        혁신역량의 주요요인이 국내 바이오산업에 미치는 영향

        최근 세계적인 팬데믹(pandemic) 상황으로 바이오산업의 혁신이 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 바이오기업과 제약바이오기업의 혁신을 위해서는 혁신역량 강화를 통하여 기업의 지속적인 발전과 성공적인 사업화가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 바이오산업과 제약바이오산업의 전반적인 특징을 알아보고, 혁신능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 주요요인을 도출하였다. 그리고 혁신능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 주요요인들이 국내 바이오기업들과 제약바이오기업들의 기업성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 분석대상은 2016년부터 2018년까지의 국내 바이오산업 실태조사 표본을 사용하여 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 국내 바이오기업들의 경영성과에 R&D집약도, 장비투자, 인적자원 요인들이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 외부협력을 수행하는 기업들과 그렇지 않은 기업들의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 서로 다르게 정의되었다. 제약바이오기업 분석결과, 인적자원요소인 R&D인력, 생산인력, 영업관리인력과 외부협력 요소가 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 도출되었다. 따라서 바이오 기업들과 제약바이오기업들은 인적자원요소들의 지속적으로 개발과 효율적인 대회협력 활동이 필요하며 지속적인 R&D 및 기술사업화 활동이 필요하다. Recently, innovation in the bio industry is becoming more important due to a global pandemic. For innovation of bio companies and bio pharmaceutical companies, continuous development and successful commercialization of companies through strengthening innovation capabilities are required. Therefore, in this study, the overall characteristics of the domestic bio industry and bio pharmaceutical industry were investigated, and major factors that could improve innovation capacity were derived. In addition, we investigated how major factors that can improve innovation capabilities affect the corporate performance of domestic bio companies and bio pharmaceutical companies. The analysis target was performed using Korean Bio Industry Survey samples from 2016 to 2018. As a result of the analysis, it was found that R&D intensity, machine investment, and human resource factors affect the management performance of domestic bio companies. In addition, factors affecting the business performance of companies that perform external cooperation and those that do not are defined differently. In addition, as a result of analyzing bio pharmaceutical companies, human resource factors such as R&D manpower, production manpower, sales management manpower, and external cooperation were derived as factors affecting the company s performance. Therefore, it can be said that bio companies and bio pharmaceutical companies need continuous development of human resource factors, efficient competitive cooperation activities, and continuous R&D and technology commercialization activities.

        세계 각국에서는 FRP선박의 폐처리 또는 재활용(재자원화)을 위하여 실용성과 안정성을 지니는 많은 기계적 방법에 대한 연구 개발을 진행하여왔다. 그러나 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔음에도 기계적 처리 방법의 두 가지 문제, 즉 파쇄공정 중의 2차 오염 및 재자원화 용도의 한계가 아직도 기계적 재활용의 확대를 어렵게 하고 있다. 실제 폐 FRP선발의 구성을 확인한 후 실질적인 선박의 재활용 기술과 경제적, 친환경적 기술을 통한 폐 FRP 선박의 재처리/재활용기술을 연구한다. Since 1990s, these many researchers have been fully involved in developing recycling methods for FRP boats. There are four basic classes of recycling covered in the literature. the first is "Mechanical recycling" which involves shredding and grinding of the scrap FRP in a new product. Despite of the safety hazards, mechanical recycling is one of the simpler and more technically proven methods. Recent researchers should be more interested in these methods. It is fact that most of FRP wastes are depend려 on incineration or reclamation. Because it is made up of reinforced fiber glass, it is very difficult to break into pieces. By the disposing of waste FRP this way, it also occurs secondary problem such as air pollution and unacceptable noise. This study is to propose a new method which is efficient and environment friendly waste FRP regenerating.

      • 영유아교사의 성장마인드셋과 정서적 조직몰입 관계에서 행복플로리시의 다중매개효과

        본 연구는 영유아교사의 성장마인드셋과 정서적 조직몰입 관계에서 행복플로리시의 다중매개효과를 검증하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구대상은 충청북도에 위치한 유아교육기관에 근무하고 있는 영유아교사 225명이다. 영유아교사의 성장마인드셋과 정서적 조직몰입의 관계에서 행복플로리시의 다중매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 SPSS Statistics 24.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 영유아교사의 성장마인드셋, 정서적 조직몰입, 행복플로리시는 유의미한 수준에서 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 영유아교사의 성장마인드셋과 조직몰입과의 관계에서 행복플로리시의 다중매개효과를 살펴보면, 영유아교사의 성장마인드셋과 조직몰입과의 관계에서 성취는 유의미한 수준에서 매개변인으로 역할을 하였지만, 긍정적 정서, 몰입, 관계, 의미는 유의미한 수준에서 매개변인으로 역할을 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. The aim of this study was to investigate the multiple mediating effects of flourishing in the connection between early childhood teachers’ growth mindset and emotional organizational commitment. The study included 225 early childhood teachers employed in institutions located in Chungcheongbuk-do. The SPSS Statistics 24.0 program was employed to validate the multiple mediating effect of flourishing in the relationship between early childhood teachers’ growth mindset and emotional organizational commitment. Correlation and multiple mediating effects were analyzed using Model 4 of the SPSS Process macro. Positive correlations were observed among early childhood teachers’ growth mindset, emotional organizational commitment, and flourishing. The sub-factors of flourishing displayed positive correlations with both growth mindset and emotional organizational commitment. Regarding the multiple mediating effect of flourishing on the relationship between early childhood teachers’ growth mindset and organizational commitment, achievement was found to play a significant role as a mediating variable. However, positive emotion, commitment, relationship, and meaning did not exhibit a significant mediating role.

        통합적 창의성 분석 도구와 창의성 평가에 관한 연구

        과학의 발전으로 시장의 경쟁이 치열해진 오늘날, 기업들은 생존을 위해서 기술혁신 및 신제품개발에 집중하고 있다. ‘새로움’이 있는 신제품을 개발하기 위하여 지금까지 많은 신제품 아이디어발상법이 연구되어졌다. 그러나 정작 신제품의 ‘새로움’을 평가할 수 있는 아이디어 창의성평가방법에 대한 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 창의성을 평가할 수 있는 여러 방법론을 토대로 창의성 평가 기준을 명확하게 한 체계적이고 정량적인 창의성 평가 모형을 제안하였다. 또한, 이러한 창의성 평가 모형을 활용하여 창의적이라고 평가받는 아이디어들을 실증 분석하여 창의성 평가 모형의 효용성을 알아보았다. Recently, in the fierce market competition caused by the advancement of science, companies are focusing on technological innovation and new product development to survive. In order to develop a new product with newness , many new product idea thinking methodologies have been studied. However, research on how to evaluate the creativity of an idea that can evaluate the “newness” of a new product is insufficient. In this study, a systematic and quantitative creativity evaluation model was developed and proposed based on several methodologies for evaluation of creativity. In addition, the effectiveness of the creativity evaluation model was investigated by empirically analyzing the ideas that were creatively evaluated.

        해외 아이디어 상품들의 내재된 발명적 사고원리와 창의성에 관한 연구: 일반기계분야를 중심으로

        Recently, Idea generation tool is getting more important in industrial design because idea generation tool affects to innovative products and Enterprise value. Due to this reason, it is necessary that active concern about creative idea generation tool to develop innovative products and new businesses of industrial design. Therefore, This research suggests Business Creativity Codes(BCC) for Idea generation tool to industrial design and reveals Effectiveness of BCC as creative idea generation tool. Also, this research was analyzed inherent properties and creativity of overseas idea products from Korea International Trade Association(kita). Using these results, this research proposes efficient methods for new product, new business, and new service in industrial design field.

        내,외부 R&D 활동 병행 기업의 주요요소와 기업성과와의 관계

        This research reveals the major internal and external resources of companies within the manufacturing and service industries performing internal and external R&D activities. The aim is to empirically examine the impact of these major resources on corporate performance. In order to do so, microdata from the Korea National Statistical Office’s 2011-2013 Business Activity Survey was used and a multiple regression analysis was conducted on only internal and external R&D companies. The major results of this paper are as follows. The first is that R&D intensity, the total number of staff, and capital have an effect on the business performance of manufacturing and service companies. The second is that external R&D, technology level, E business, and overseas expansion had an effect on the business performance of manufacturing companies while the ratio of researchers had a partial effect on the business performance of service companies.

        진공 게이트 스페이서를 지니는 Bulk FinFET의 단채널효과 억제를 위한 소자구조 최적화 연구

        Semiconductor devices have evolved from 2D planar FETs to 3D bulk FinFETs, with aggressive device scaling. Bulk FinFETs make it possible to suppress short-channel effects. In addition, the use of low-k dielectric materials as a vacuum gate spacer have been suggested to improve the AC characteristics of the bulk FinFET. However, although the vacuum gate spacer is effective, correlation between the vacuum gate spacer and the short-channel-effects have not yet been compared or discussed. Using a 3D TCAD simulator, this paper demonstrates how to optimize bulk FinFETs including a vacuum gate spacer and to suppress short-channel effects.

        품질경영시스템 활용이 R&D 연구원의 사용자 만족도에 미치는 영향

        This paper is intended to examine a relationship regarding whether innovativeness, interactivity, system quality and information quality, extended variable, has an effect on R&D researcher`s user satisfaction through the mediation of ease of use and usefulness after applying an extended technology acceptance model to quality management system. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed through face-to-face interview, and 158 questionnaires were used for statistical analysis. In order to prove the validity of results of testing a hypothesis, the validity and reliability of measurement instrument was tested in advance. According to the results of testing an indirect effect on information quality, system quality, interactivity and innovativeness, independent variable, it shows that innovativeness, system quality and information quality produced a statistically significant indirect effect on user satisfaction. It is thought that the results of paper can be utilized to prepare for effective system development, establishment and design through the quality management system user satisfaction of R&D researchers at the point of contact for quality management that company pursues.

        아유르베딕 식이요법이 자율신경과 pH에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 아유르베딕 식이요법이 자율신경에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지 알아보고 체질별 식단을 통한 건강예방과 치유를 위한 목적이다. 본연구를 위한 참여자들은 스스로 참여 의지를 보여 주었고 연구동의서에 동의하고 연구의 규칙을 지키겠다고 서약한 15명 중 끝까지 연구에 참여한 13명을 선정하였다. 참여자들의 체질은 바따 4명, 삣따 3명, 까파 6 명이다. 본 연구는 자연치유의 한 방법인 아유르베딕 식이요법을 활용 하여 연구 참여자의 체질에 알맞은 음식을 섭취하도록 하고 사전, 사후 검사를 통하여 알아보았다. 본 연구는 2017년 9월 14일부터 12월 14일까지 주 1회 총 13회기를 체질에 알맞은 식사를 제공하고 집에서도 식단표 대로 식사를 하게끔 식단표를 나누어 주었다. 매주 식후에 HRV와 ORP 를 측정하였다. 연구를 위한 측정도구는 HRV (심박동 변이) 와 ORP (산화환원 전위차) 를 사용하였다. HRV 측정 (10점 기준) 결과, 바따형 4명의 교감활성은 사전 측정시 7.03이었으나 사후 6.49로 3명은 하락, 1명은 증가 결과를 보였고 부교감활성은 사전 5.72에서 사후 6.27로 3명 증가, 1명은 종전과 비슷한 수준의 유지상태 결과를 보였다. 삣따형 3명의 교감활성은 사전 6.58에서 사후 6.28로 2명 하락, 1명 증가하였고 부교감활성은 사전 5.80에서 사후 6.45로 3명 모두 증가한 결과를 나타냈다. 까파형 6명의 교감활성은 사전 6.78에서 사후 6.32로 4명 하락, 2명 증가하였고 부교감 활성은 사전 5.69에서 6.11로 6명은 증가하였다. 또한 ORP 측정결과, 바따형 4명은 사전 검사시 246mV이었으나 사후 39mV로 낮아졌고, 삣따형 3명은 사전 234mV에서 사후 ­17mV, 까파형 6명 또한 사전 230mV에서 49mV로 참여자 모두 약알칼리로 낮아져 가는 추세를 보였고 참여자중 2명은 마이너스를 보일 정도로 신체가 중성에 근접해 갔다. 결론적으로 본 연구결과를 살펴볼 때 아유르베딕 식이요법이 교감과 부교감신경에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러므로 체질별 식단이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었으며 앞으로 이러한 체계의 프로그램 개발과 연구가 더욱 필요하다고 생각한다. This study aimed to investigate the effects of Ayurvedic dietary therapy on autonomic nervous. There were the 15 participants for this study at first, but the only 13 participants joined until the end of the study. Lastly, only they were selected as the participants for this study. They showed their will to join in the study, signing a consent form for the study, and vowing to obey the rules of this study. By the physical constitution, the participants consisted of four members of Vāta, three members of Pitta, and six members of Kapha. This study used the Ayurvedic dietary therapy, one of the natural healing methods, to ingest appropriate food according to the physical constitution of the study participants and conducted the pre - and post - test. This study was conducted from September 14, 2017 to December 14, 2017, with a total of 13 sessions, once a week, which provided meals suitable for the physical constitution and distributed a menu to eat meals at home too. and After weekly meals, HRV and ORP were measured. HRV and ORP were used for the study. The result of HRV measurements (10 points) showed that the sympathetic activity of the four Vāta types was 7.03 in the pre-test but the result of the post-test was 6.49. Namely, two persons were reduced and the other two were increased. And it also showed that their parasympathetic activity was 5.72 in the pre-test but the result of the post-test was 6.27. Namely, one person was reduced. And it showed that the sympathetic activity of the three Pitta types was 6.58 in the pre-test, but the result of the post-test was 6.28. Namely, two persons were reduced and the other one was increased. And it also showed that their parasympathetic activity was 5.80 in the pretest but the result of the post-test was 6.45. Namely, two persons were increased and the other one person was reduced. In addition, it showed that the sympathetic activity of the six Kapha types was 6.78 in the pretest but the result of the post-test was 6.32. Namely, three persons were increased and the other three were reduced. And it also showed that their parasympathetic activity was 5.69 in the pre-test but the result of the post-test was 6.11. Namely, five persons were increased and the other one person was reduced. Also as a result of ORP measurement, 4 Vāta types were 246mV in the pre-test but decreased to 39mV in the post-test. 3 Pitta types were 234mV in the pre-test but decreased -17mV in the post-test. And 6 Kapha types were also 230mV in the pre-test but decreased 49mV in the post-test. Namely, all of the participants showed a tendency to become weak alkaline, and 2 of the participants came close to neutrality so as to show a minus result. In conclusion, this study showed that the Ayurvedic dietary therapy has a positive effect on the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves. Therefore, we could know that a diet suitable for the physical constitution was necessary, and we also thought that the program development and studies of this system are needed more for the public health in the future.

        R&D 연구원 교육 운영에 관한 연구

        기업의 R&D활동의 주체인 R&D연구원은 기술 혁신과 기업생존에 매우 밀접하게 연결되어 있다. 인적자원 교육이 기업성과에 매우 밀접한 관계가 있다는 연구는 체계적으로 오랫동안 진행되어져 왔음에도 불구하고, R&D연구원의 교육 운영에 대해서는 아직 연구가 부족한 상황이다. 이에 R&D연구원 교육에 대한 기존 연구들을 살펴보며 R&D연구원 대상 교육의 교육체계 및 주요 사항을 제언한다. 그리고 이를 통하여 향후 R&D연구원 대상의 교육에 대한 실증 연구의 토대를 마련하 고자 한다. When it comes to R&D researchers as these people basically in charge of R&D activities of companies, they are considered very much related to technical innovation and survival of the companies. Despite how long it has been since the first research on the closest relations of human resources education and training with companies' outcomes was conducted, as for management of education and training targeting the R&D researchers, the topic has not been yet discussed satisfactorily enough. In the light of that, this paper looks into previous researches on R&D researchers' education and training and offers suggestions on systems of education and training targeting the R&D researchers as well as other relevant main details. After all, the study believes that its work will contribute to a foundation of an empirical research on education and training targeting R&D researchers in the future.
