        정신지체아동 부모의 스트레스 대처방식에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the specific of the stress coping strategies in the parents of the mentally retarded. The 812 subjects were selected randomly from the kindergarten, elementary school, middle and high school study in the city of Taegu, The instruments of measurements was Multidimensional Coping Scale. T-test was conducted for the data analysis. The major finkings of this study were as follows: 1. There are difference between the stress coping strategies score according group with parents of students with mentally retarded and parents of students with non-handicapped. There were parents of students with mentally retarded lower the stress coping strategies than parents of students with non-handicapped. 2. There are differences between each of the stress coping strategies score according sex, in parents of students with mentally retarded and parents of students with non-handicapped. There are differences between father and mother each of the stress coping strategies score according sex, in parents of students with mentally retarded. There are differences between father and mother each of the stress coping strategies according sex, in parents of students with non-handicapped.

        MMCP에 근거한 음악활동이 정신지체아의 음악 인지과제 수행능력에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of the study is to investigate the effects of music task competence - music identification, music classification, music serial - for the children with mental retardation through MMCP(Manhattanville Music Curriculum Program). For the study, three children with mental retardation were selected from those who enroll at special classes of elementary schools or special schools. and The procedure applied to the study centered upon competencies`` changes of music activities for children with mental retardation through MMCP. The instrument of train was used M-PACD in behalf of program of music activities through MMCP. I reveal that results of this study are follows as : First, after applying to music activities of children with mental retardation through MMCP, competence of music identification task of children with mental retardation be all significantly improved. Second, after applying to music activities of children with mental retardation through MMCP, Music activities through MMCP have no effect on competency of music classification. Third, after applying to music activities of children with mental retardation through MMCP, Music activities through MMCP have an influence on music serial Competence. In this results, we know that study``s results coming out music classification, serial and identification in regular sequence in study``s results of general children contrasted strikingly with those of children with mental retardation. This results were showed that children with mental retardation have a more relatively difficulties in competence of music classification than music identification and serial. Considering above conditions, further suggestions are follows as : First, It should be needed study of how to combine existing music class and music class through MMCP. Second, It should be needed systematic development of program appropriate to children with mental retardation in consideration of unique behavior, learning characteristic and given condition. Third, It should be needed concrete tool``s development of evaluation to evaluate music competence in quality for children with mental retardation.

        FIE 프로그램을 이용한 중재학습경험이 경도정신지체아의 인지기능과 충동성에 미치는 효과

        The Feuerstein``s Instrumental Enrichment(FIE) program was designed to modify the cognitive structures of the mentally retarded. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of FIE program on the improvement of cognitive functions and the diminution of impulsivity of mentally retarded children of Korea. Original FIE program are consisted of 14 sections. This study used 1 section of them(Organization of Dots). In this study, a pretest-posttest control experimental design was constructed to test the effects of FIE program on the cognitive function and impulsiveness. The subjects of this study were 16 mentally retarded children between the age of 7 years and 11 years. The subjects of experimental group and control group were selected from the residental center located Daegu, Korea. 8 mentally retarded children were assigned to experimental group and 8 mentally retarded children to the control group. The experimental group were provided FIE program, Organization of Dots during 44 hours. To obtain, the experimental data, 3 cognitive tests and 1 impulsive test were used: Raven``s Progressive Matrices Test(RPMT), Representational Stencil Design Test(RSDT), Means-Ends Problem Solving Ability Tesr(MEPSAT), and Matching Familiar Figure Test(MEET). The result says that (1) score of RPMT of the experimental group on post-test was significantly higher than that oh the control group, (2) score of RSDT of the experimental group on posttest was significantly higher than that oh the control group, (3) score of MEPSAT of the experimental group on posttest was significantly higher than that oh the control group, (4) score of MEET of the experimental group on posttest was significantly higher than that oh the control group. In conclusion, this study support the effects of FIE program on the improvement of cognitive functions and the diminution of impulsivity of mentally retarded children. However, because this study was trained only ``Organization of Dots`` in FIE program, the result were not noteworthy enough. therefore, to get more perfect results, we need to train ‘full FIE program`` designed by Feuerstein.

        Think Aloud 프로그램 적용이 통합학급 경도정신지체아의 충동성과 문제행동에 미치는 효과

        This study is aimed at examining the effect of reduction in impulsiveness and problem behaviors of children who have developmental disability in integrated classes by applying a self-control training, Think Aloud Program. A self-control training program that was applied to the study subject was the 23rd session of Think Aloud, and multiple-baseline design was appled to the experiment. Children``s general target behaviors during the whole experimental period were analyzed by displaying each Child``s behavior frequency into diagrams and graphs by target behaviors according to target behavior frequency through the evaluation of teachers during the program. As the study result are followed : First, the effect of the training was verified by lower behavior frequency of compulsive haste and interfering behavior to the same aged compared to baseline period by improving self-control ability according to the Think Aloud method of developmental disability. Second, problem behaviors of developmental disability children in integrated classes such strange sound making behavior and interfering behavior to the same aged were conspicuously reduced in the periods of mediation and maintenance than the baseline period. Form these results, in was verified that the self-control training, Think Aloud Program was considerably effective to correct impulsiveness and problem behaviors of developmental disability children.

        자기교시훈련이 중증 정신지체학생의 일상생활 문제해결 과제의 수행능력과 유지에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to determine if children with severe mental retardation could learn to use self instructional strategy training to produce a generalized response and to increase self-instructional levels. Specifically, fourstudents with I. Q range from 46 to 60, attending special school, were taught to usethe self-instruction strategy to solve three task related problems. Each session consisted of 30minutes, which was implemented in a special school part of the classes. The terms of sessions were variated to each subject range from 7 to 24, with finishing for each subject to success three times continuously. Experimental design employed multiple baseline design across subjects. Conclusions from results and discussions of this investigation are as follows. Self-instruction strategy with multiple exemplars had positive effects on improving task related problem solving abilities.

        자기표현 미술활동이 주의력결핍 과잉행동(ADHD) 아동의 주의산만,공격성 행동 감소에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) children``s inadaptability (a careless act, an offensive act) through self- expression of the Art activities. These ADHD children were chosen from those who have no troubles in making up conversation with at least 90 or more intelligence (K-WISCⅢ), if you look at the research design, it is an experimental research of 3 children whose single subject research of the multiple base line across the subject design. Self-expression Art activities program was done 21 times which were contained by basic level, expressing level, transforming level, ending level and also examined whether the transformed act still maintained after a while. The result of this survey is as the following. First, Self-expression Art activities program have effectiveness in reducing the ADHD children``s lack of attention. Second, Self-expression Art activities program have effectiveness in reducing the ADHD children``s offensive act. Therefore the study of Self-expression Art activities program has effectiveness in reducing the ADHD children``s inadaptability act.

        의사결정기술 교수프로그램의 적용이 정신지체학생의 자아개념과 자기결정력에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a decision- making education program on the self-concept and self-determination skills of students with mental retardation. The subjects in this study were 30 selected students with mental retardation who were enrolled in special classes in the city of P. The students expressed themselves improperly, had to be helped by others in making a choice or were passive when they were engaged in after-school activities. A decision-making education program was selected as an independent variable that might have a positive impact on the self-concept and self-determination skills of the students with mental retardation. For data handling, statistical data on mean and standard deviation in both pretest and post-test were obtained, and t-test was employed. The findings of the study were as follows; After the decision-making education program was provided, the experimental group excelled the control group in general adequacy, peer-relationship self-concept, teacher/school-related self-concept, academic self-concept and physical self-concept. The experimental group that was exposed to the decision-making education program surpassed the control group that wasn``t in self- determination skills related to autonomy and self-realization, and it``s proven that the program had a good effect on enhancing their positive self-determination skills.

        무상토큰 반응대가 적용이 ADHD아동의 충동성 및 과잉행동 감소에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to identify the free token response cost technique on the decrease of maladjustment behaviors as a useful method to solve the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder children``s problems and a method easily available in real situations by front line teachers. The specific purposes were as follows;First, to identify the effect of the technique on the ADHD children``s impulsive actions. Second, to identify the effect of the technique on the children``s hyperactive behaviors. The subjects of the study were 2 ADHD who attended elementary school and they were applied to Reversal Design Technique(ABAB). The experiment was total 33 sessions. The results of this research were ; First, the technique had an effect on the decrease of their impulsive behaviors. When this technique was applied, the children``s maladjustment behaviors such as responding when questions were not finished during classes or interfering with other children were decreased. Second,Third, the technique had an effect on the decrease of the children``s hyperactive behaviors. The maladjustment behaviors such as making unsuitable sounds or murmuring continuously were decreased. My suggestions based on the above results were as follows;First, the subjects of the study were required to enlarge in order to expand the application range of behavior correction by the response cost technique. This study was limited to the ADHD children attending at lower elementary school but the subjects should be enlarged to be able to generalize the effect of the technique. Second. the research on whether adjustment behaviors were increased or not by decreasing ADHD children``s maladjustment behaviors should be provided. Third, the reenforcement methods for the variation of target behaviors should be studied in various situations. Fourth, when the response cost technique was applied after considering the relation with their home, their parents always should keep a neutral position in order not to offer preposterous compensation.

        보완,대체 의사소통에 의한 언어중재 유형이 중도장애아의 언어습득에 미치는 영향

        In this study we investigate by comparing effects with pictorial symbol plates and Cheap Talk ACC. The conclusion which is based on the result and analysis of language - interceding in this study is as follows: First, on the occasion of language-interceding for the children with severe handicaps with to the type of vehicle of augmentative and alternative communication than writing cards shows the more meaningful effect on linguistic-acquisition during all proceeding period. Second, as the result of analyzing the effect of language-interceding with the type of the vehicle of augmentative and alternative communication and comparing by case of each child, for all three children A;B;C, the object of study, to language- intercede with Cheap Talk accompanied by the phonetic output than the pictorial symbol plate in the type of vehicle of augmentative and alternative communication exerts the more positive influence on linguistic acquisitions. The important point as we observe the result of this study is that in the investigation of baseline is that to language-intercede with the type of augmentative and alternative communication than writing cards shows the more effective result and to language-intercede with the Cheap Talk accompanied by a phonetic output than the pictorial symbol plates id the more effective on the children``s with severe handicaps linguistic acquisition, so with reference to these results, to give education for the severe handicapped by means of engineering data can improve pupil``s ability of linguistic acquisition.
