불연속 웹 철골보의 프리스트레스 도입 효율에 관한 연구

I형 철골보에 프리스트레스가 도입될 때 철골보의 강한 축강성에 의해 도입 프리트르레스는 현저히 낮아지게 된다. 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위해 본 저자는 기존 연구에서 아코디온 효과를 이용하여 상 하부 플랜지에 도입 프리스트레스를 높일 수 있는 파형형태의 웨브를 제안하였다. 프리트스레스 도입 효율을 높일 수 있는 효과적인 대안이었지만, 파형 형태의 웹을 도입하는 것은 상대적으로 물량이 많이 소요되고 많은 용접작업 과정을 필요로 하였다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 불연속 웨브를 갖는 철골보를 고안하여 연속형 파형웨브를 갖는 철골보의 한계를 극복하였다. 불연속웨브를 갖는 두 개의 실물사이즈 철골보를 제작하여 실험을 수행하였으며, 유한요소해석을 수행하였다. 실험 및 해석결과에 근거하여 불연속 웨브를 갖는 철골보는 연속형 파형웨브를 갖는 철골보의 프리스트레스 도입효율이 유사하였음을 확인하였다.

As building structures become much larger and higher in recent years, the hybrid structural members of steel and reinforced concrete are considered as an effective option for horizontal members, because they are suitable for long span and for saving story height. Although many hybrid horizontal members has been developed and studied by researchers or engineers, there is still a lack of efficient system that satisfies such structural demands. This study, therefore, proposed a prestressed composite beam with corrugated web, which is suitable for improving workability on site, structural performance, and economic feasibility. Five full-scaled specimens were fabricated and tested until their flexural failures. The test results showed that the proposed composite member can provide high flexural strength and excellent ductility compared to the typical composite beam tested in this study.
불연속 웨브를 갖는 프리스트레스트 합성보에 대한 실험적 연구

Various type of composite beams have been developed to utilize advantages of reinforced concrete and steel structural system with making up for their weaknesses. In this study, prestressed composite beams with discontinuous corrugated webs are presented, in which discontinuous web plates improve the introduction efficiency of prestress by accordion effect and enhance composite action between steel beam and concrete compared to typical plane webs. Two prestressed composite beam with discontinuous corrugated webs, four prestressed composite beam with trapezoidal corrugated webs, and one corrugated webbed composite beam without prestress were fabricated and tested to evaluate their serviceability, ductility and flexural strength.

The degree of interaction is a very important factor determining stiffness, strength and deflection performance in the composite beam. Because this synthesis is made through the shear connector, the structural performance of the shear connector is very important. In this study, the connection method was developed using the driving pin to solve the problem of conventional welding connection method. To verify the structural performance of the developed connection method, the push-out test was performed and analyzed against numerical analysis results. Based on the results of the analysis, it is deemed that the structural performance can be obtained by joining the shear connection in proposed method.

사진식각 공정으로 종횡비가 매우 큰 유리 미세구조물을 제작하였다. 미세구조물의 제작에는 압축응력에 강하고 전기적 절연체인 감광성 유리를 사용하였다. 감광성 유리는 석영기판 위에 크롬이 패턴된 마스크를 사용하여 파장이 312nm인 자외선에 노광되었다. $500^{\circ}C$ 이상의 열처리공정을 거친 후 초음파 분위기에서 10%의 불산용액으로 식각함으로써 유리 미세구조물을 제작하였다. 미세구조물의 최종 형상은 감광성 유리의 두께, 마스크 패턴, 자외선 노광조건 및 식각조건에 크게 의존하였으며, 종횡비가 30이상인 스트라이프 구조의 유리 미세구조물을 제작할 수 있었다. High aspect ratio microstructures were fabricated by photolithography. The material for the microstructure was photosensitive glass which has good mechanical and electrical insulation properties. The photosensitive glass was exposed to ultraviolet light at 312nm through a chromium mask in which the structures are drawn. After heat treatment process over $500^{\circ}C$, the photosensitive glass was etched in a 10% hydrofluoric acid solution with ultrasonic conditions. Final dimension of the micro-framework was greatly dependent on the thickness of photosensitive glass, mask pattern, ultraviolet light exposure and etching conditions. The maximum aspect ratio of the micro-framework obtained from this work was over 30.
단순형태 합성기둥을 갖는 보-기둥 접합부의 내진성능평가

Although General CFT columns have many structural advantages, these have many difficulties in applying them to the field due to degradation of production and workability since the shape of the beam-column joint is complicated. In this study, to overcome these shortcomings, a beam-column joint in the form of a simple thick panel, a combination of triangular units, and two webs was developed. In order to evaluate the seismic performance of the developed joints, six beam-column joint experiments were manufactured in the shape of the pillar as a major variable. The manufactured experiments were applied the cyclic loading using an actuator, and the displacement and strain measured in the loading was analyzed. Based on the results of the experiment, it is judged that the seismic performance of experiments manufactured using a 40 mm thick steel sheet and the triangular unit using a 12 mm steel sheet is excellent.
불연속웨브가 도입된 프리스트레스트 합성연결보에 대한 내진성능 평가

연결보를 가진 전단벽 시스템은 벽체의 개별 강성을 합산한 것보다 훨씬 큰 강성을 확보할 수 있기 때문에 효율적인 횡력저항시스템으로서 40층 이하의 중 고층 건물에 널리 적용되고 있다. 일반적으로 사용되는 철근콘크리트 연결보는 철근배근이 복잡해 시공성이 저하되고, 철골연결보의 경우에는 과도한 스티프너의 사용으로 인해 경제성이 저하된다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 따라서, 이 연구에서는 철근콘크리트와 철골부재를 합성하여 시공성 및 경제성을 개선하고 단면크기를 줄일 수 있는 불연속웨브가 적용된 프리스트레스트 합성연결보를 개발하였다. 개발한 프리스트레스트 합성 연결보의 구조적인 성능을 검증하기 위해서 전단철근비를 주요 변수로 두 개의 실험체를 제작하여 반복하중실험을 수행하였으며, 실험결과는 제안된 연결보의 내진성능을 검증하였다. The shear wall system with coupling beams has been known as an effective means for moderate and high rise buildings up to 40 stories, because this structural system can provide the enhanced lateral stiffness compared to individual shear walls. Typical reinforced concrete coupling beams have difficulties in construction due to complicated reinforcing work on site, and steel coupling beams also have disadvantages in economical point of view because of a large number of stiffeners required for its stability under lateral loading. To overcome these disadvantages in existing coupling beam systems, this study developed the prestressed composite coupling beam with discontinuous webs, which have improved constructability, economic feasibility, and reduced sectional size. The reversed cyclic loading test on two prestressed composite coupling beams with discontinuous webs having different shear reinforcement ratios have been conducted to investigate their structural performances, and test results showed that the proposed composite coupling beams had good seismic performances.
