The rapidly changing business environment can simultaneously pose a threat to corporate survival and provide new opportunities for companies, and what businesses need in this environment is a successful new product achievement using rapidly changing information technologies. At this time, it is very important to invest in securing the technology in the corporate and utilizing the products and services using it. However, a clear picture of the relationship between information technology investment and performance has not emerged in the related studies. Therefore, this research is about the effect of relative investment in SFA technology related to sales automation on the performance of successful new products through market information acquisition processes and perceived intelligence quality. In addition, we verified the moderating effect of market uncertainty and technical catastrophe between investment in SFA technology and acquisition of market information. Through empirical analysis, we are going to identify the effects of each other and to suggest meaningful implications for relationship research. The research was conducted on a sample of the sales organizations of 110 B2B companies and analyzed using SPSS 23, LISREL 8.72 and SPSS Macro to validate the construct concept and research model. The analysis results show that relative investment in SFA technology affects market information acquisition process, market information acquisition process affects perceived intelligence quality, and perceived intelligence quality has a positive effect on new product success. In addition, for the effect of moderate between the relative investment in SFA technology and the market information acquisition process, the increase in market uncertainty has a positive effect, but the moderating effect on technology variability has not been demonstrated. Research has shown evidence that the relationship between investment and performance is positive through the impact of information acquisition and quality, and confirmation of how the investment connects to a successful new product shows that investment can be turned into a competitive advantage. And proof of positive moderating effects of market uncertainty has shown that he is a moderator to strengthen the relationship between SFA technology investment and information acquisition.

We investigated how the viscosities of piezoelectric lead zirconate titanate/lead zirconate nickelniobate (PZT-PZNN) slurry samples affect the laminated-film densities based on various conditionsof degassing time for 0, 30, and 60 min. PZT-PZNN slurries with different viscosities were tapecasted into green sheets by adjusting the comma blade height to 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500μm. As a result the slurry viscosity linearly increased with increasing slurry degassing time, andthe thickness of the green sheet increased with increasing comma blade height. The density andthe dielectric properties of piezoelectric ceramic films with the same thicknesses, but composed ofdifferent numbers of layers, were compared. The laminated-film density and the dielectric propertyd33 × g33 increased with decreasing number of laminated layers. However, when the viscosity of theslurry was too high (degassing time > 60 min) and the comma blade height was too high (commablade height > 300 μm), the tape-casted green sheet was too thick to have enough time to dry. Bycontrolling the slurry viscosity by adjusting the degassing time and the comma blade height, wewere able to optimize the thickness of the green sheet in a tape-casting. The optimal green sheetthickness was < 70 μm, and the number of sheets laminated should be minimized to increase thefilm’s density and dielectric constant.

Two models were developed a pre-stress model and a no-pre-stress model for considering the effectsof a tip mass with and without pre-stress induced by gravity, respectively. Three tip masses−6,18, and 30 g−were used in experiments, and four cases were considered: the above three tip massesand a 0 g case, corresponding to no tip mass. Two prominent effects of the tip mass were theoreticallypredicted and experimentally verified. We established an evaluation standard and ananalysis technique for efficiently analyzing these two effects of the tip mass on the output power ofa piezoelectric energy-harvesting system. For both models, a higher output power was obtained ina system with a tip mass than in a system without a tip mass. Results of the experiments and of acritical voltage analysis demonstrated that the developed tip mass method successfully augmentedthe output power of the system.

The electrical characteristics change significantly according to the polarization processing conditions piezoelectric ceramic discs. The piezoelectric ceramic disc of high d33 value is known that the electrical energy conversion efficiency is high. The main purpose of this study is to increase d33 value of piezoelectric ceramic disc by optimizing of poling condition of the hard -type composite (PZT-HQ) ceramic disc. Maintaining the temperature at 120℃, we compared polarized piezoelectric characteristics in every polarization voltage of 1 kV from 1 to 5 kV/mm(thickness).
Enhancing the Dielectric Property of 0.69PZT-0.31PZNN Thick Films by Optimizing the Poling Condition

We investigated how the applied electric-field’s magnitude and the poling time affected, respectively, the dielectric property and the microstructure of piezoelectric lead zirconate titanate/lead zirconate nickel niobate (PZT-PZNN) thick films in order to apply the films to piezoelectric energy harvesters. Several 300-μm-thick, 10 × 10-mm2 PZT-PZNN squares were tape cast, laminated, sintered, and poled under 2-, 4-, 6-, 10-, 14-, and 15-kV/mm electric fields for 30 min. The 10-kV/mm electric field produced the highest d33 × g33 without mechanically damaging the sample. Further, samples were sintered at 950, 1000, and 1020 C and subsequently poled at 10 kV/mm (previously determined as the magnitude of the optimal poling electric field) for 15, 30, 60, 120, and 240 min to investigate how the poling time affected the piezoelectric ceramic’s microstructure. The optimal poling time for all the sintered samples was 60 min. Further, the piezoelectric ceramics composed of small grains and poled longer than 60 min showed higher dielectric constants. However, those composed of large grains and poled for times shorter than 60 min showed higher dielectric constants because the element mobility of the piezoelectric ceramics increased with increasing poling time.
사용자의 구매만족도 향상을 위한 BERT 기반의 리뷰 분석 방법

In this paper, we propose a review analysis system to improve user's purchase satisfaction with a shopping mall product analysis platform through a BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers)-based preference analysis model. The growth of online shopping malls made it more challenging for customers to find products that matched their preferences, and they experienced significant tiredness when making their selections. To address this inconvenience, this paper proposes a method to display products that meet the preference by score when a user enters his or her preferences for three criteria: delivery, size, and quality. The BERT-based preference analysis AI model is used to analyze the review texts of each product in the user-desired category among the stored items, and the results are conveyed by scoring in accordance with the user's own preferences. Users can assist in making purchases by using their scored preferences. 본 논문은 BERT(Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) 기반의 선호도 분석 모델을 통한 쇼핑몰 상품 분석 플랫폼으로 사용자의 구매만족도를 향상하기 위한 리뷰 분석 시스템을 제안한다. 온라인 쇼핑몰의 발달로 다양한 제품들을 온라인으로 판매함에 따라 구매자는 자신의 선호도에 맞는 상품을 구매하기 점차 어려워지고, 원하는 상품을 고르는 것에 많은 피로도를 느끼게 되었다. 본 논문은 이러한 불편함을 해결하기 위해 사용자가 배송, 사이즈, 품질 3가지 기준에 대한 자신의 선호도를 입력하면 해당 선호도에 맞는 상품들을 점수로 정렬하여 보여주는 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 사전에 스케줄된 크롤링 시스템을 통해 수집된 상품들과 각 상품의 리뷰들을 데이터베이스에 저장한다. 상품 검색 시, 저장된 상품들 중 사용자가 원하는 카테고리에 속하는 각 상품의 리뷰 텍스트들을 BERT 기반의 선호도 분석 AI 모델을 통해 분석하여 사용자 개인별 선호도에 따라 점수화해서 표현해준다. 점수화된 선호도를 통해 사용자는 상품 구매에 도움을 받을 수 있다.

Research about optimizing lamination condition in order to improve the properties of piezoelectric thick films fabricated by tape casting has found that the highest piezoelectric strain constant (260.2 pC/N) is obtained at 2 MPa pressure and 180 second press time lamination condition. The sintering temperature of the samples was 1100 °C. A piezoelectric energy harvesting (PEH) system was subsequently designed based on a cantilever beam structure, in which an optimized PZT thick film was attached to a stainless steel substrate. Analysis of the frequency tendency of this system’s open circuit voltage identified a maximum peak of 4.08 V <SUB>RMS</SUB> and a resonance frequency of 35Hz. Measurement of the output voltage and output power of the PEH system also revealed that a maximum output power density of 0.21 mW/㎤ could be achieved at a matching load of 900 kΩ. These results show that a material with a sufficiently high energy density for use in energy harvesting devices can be achieved by subjecting a PZT thick film to optimized lamination conditions.
