The new Hydraulic control system is developed using the 3 way PWM solenoid valve and the micro-processor. It replaced the part of Hydraulic control system with the role of electronic element to make Hydraulic control system simple and has various new functions.<br/> The .new Hydraulic control system of independent control method applied 3way PWM solenoid valve for all clutch to enable skip shift and manual shift.<br/> The 3 way PWM solenoid valve is the small sized valve superior to 2way solenoid valve in linearity and small variation by temperature change and small leakage related with efficiency .<br/> Especially reducing valve enhanced control accuracy without influency of Engine speed variation.
이론 및 실험적 분석을 통한 자동변속기 전달효율 거동의 과도 특성

During acceleration or deceleration state in vehicle operation, the efficiency of automatic transmission is affected by the power loss due to the moments of inertia of rotating elements. In this paper, the relations between efficiency behavior at steady state and that of transient state are formularized. To verify that relations, new device for measuring engine torque between engine and transmission is introduced By using that device, it is verified that the efficiency behavior at transient state is able to be calculated from the efficiency behavior and moments of inertia of rotating elements. In addition, portions of power loss due to moments of inertia of rotating elements are acquired from the result of experiments.
