텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 4차 산업혁명 기반 교육 연구동향 분석

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명과 연관된 교육 관련 학술 논문의 동향을 분석하고 미래교육이 나아갈 바를 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 학술 논문 364편을 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 R 프로그램을 이용한 텍스트 마이닝 방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 키워드 빈도분석 결과, 변화, 기술, 사회, 방향, 대학 등의 키워드가 높게 산출되었다. 둘째, 토픽 모델링 결과, 프로그램, 모형, 교수법 등과 같은 교육의 실제, 인공지능, 코딩 등과 같은 기술적 관점, 시대, 세계, 평생, 미래사회 등의 통합적 관점에 대한 주제 등 4가지 주제로 분류되었다. 셋째, 최다빈출어 간의 연관분석 결과, 기술, 변화, 방향, 목적 등의 키워드가 중심에 위치하여 있었지만 명확하게 군집을 이루지 않았다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 유연하게 대처할 수 있는 적합한 인재 양성을 위한 교육의 방향을 제시하는 데에 기여할 것이다. This study text-analyzed 364 published academic papers in order to identify recent trends in education related to the 4th industrial revolution. The KONLP package in R program was used to apply text-mining techniques for data analysis. The results were as followed; first, the most frequently appeared words include “Change”, “Technology”, “Convergence”, “University” and “Future”, which suggest higher-education, such as universities should play a critical role in educations during the 4th industrial revolution. Second, the topic modeling suggests that educational practice such as program and didactics, technological perspectives such as AI and coding, and integrated views including world or future society, were 4 major themes discussed in the paper. Third, the association analysis suggests that researches about education in 4th industrial revolution were not yet accumulated and classified enough. The findings in this article could contribute to suggest educational directions for talent training in this new era.
