        OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to understand the status of clinical research in advanced regenerative medicine, and to analyze each detailed item with a focus on researcher-led and pharmaceutical company -led clinical research. METHODS Among the documents registered in PubMed from 1 January 2018 to 29 June 2021, the clinical research literature was selected as the literature that corresponds to the advanced regenerative medicine clinical research and contains adverse reaction information. Publication year, country, indication type, and follow-up period were selected as variables to analyze clinical research literature by research funding. RESULTS As a result of the study, 220 eligible studies were identified through a literature search. 163 cases (74%) of researcher-led clinical research and 57 cases (26%) of pharmaceutical company -led clinical research were investigated. In the case of advanced regenerative medicine indications, researcher-led clinical research conducted overwhelmingly in clinical studies of brain/neuro/psychiatric diseases and eye diseases. As a result of analyzing the adverse events described in the entire clinical research literature, in the order of headache, nausea, fatigue, fever, and anemia were observed in pharmaceutical company-led clinical research and fatigue, prexia, headache, and hypertension in researcherled clinical research. CONCLUSIONS We expect this study will maximize the efficiency of clinical research information utilization and will help concentrate on building a safety management system.

        리팜피신에 내성인 Streptococcus faecalis 균주의 개발

        The preparation of Streptococcus faecalis RSI is used as a medicinal preparation for human intestinal disorders. But the microbe in this preparation is very sensitive to rifampicin. If this preparation is taken with rifampicin, its therapeutic effect can not be expected. To develope rifampicin resistant mutants, the rifampicin sensitive strain S. faecalis RSI was treated with N-methyl-N''-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine(MNNG). Twelve strains of the MNNG-induced mutants showed distinct resistance to rifampicin and five mutants were selected for further studies. They also exhibited identical characteristics with the parent S. faecalis RSI when they were tested for lactic acid formation and growth inhibition of E. coli. From in vitro test, it was identified that rifampicin is not inactivated by certain factors of the rifampicin resistant mutants. Conclusively, the rifampicin resistant mutants are efficient strains that have insensitivity against rifampicin and original biochemical characteristics of the parent strain.

        마이크로플레이트를 이용한 8종 화학물질의 복귀돌연변이 평가

        This study was conducted to establish the technology for bacterial reverse mutation test using 384-well microplates and liquid media instead of solid agar in order to evaluate the mutagenicity of test articles with limited amounts. The important advantage of this test method was considered that the usage of S9 fraction prepared from rat liver was smaller in comparison with the Ames test using solid agar. Five bacterial strains (S. typhimurium TA98, TA100, TA1535, TA1537 and E. coli WP2 uvrA) recommended in OECD TG 471 were used to evaluate 8 chemicals including 6 mutagens (Allyl chloride, 4-amino-2-nitrophenol, ethylene glycol dimethyl ether, benzo[α]pyrene, 7,12-dimethylbenzanthracene, 8-hydroxyquinoline) and 2 non-mutagens (dioctyl phthalate, sulfisoxazole). All experiments were performed using Ames MPFTM Penta II kits (Xenometrix, Switzerland). Three independent laboratories participated in the intra-laboratory and inter-laboratory studies. Results from this study were compared with reference mutagenicity data (NTP or published data). In results of this study, five out of six mutagens were evaluated to be positive, and the one mutagen (ethylene glycol dimethyl ether) to be negative. Two non-mutagens were determined to be negative in microplate tests. Both the intra-laboratory and the inter-laboratory study showed the 87.5% concordance in the overall results. It was concluded that a microplated reverse mutation test may be a compatible test method for the animal welfare as well as for the limited amount of substances.

      • 無等山 標高에 따른 季節別 昆蟲相에 關한 硏究(Ⅰ) : -春季分布相-

        無等山 標高에 따른 季節別 昆蟲相을 調査하기 위해 1991-1992年 2個年에 걸쳐 調査한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 無等山의 봄에 分布하는 昆蟲種類는 總 10目 39科 120種이 調査되었다. 2. 標高別 調査에서는 100-500M에서 10目 37科 110種이, 500-900m에서는 9目 35科 101種이, 900-1200m에서는 5目 12科 18種이 調査되었다. 3. 표고에 따른 출현빈도가 높고 발생량이 많은 種은 100-500m 에서는 흰나비科의 줄흰나비(Artogeia napi), 배추흰나비 (Artogeia rapae), 배추흰나비 (Artogeia rapae), 네발나비科의 청띠신선나비 (kanisha canace), 애기세줄나비 (Neptis dsppho), 풍뎅이科의 검정풍뎅이 (Holotrichia kiotensis), 꿀벌科의 꿀벌(Apis melica), 뒤영벌科의 어리호박벌(Xylocopa appendiculata)로 밝혀졌고, 500-900m 사이에서는 네발나비科의 애기세줄나비(Neptis dssppho), 허리노린재科의 큰허리노린재(Molipteryz fulignosa), 집게벌레科의 노란다리민집게벌리(Euborellia pallopes), 꿀벌科의 꿀벌(Apis melifica)이었고 900-1200m에서는 부전나비科의 부전나비(Pelbejus angus), 꿀벌科의 꿀벌 Apis melifica), 길앞잡이科의 아이누길앞잡이(Cicindela gemmata)等이었다. 4. 무등산 정상인 1,000-1,200m 지대에서 봄에만 볼수있는 종으로서 호랑나비科의 이른봄애호랑나비(Luehdorfia puzilor), 흰나비과의 갈고리나비(Anthocharis scolymus) 2種이 관찰되었다. This study was carried out to investigate the insects fauna of Mt. Mudeung in spring season from 1991 to 1992. The results obtain summaries as follows. 1. The total of 120 species belongs to 39 families of 10 orders were investigated. 2. In different sea levels,10 orders 37 families 110 species at 100-500m. 9 orders 35 families 101 species at 500-900m and 5 orders 12 families 18 species at 900-1200m in sea level investigated respectively. 3. High grequency and population density of Insects by sea level were investigated : Artogeia rapae, Kanisha canace, Neotis dspho, Holotrichia kiotensis, Apis melifica and Xylocopa appendiculata in 100-500m. Plebejus angus, Apis melifica and Cicinedela gemmata in 900-1200m above sea level. 4. Both species of Luehdorfia puzilor and Anthocharis solymus were observed at 1000-1200m of Mt.Mudeung as species appeared only spring season.

      • 독성물질의 세포사 기전 및 세포사 유발물질의 검색법 개발에 관한 연구(Ⅰ) : 독성물질로 인한 파킨슨병 모델에서의 세포사 기전 연구 Study on the cell-death mechanisms of toxin-induced parkinsonism

        MPTP 독성물질이 도파민성 신경세포에 선택적으로 작용하여 산화성 손상에 의한 신경세포사를 일으키는 것을 이용하여 파킨슨병의 동물모델을 만들고, 이를 통해서 아폼토시스를 비롯한 포사의 기전에 대한 연구 및 너코틴의 신경세포 보호효과 여부를 판정하는 실험을 병행하고자 하였다. 파킨슨꾐의 동물모델을 MPTf 독성 물질을 이용하여 확립하였으며, MPTP(30mgag, i.p.)를 투여한 후 1, 2,3, 4, 5일째 흑질 조직을 채춰하여 tarm로 박걸하여 tyrosine hydroxylase 면역조직화학염색을 수행하여 cell countif우한 결과, control은 57.635ce11s, 1일째 친.OfDells,2일째 57.9±6cells,3일릴 없.3±죠ells, 4일째 49.0츠3cells, 5일째 39.4±Scells료 4, 3일째 뚜렷한 신경세포 수의 감소를 보였다. 신경세포사 기전 규명을 위한 아폼토시스 분걱에서는 벼PTP 투여 후 1, 2, 3, 4, 5일째 조직을 채취하여 Hoechst staining, TUNEL staining을 수곡하였는데 양성 반응을 보인 신경세포는 관찰되지 않아. 아폼토시스로 인한 세포사가 관찰되지 않았다. bIPTP 파킨슨병 동물모델에서 nicotine 보호효과 탐색에 관한 실험은 nicat푸e 0.2mgAg을 5일 퐁안 투여 후 리『fP(30mgag)를 CS7Bt/6 마은스에 복강 내주사로 nicotine과 병용 투여한 후 1, 2, 3, 4, 5일째 뇌를 적출하땄다. 신경세포사가 뚜렷이 관찰되기 시작하는 4, 5일째의 신경세포 수의 감소 정도를 20. 30% 정도 약화시키는 경향을 보였으나, nicotine 보호효과에 대한 추가 실헝이 현재 수행 중에 있다. The cause of Parkinson's disease (PD) is largely unknown. However, free radical toxicit? may plaf a role ip. the degeneration of substantia nigra, which is the Hajorfocus of pathological damages in PD. Recently, a neuroprotective effect of nicotine in PD has been suggested. Therefore, the mechanism of neurodegenerafion and protective potential o( nicotine in PD were investigated in the experimental modeB of Pll using a neurotoxin, C57BL/6mice were administered with 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP, 30 mg/kg,j.p.). The degree of neurodegenerafion was determined by immunohistochemical stainiHB oftyrosine hydroxylase (TH). TH-positive cells on nigral sections were found 56.0 ±4, 57.9 ±6,52.315ce11s, 49.0±3cells, and 39,4±Scells at days 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, respectively (controls : 57.6±Scells). Hoechst and TUNEL staining showed no evidence of apoptosis. The exandnation on themice co-adrunistered with nicotine(0.2mgAg) and MPTP(30mgag) revealed a tendency ofnicotine protective effects. At days 4 and 5, the degree of TH-positive cells was decreased by20-30%, In corclusiffn, the role of apoptosis was not evidenced in this MPTP modeB of PB.The possible proteccon by nicotine should be elucidated with further studies.

      • 無等山 標高에 따른 季節別 昆蟲相에 關한 硏究(Ⅲ)

        無等山의 標高에 따른 가을철(8월上旬-12월上旬)의 昆蟲相을 調査하기 위해 1991-1994년 4개년에 걸쳐 調査한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 無等山에 秋季에 分布하는 昆蟲類는 總 9目 39科 123種이 調査되었다. 2. 標高別 調査에서는 100-500m에서는 8目 27科 83種이, 500-900m에서는 8目 28科 77種이, 900-1200m에서는 6目 15科 23種이 調査되었다. 3. 標高에 따른 出現頻度가 높고 發生量이 많은 種으로는 100-500m에서는 잎벌레科(Chrysomelidae)의 열점박잎벌레(Lewa decernpunctate), 노린재科(Pentatomidae)의 가시노린재(Carbula humerige), 허리노린재科(Corereidae)의 톱다리허리노린재(Riptortus dalates), 떼허리노린재(Coreidae), 매미충科(Cicadellidae)의 주걱매미충(Hicalus prasinus), 메뚜기科(Acrididae)의 섬나라메뚜기(Mongolitettix), 장날개메뚜기(Oxyajaponica), 모메뚜기(Tetrix japonica)이었다. 500-900m에서는 흰나비科(Pieridae)의 노랑나비(Colias erate), 잠자리科(Libellulidae)의 노란띠좀자리(Sympetrum pedemintranumelatum), 매미충科(Cicadellidae)의 주걱매미충(Hecalus prasinus), 말벌科(Vespidae)의 말벌(Vespa crabro), 무당벌레科(Coccinellidae)의 28점박이무당벌레(Epicalchus 28-macullata), 메뚜기科(Acridedae)의 참홍날개메뚜기(Bryodema tuberculatum), 섬서구메뚜기(Atractomorphus lata)이었다. 900-1200m에서는 네발나비科(Lymphalidae)의 산은줄표범나비(Argynnis paphia), 잠자리科(Libellulidae)의 두점박이좀잠자리붙이(Symptrum ignotum), 동애등에科(Stratiomyiidae)의 동애등에(Ptecticus tenebrifer), 귀뚜라미科(Gryllidae)의 귀뚜라미(Scapoipedus aepereus)등이었다. This study was carried out to investigate the insect fauna of Mt. Mudeung in autumn season from 1991 to 1994. The results obstain summaries as follows. 1. The totoal of 123 species belongs to 39 families of 9 orders were investigated. 2. In different sea levels, 8 orders 27 families 83 species at 100- 500m and 8 orders 28 families 77 speciecs at 500-900m and 6 orders 15 families 23species at 900-1200m in sea level investigated respectively. 3. High Frequency and population density of insects by sea level were investigated ; Lesa decenpunctatam, Carbula humerige, Riptortus darates, Catpura lativentrio, Hecalus parasinus,Mongolotettix japonicas, Oxya japonica, Tetrix japonica in 100-500m, Colias erate, Sympetrum pedmontranumelatum, Hecalus prasinus, vespa crabro and Epiachus 28-maculata,Bryodema tuberculatum, Atractomorphus lata in 500-900m, Argynnis paphia, Sumpetrum ignotum, Plecticus tenebriter and Scapeipedus aepereus in 900-1200m above sea level.
