장소마케팅에서 장소자산이 장소이미지와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 국내 친환경 지역으로 각광받고 있는 강원도 지역의 다양한 장소자산들에 대한 본질과 속성을 이해하고 수도권 거주자들에게 지각된 이미지가 강원도 지역에 대한 이미지 형성에 어떠한 영향을 제공하고 있으며, 강원도가 진행하는 이미지 제공노력들이 재방문의도에 어떤 영향을 주고 있는가에 대한 연구 과제를 제시하고 밝히고자 하는데 연구의 목적이 있으며, 본 연구의 이론구조 모형은 독립변수로 장소자산(물리적 자산, 잠재적 자산, 지역주민 개방성, 상대적 가능성 자산), 매개변수로 장소이미지, 종속변수로 재방문의도로 구성되었고 이들 연구변인간의 관계에 관한 가설을 설정하여 검증하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 장소자산의 물리적 자산, 잠재적 자산, 지역주민 개방성, 상대적 가능성 자산모두가 장소이미지에 주는 영향에 있어서는 유의 하다는 결과로 나타났으며, 이 중에서도 상대적 가능성자산이 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 물리적 자산, 잠재적 자산, 지역주민 개방성, 상대적 가능성자산과 재방문 의도간의 관계에 있어서는 잠재적 자산 연구변인이 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고 그 외의 연구변인의 영향은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 장소이미지와 재방문의도 간 영향에 있어서는 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 수도권 지역에 거주하는 방문객들의 경우, 재방문 의도는 물리적 자산, 잠재적 자산, 지역주민 개방성, 상대적가능성자산에 대한 이미지 형성과정을 통해서 재방문의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나 지역의 이미지 창출 및 개선전략의 중요성을 보여주고 있다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 결과는 장소자산의 도입과 투자노력만으로는 효과적인 성과를 기대할 수 없으며, 이러한 다양한 장소자산들에 대한 본질적인 학문적 속성을 규명하고 이를 토대로 지역의 이미지와 연계시켜 이미지 활성화에 적극적인 노력이 이루어져야만 성과의 극대화를 이룰 수 있을 것이다. The purposes of this study through empirical investigation are to examine and describe the study hypothesis that understand the natures and attributes of the various place assets of Kangwon areas and these factors prove how to perceived to people of Seoul, Gyeonggi Do and what influence these image raise efforts on the image and on the revisit intention of Kangwon areas. The proposed theoretical model of this study is constituted by the independent variable, such as place assets(physical, potential, residents openness, relative-possibility assets), the mediate variable(place image), and the dependent variable(revisit intention). The results of this study are summarized as follows: In the relationship with the independent variables and the place image, all of physical, potential, residents openness, relative-possibility assets are significantly related to the place image, the relative-possibility assets of these factors have more significant relation than other factors. Or in the relationship with the independent variables and the revisit intention, only the potential assets are significantly related to the revisit intention, other factors not are significantly related to the revisit intention. In the relationship with the place image and the revisit intention is significantly related. In other words, the residents of Seoul, Gyeonggi Do, the revisit intention only showed through the process of place image formation. Therefore, this results reveal the importance of creation and the improvement of place image. In conclusion, the implications of this study is the possibility of creation of place image with placeness can be positively used as a means of regional development. These show the need of the understand and practical application to the nature and attributes of place assets(physical, potential, residents openness, relative-possibility assets), these efforts have to be closely connected with place image and revisit intention
