The purpose of this study was to assess job satisfaction through empirical analyzes based on sparse workers targeted high le port city of Ulaanbaatar in Mongolia. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of the policy and management in order to improve the job satisfaction of the workers in Ulaanbaatar after reviewing the previous studies on job satisfaction. It ranked by factors such as satisfaction surveys, payroll factors, institutional factors, business factors. Survey for this study was conducted approximately one month from April 2016 to May 2016 the results are as follows. First, the job satisfaction of the workers did not appear much higher than expected. The reason job satisfaction was low is due to the low number of subjects and the lack of survey questions. Second, the satisfaction level was low in each factor, indicating that each factor had little effect on job satisfaction. Third, when looking at the difference between the demographic variables, gender, education level, and years worked had significant effects on job satisfaction. This result suggests that the low level of job satisfaction of the employees is the absence of the development and vision for themselves and the future, which affects social life and work life or implies the importance of role of job satisfaction. In addition, this result shows that the government functions, policies, organizational functions, and policy and practical measures are needed for the workers.
