This study is self management of screen golf participants and on its relationship to the relationship of leisure satisfaction the main objective to investigate and reveal the study was conducted. The subjects of this research the participants in screen golf of J region in 2014 was adult men and women. The survey was conducted with 197 participants by means of the purposive sampling. Based on the collected data, this survey were analyzed Cronbachs Alpha, T-test, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and ANOVA by using SPSS 18.0 version. First, The differ self management validated differences analysis result in accordance with the general characteristics was partially difference. The men than women on health management at self management at gender was higher. The women than men on psychological satisfaction at leisure satisfaction were high differences. The from ages in leisure satisfaction all lower factors showed no significant difference. Second, The physical satisfaction and social satisfaction on lower factors in leisure satisfaction in the interpersonal relationship on lower factors in self management statistically significant affect.
