역사과 창의·인성 교육 사례 연구 : 영상물을 활용한 프로젝트 수업을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 역사과 수업에 영상물을 활용한 프로젝트 학습을 적용하여 창의·인성 교육의 적용 가능성을 타진하려는 것이다. 이와 함께 역사과에서 창의·인성 교육의 적용 가능성을 분석하기 위해 교과내용의 특성을 파악하고, 역사과 교육과정에서는 창의성 양성을 위한 교육에 대하여 어떻게 규정하고 있는지 살펴보았다. 학생들의 창의성과 인성계발은 학생들에게 친숙하고, 학생들이 선호하는 자료와 매체를 적극 접목, 활용할 때 효과가 배가된다는 점을 고려하여 본 연구에서는 ‘영화로 역사하기’를 주제로 영상물을 활용하였다. 역사의 다양한 주제를 종합적으로 사고하며 통합하여 생각할 수 있는 교수-학습 방안으로는 블렌디드 러닝 기반 프로젝트 학습 활동을 선정하였다. ‘영화로 역사하기’를 주제로 진행한 역사과 프로젝트 수업은 프로젝트 활동의 진행 과정과 산출된 결과물의 내용을 분석한 결과 본 학습 활동이 학생들의 창의성과 인성을 양성하는 데 긍정적으로 작용하였음을 보여주었다. 프로젝트 학습의 각 단계별 활동에서는 흥미를 갖고 적극적인 자세로 과제를 수행하는 과정에서 협동, 책임감, 개방성과 같은 인성적 요소의 신장을 확인할 수 있었으며, 학생들은 영화 속 인물의 상황을 추체험하면서 인물과 함께 성장하고, 역사적 사고 및 상상력의 적용을 경험하였다. 또한 당대의 사회를 재구성하거나 영화를 통해 알게 된 사실을 토대로 스토리텔링하는 활동을 수행하는 결과물 제작단계에서 매체감수성과 스토리텔링, 그리고 융·복합력 등 창의성 요소의 확장과 신장이라는 교육효과를 거둘 수 있었다. 향후창의·인성 신장을 위한 교수-학습방안은 평가와 연계되지 않으면 일회성에 그칠 우려가 있음을 고려하여 평가 방식의 개선도 병행하여 연구되어야 할 것이다. This study examined the education and strengthening of students’ creativity and personality by focusing on case studies in project-learning lectures in History classes. This study identified the course content in order to analyze the possibility of applying creativity and personality education in History classes. It also examined how course content is regulated in the History-major curriculum. This study assumed that the effectiveness of creativity and personality development increases when integrating and utilizing the materials and media that students prefer and are familiar with; therefore, this study applied visual materials under the theme of ‘Doing History with Films’. This study chose blended-learning-based project learning as a key teaching-learning method that integrated diverse topics in history and enabled synthetic thinking. By analyzing the progress and outcomes of project-learning lectures under the theme, ‘Doing History with Films’ in History classes, it is suggested that this learning activity had a positive influence on students’ creativity and personality education. Subsequent research with improved evaluation methods that consider both effective implementation and the evaluation of teaching-learning methods for creativity and personality education needs to be conducted.

The time-dependent responses of a single-electron transistor are investigated theoretically by adopting the Green's function approach. Since the formalism takes non-adiabatic effects of the time-dependent perturbation into account, as well as the many-body interaction, the calculated results provide full expressions for the tunneling current and the noise. For typical experimental parameters, we calculate the first-harmonic responses of the single-electron transistor and discuss static voltage effects on the tunneling current and the noise in a radio-frequency single-electron transistor.

The purpose of this study is to find out how much the items of the test reflected the spirit of the Japan occupation times, exploitation and resistance. It is found that the items had content validity showing the appropriateness of attaining the goals, importance of the facts, and developing thinking skills. Students tend to simply memorize the facts frequently covered in the test,which can lead to the fixed and shallow historical image to them. Students also showed difficulties in the test items dealing with particular chapters,the questions without pictures, and the items of unfamiliar historical facts,or having attractive wrong answers. In order for the test items to help students to understand history, two things should be considered when making questions. First, when selecting question materials, we should try to include proper amount of the facts,for students not to distort historical facts with narrow interpretation. Also it is recommended to choose rather complicated materials to improve their thinking skills. Second, thinking of the item frequency, we should not lean too much towards particular chapters or periods, because it can give students the biased historical image who think the more frequent the items, the more important. The history about Japan occupation should be covered with rational judgment rather than emotional approach and the test should also include value and attitude evaluation. Thus, it is suggested that supplemented tests, such as essay tests and performance tests, should be applied in the test, besides multiple choice tests.
Klein Tunnelling Through an Oblique Barrier in Graphene Ribbons

We study the transmission coefficient of graphene nanoribbons with a top gate that acts as an oblique barrier. Using a Green's function method for the the Dirac-like equation, we take into account scattering among transverse modes due to the oblique barrier numerically. In contrast to the two-dimensional graphene sheet, the transmission pattern of graphene ribbons depends strongly on the electronic structure in the barrier region. Consequently, irregular structures in the transmission coe±cient are predicted while perfect transmission independent of the angle and the length of the oblique barriers is still calculated in the case of metallic graphene.
