본 연구는 아동ㆍ청소년 관련 디지털 성범죄 연구동향과 특징을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국내에서 연구된 아동ㆍ청소년 디지털 성범죄 관련 50편의 논문을 대상으로 연구시기, 분야, 주제, 내용을 살펴보았다. 분석 결과 첫째, 연구시기의 경우 아동ㆍ청소년 디지털 성범죄 관련 연구는 2004년부터 시작되었으며 2011년 이후부터 증가 추세를 보이다 2019년을 기점으로 연구가 활성화되고 있었다. 둘째, 연구분야의 경우 교육학, 법학, 사회학, 심리학, 행정학 등 다양한 영역에서 연구가 진행되고 있다. 셋째, 연구주제 및 내용에 의하면 실태파악, 법ㆍ제도 개선방안, 해외사례 비교 연구, 가해자와 피해자를 중심으로 한 연구 등이 이루어지고 있었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 향후 아동ㆍ청소년 디지털 성범죄 연구를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 의의를 줄 것이다. The purpose of this study is to examine research trends by analyzing research on digital sexual crimes related to children and adolescents. As a result of the analysis, First, research began in 2004 and showed an increasing trend in 2011, and research has been active since 2019. Second, in the case of research fields, various studies were conducted such as education, law, sociology, psychology, and public administration. Third, according to the subject and contents of the study, the facts were investigated, measures to improve laws and systems, comparative studies of overseas cases, and studies focusing on perpetrators and victims were being conducted. Through the results of this study, it is meaningful to provide basic data for research on digital sex crimes for children and adolescents in the future.
