북경 문화유산관광지 서비스품질 개선방안 연구 - 한국관광객을 대상으로 -

본 연구는 중국 북경지역 세계문화유산인 자금성, 이화원, 천단공원, 팔달령장성, 명십삼릉 등 문화유산관광지 다섯 곳을 선정하여 이곳을 방문한 한국관광객을 대상으로서비스 품질에 관한 설문을 실시하고 이를 분석하여 향후 한국방문객 유치확대를 위한 서비스품질 개선방안에 관한 연구이다. 총 350부의 설문을 배포하여 이 중 유효한298부를 분석에 활용하였다. 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 탐색적 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석, t-test, 분산분석 등을 실시하여 자료를 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과, 한국관광객의북경 문화유산관광지 서비스품질에 대한 평가는 저학력 관광객보다 고학력 관광객이교육성 및 해설성 등에서 더 낮은 평가를 하였으며, 직원의 서비스품질항목에 대한 기술통계분석한 결과는 모두 ‘3’보다 낮은 평균값으로 부정적인 평가를 받았다. 특히 ‘기념품 품질’과 ‘화장실의 청결과 관리’항목 등은 기술통계분석결과에서 제일 낮은 평균값으로 나타났다. This study is conducted, based on questionnaire result of Korean visitors to the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven, Badaling of the Great Wall, and Ming Dynasty Tombs which are listed on 5A tourist attractions as well as UNESCO World Heritage sites, considering demographic and generic characteristic. Among the 350 collected questionnaires, 298 questionnaires were selected as analysis data. Frequency Analysis, Descriptive Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, t-test and one way ANOVA were conducted using the statistical package SPSS 20.0 for data analysis and hypothesis verification. The result of the empirical analysis was that Korean visitor evaluations of service quality on cultural heritage tourism in Beijing are related to the visitor’s academic backgrounds. The results for all items of employee service quality were negative. Especially, 'quality of souvenirs' and ‘sanitary public restrooms’ has features of the lowest mean value in the descriptive statistic analysis.
