        사회체육학 : 전일제 생활체육 지도자의 이직의도에 대한 경로분석

        This study aims to find out how job stress among full-time sports instructors can affect job satisfaction, work performance, life satisfaction, and their intention to change jobs through path analysis, and then propose measures to decrease the instructors’ impulses to change jobs and minimize the actual rate of people changing jobs. The National Council of Sports For All designed a questionnaire survey for789 full-time instructors. A total of 545 instructors participated in the survey, and a total of 502 responses were actually utilized in the analysis. For this study, the questionnaire made by Um, Gwang Seop(2001) and Cheon, Yong Deuk (1998) concerning job satisfaction, life satisfaction, work performance, and impulse to change jobs was use dafter it was modified by the researcher, while the questionnaire about stress was made by the researcher after consulting with various experts. The results of this study are as follows. First, job stress affects job satisfaction. That is, if the interactions among job characteristics, relationships with senior personnel, and the compensation system are high among full-time sports instructors, job satisfaction is also high. Second, job stress affects work performance. That is, if the interactions among job characteristics, relationships with senior personnel, and the compensation system are high among full-time sports instructors, work performance is also high. Third, job stress affects life satisfaction. That is, if the interactions among job characteristics, relationships with senior personnel, and the compensation system are high among full-time sports instructors, life satisfaction is also high. Fourth, job satisfaction affects one’s decision about changing jobs. That is, if the interaction of job satisfaction is low among full-time sports instructors, their intention to change jobs is also high. Fifth, work performance affects intentions to change jobs. That is, when the interaction of work performance is high among full-time sports instructors, their intention to change jobs is also high. Sixth, life satisfaction affects one’s intention about changing jobs. That is, if the interaction of life satisfaction is low among full-time sports instructors, their intention to change jobs is high. Seventh, job stress affects one’s intention about changing jobs. That is, if the interaction of job stress is low among full-time sports instructors, their intention to change jobs is high.
