대학생들의 학술정보 포털에 대한 이용 및 수요분석 - ScienceON을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 대학생들의 학술정보 포털에 대한 수요를 조사하고 ScienceON이 대학생들의 친화적 포털이 될 수 있도록 개선방안 도출을 진행했다. 이를 위해 ScienceON과 유사한 학술정보 포털을 조사하여 ScienceON과 비교 분석하였으며, 대학생을 대상으로 FGI 면담을 실시하여 대학생이 느끼는 ScienceON의 문제점을 기반으로 개선점을 도출하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 제시하는 개선방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 통합검색 기능을 강화하고 대학생들이 원하는 정보를 모두 ScienceON에서 얻을 수 있다는 확신을 심어주어야 한다. 둘째, 대학생들이 선호하는 구글 및 네이버와 같은 UI를 갖출 필요가 있으며, 현재의 딱딱한 디자인의 개선이 필요하다. 셋째, 대학교 저학년을 타겟으로 홍보를 진행하여 ScienceON을 익숙하게 만들어야 한다. 현재 대학생들은 MZ세대에 속하는 연령층으로 MZ세대는 향후 사회적 핵심을 이루는 세대가 될것으로 전망되며, 이에 MZ세대에 대한 관련 연구가 늘어나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 MZ세대에 대한 연구의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으며, 특히 MZ세대의 정보검색 및 서비스에 대한 수요에 대해 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

MZ세대 친화적 정보 포털 구축을 위한 인식조사: ScienceON을 중심으로

In order to improve ScienceON as a customized portal for MZ generation, this study investigated the characteristics of MZ generation’s use of information portals and the demand for ScienceON to derive ways to improve ScienceON. To this end, a survey was conducted on Generation MZ who had experience using ScienceON, and the direction of improvement of ScienceON was derived. The ScienceON improvement plan proposed in this study is as follows. First, it is necessary to derive a plan to be familiar with the MZ generation for the MZ generation seeking familiarity and convenience. Second, it is necessary to improve the portal, such as arranging intuitive menus and providing convenient information, and various ways such as improving design and UI and reorganizing functions provided by ScienceON are needed. Third, it is necessary to promote the spread of Science ON by providing content through various platforms such as SNS and YouTube. In the future, as interest in the MZ generation continues to increase, analysis studies on the characteristics and demand of the MZ generation are expected to increase. Therefore, this study can be used as basic data for research on MZ generation, and it is expected that it can be used as a reference for the demand for information search and services of MZ generation. 본 연구는 ScienceON의 MZ세대 맞춤형 포털로서의 개선을 위해 MZ세대의 정보 포털 이용 특징 및 ScienceON에 대한 수요를 조사하여 ScienceON의 개선방안 도출을 진행했다. 이를 위해 ScienceON을 이용해 본 경험이 있는 MZ세대를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, ScienceON의 개선방향을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 ScienceON 개선방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 익숙함과 편리함을 추구하는 MZ세대를 위해 MZ세대와 친숙해지기 위한 방안 도출이 필요하다. 둘째, 직관적 메뉴 배치 및 간편한 정보 제공 등 포털을 개선할 필요가 있으며, 디자인 및 UI의 개선과 ScienceON이 제공하는 기능의 재정비 등 다양한 방면의 개선이 필요하다. 셋째, SNS 및 유튜브 등 다양한 플랫폼을 통해 콘텐츠를 제공하여 ScienceON의 확산을 도모해야 한다. MZ세대에 대한 관심이 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 추세에 따라 향후 MZ세대의 특징 및 수요에 대한 분석 연구가 늘어날 것으로 전망된다. 이에 이번 연구는 MZ세대에 대한 연구의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으며, MZ세대의 정보검색 및 서비스에 대한 수요에 대해 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

국가정책연구포털(NKIS)에 대한 이용자 인식 분석 기반 서비스 개선 및 홍보의 개선 방향 연구

본 연구는 NKIS의 개선방안 도출을 위한 기초 연구로서 수행되었다. NKIS 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하고, 이용자의 NKIS에 대한 인식을 분석하여 NKIS의 개선방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구 결과를 기반으로 제시하는 개선 방향은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업군 및 연령별 이용자에 대한 수요 조사 및 NKIS 주 이용층에 대한 명확한 타겟 설정이 필요하다. 둘째, 정책정보 및 서비스의 확산을 위한 노력이 필요하다. 셋째, 홍보에 대한 방향성을 유지하되 새로운 매체의 도입을 통한 홍보 방식의 개선 및 활성화가 필요하다. 본 연구는 NKIS 이용자 설문조사를 통해 NKIS의 이용자 불편 사항 및 수정사항을 제시하고 있으며, 이를 통해 이용자들의 NKIS 활용성을 높이고 신규 이용자 확장에 기여한다. 또한 향후 이와 비슷한 정보 포털의 이용자 인식조사가 이루어질 때 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 향후 연구에서는 NKIS의 실질적 이용자 파악을 위한 심층적 조사가 이루어져야 하며, NKIS 목표 실현을 위해 정책정보를 실질적으로 활용하는 이용자층에 대한 맞춤형 홍보방안이 세워져야 할 것으로 보인다. This study was conducted as a basic study to derive improvement measures for NKIS. A survey was conducted on NKIS users and the user’s perception of NKIS was analyzed to derive improvement measures for NKIS. The directions for improvement presented based on the research results are as follows. First, it is necessary to survey the demand for users by occupational group and age and to establish clear targets for NKIS main users. Second, efforts to spread policy information and services are needed. Third, it is necessary to improve and revitalize the public relations method through the introduction of new media while maintaining the direction for public relations. This study presents NKIS user inconveniences and modifications through the NKIS user survey. Through this, it will increase users’ NKIS utilization and contribute to the expansion of new users. In addition, it seems that it can be used as basic data when user perception surveys are conducted on similar information portals in the future. In future research, an in-depth investigation should be conducted to identify actual users of NKIS, and customized promotional measures should be established for users who actually utilize policy information to realize NKIS goals.

This study investigated the cases of the domestic classification system and compared and analyzed them with the academic standard classification system to derive future improvement directions. The direction of future improvement of the academic standard classification system presented based on this is as follows. First, it seems necessary to clearly guarantee the operation of the classification system as a law for the continuous development of the academic standard classification system. Second, it is necessary to improve it to a comprehensive classification principle that satisfies both current issues and global universality so that domestic and foreign data can be collected and compared smoothly by producing a wide-ranging classification system. Third, it is necessary to select a clear revision cycle of the academic standard classification system, and it seems appropriate to proceed with the revision every five years in order to reflect the academic field across a vast field. Currently, research on such a domestic classification system is insufficient, and such investigations are continuously conducted in the future, requiring continuous interest and research on the domestic classification system.
