헤어아트 분야의 예술성은 시대에 따른 예술분야의 변화를 수용하며 헤어 디자인의 다양한 예술성과 독자적 구조를 형성하며 발전하고 있다. 본 연구는 이론적 토대를 마련하기 위하여 이세이 미야케 디자인의 조형적인 패턴과 이미지를 고찰하였으며, 실증적 연구에서는 이세이 미야케의 작품 가운데 조형성이 돋보이는 < COMPASS >, < TRIANGLE >, < SPRING >을 모티브로, 모발과 종이를 활용하여 3편의 작품을 제작하였다. 연구자가 구현한 3편의 작품은 기하학적인 조형성을 표현한 이세이 미야케의 작품을 모티브로 헤어아트를 구현한 것으로, 이세이 미야케의 소재와 인간중심, 협력과 참여, 지속 가능한 디자인이라는 디자인 철학을 헤어아트에 반영한 작품이라는 점에 의의가 있다. 본 작품은 이세이 미야케 작품 중 COMPASS, TRIANGLE, SPRING를 선정하여 이를 모티브로 활용하였으므로, 소재와 기하학적인 모티브 활용에 그 한계가 있었다. 후속 연구에는 소재와 디자인의 한계를 보완하고, 풍부한 표현기법을 개발하여 다양한 형태의 기하학적 조형성을 구현함으로써 헤어아트의 영역확장이 이루어지길 기대한다. Artistry in the hair art field embraces changes in the art field with the times, deveiopes by forming various artistry and independent structures of hair design. In order to lay the theoretical foundation, this study considered the formative patterns and images of the Isey Miyake design, and in empirical research, three works were produced used hair and paper as motifs of “COMPASS”, “TRIANGLE”, and “SPRING”, which stand out formative among Issey Miyake’s works. The three works by the researcher are based on Issey Miyake’s works, which expresses geometric sculptures, and are meaningful in that it reflects Issey Miyake’s design philosophy of material, Human-centric design, cooperation, participation, and sustainable design. Among Issey Miyake’s works, COMPASS, TRIANGLE, and SPRING were selected and used as motifs, so there was a limit to the use of materials and geometric motifs. In follow-up study, it is hoped that the area of hair art will be expanded by supplementing the limitation of materials and designs and developing rich expression techniques to realize various forms of geometric formulation.

Intraspecific diversity of Monochamus saltuarius (Gebler) based on DNA barcode analysis

Monochamus saltuarius has a morphological polymorphism, but there is no standard phenotype to distinguish the differences in M. saltuarius species. To investigate molecular diversity of M. saltuarius, mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase I 5’ sequence were analyzed against specimens collected from Chungbuk, Gyeonggi, and Gangwon province. The DNA barcode results showed that the specimens make two groups with a 1.68%–3.1% K2P distance, but cannot find a specific phenotype difference among the specimens.
