에 적합한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 욕구 중심의 사정도구를 개발하고, 개발된 도구를 활용하여 정신장애인 379명의 사정 데이터를 수집한후 데이터마이닝의 의사결정 나무분석 기법을 활용하여 욕구에 적합한 서비스제공을 위한 욕구추출 알고리즘을 구성하였다. 연구기간은 2007년 3월부터 2009년 3월까지 약 2년에 걸쳐 이루어졌으며, 크게 사정도구 개발과 개발된 도구를 활용한 욕구추출 과정으로 나뉠 수 있다. 도구개발은 문헌고찰을 통하여 기본적인 틀을 구성하였고, 포커스 집단과 전문가들을 통하여 사정도구의 주관적 호소와 욕구 문항을 개발하였으며, 도구의 타당도를 확인하기 위해 통계적인 검증과정을 거쳤다. 검증결과 본 도구의 내적 신뢰도의 평균은 .805이었고 이 도구를 활용하여 정신장애인 사례관리의 욕구추출 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 제시한 사정도구와 알고리즘은 정신장애인의 객관적 욕구를 사정하고 확인함으로써 체계적인 사례관리를 수행하는 자료로 활용될 수 있다. The study aims to develop a assessment tool to develop an assessment tool to provide the sufferers of mental disorders in local communities with appropriate services with consideration for physical, emotional, social and environmental circumstances. After collection of assesment data of 379 mental disorders through use of the tool, an algorithm to determine needs was developed to provide a service to real needs through the use of decision tree analysis on data mining. The study was conducted for two years from March 2007 through March 2009, and it is divided into development of an assessment tool and extraction of real needs through the use of the tool. The basic framework of the development of the tool was established through the examination of related literature, while the subjective satisfaction of the assessment tool and items were developed through the use of a focus group and experts. Finally, verification was implemented through the use of statistics to confirm the validity of the tool. As a result of the verification, the tool secured following reliability α = .805. In addition to this, a real needs-extraction algorithm was established through the use of the assessment tool, and the an algorithm according to each desire was suggested. The assessment tool and algorithm suggested as a result of the study can be used as data to conduct systematic management of examples through the confirmation of the objective needs of each mental disorder.
