In this paper, we proposed the electric circuit using one common arm of H-Bridge Inverters to reduce the number of switching component in multi-level inverter combined with H-Bridge Inverters and Transformers. and furthermore we suggested the new multi-level PWM inverter using PWM level to reduce THD(Total Harmonic Distortion). and we used the switching method that can be same rate of usage at each transformer. Also, we tested the proposed prototype 9-level inverter to clarify the proposed electric circuit and reasonableness of control signal for the proposed multi-level PWM inverter.

The powers used in the robot drive motor system are mostly DC sources such as batteries. Even AC powers in some systems are generated from DC sources by the inverter. It is can be forecasted that the DC-link communications will be widely used invarious industrial application. In this paper a novel BLDC motor drive system by using DC-link communications is proposed. The characteristic of this system is the communication only needs 2 DC lines. There are not additional lines to translate the reference signals and the reliability of the system is enhanced especially in some badly circumstance. The number of lines can be least when applied in the multi motor control system and the slip ring design can be simplified when applied as rotation machine. The reasonableness of proposed motor system is clarified by the PSIM simulation and the hardware prototype.

There are lots of control methods can be used in the 3-phase Z-Source inverter. In this paper several typical control methods are analyzed and compared through the simulation in the PSIM and Matlab.

Despite improvements of the status of crime victim in the Criminal Procedure, China still clearly has not finalized about the concept and scope of the crime victim. Given the status of the victims in criminal proceedings, it is very important to confirm the notion and the scope of victim. In ancient criminal procedure which criminal suit and civil suit was divided, the victim had an independent right to indict the offender. Without the indictment of the victim, the court itself could not proceed with trial activity. Hence the victim had a prosecutor's position. But, in accordance with the advent of national prosecution principle, the right to prosecute was given to the state's or king's agent. Therefore, the victim had become unable to perform the role of the prosecutor. Victim's status had lasted for a long time and even after modern Western countries complete the criminal justice reform, and the victim's status in criminal procedure has not changed. But, victims has been excluded in the criminal procedure, and today the status has been very weakened and marginalized. However, after the Second World War, as the international cooperation for protection of human rights has unfolded, more people have become interested in the status of victim in criminal procedure, and China and Korea also are making a grater effort to improve the status of victim in criminal procedure. This study reviews and analyzed the systems for protecting and supporting crime victims in China and Korea, and suggests some implications for reform of the victim's right in criminal procedure.

본 논문에서는 BLDC센서리스를 위해 역기전력의 영점검출을 위한 새로운 필터회로를 설계하였다. 특히 본 논문에서 제안한 역기전력 증폭 제한회로를 구성함에 있어 아날로그 디지털 혼용 필터회로를 구성하여 저속영역에서 센서리스를 특성을 개선하였다. 또한 100[W]급 BLDC 구동용 프로토 타입 드라이브를 제작하여 제안된 알고리즘의 타당성 검증하였다.

본 논문은 Z-Source 인버터의 효율 증대를 위해 기존의 스위칭 회로에의 lower-arm의 스위칭 소자를 BJT구성하여, 스위칭 회로가 FET와 BJT로 구성된 Z-Source 인버터 구조를 제안하였으며, 제안된 인버터 구조에 적합한 스위칭 신호를 분석 및 스위칭 손실의 효율을 개선하였다. 또한 본 논문을 PSIM 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통해 제안된 방식의 성능을 확인하였다.
